Wunderschöne Unterkunft direkt an der traumhaften Küste von Alassio. Der Blick über das Meer ist wirklich spektakulär und atemberaubend. Das Haus toll eingerichtet und außergewöhnlich schön! Andrea ist ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber, der uns viele Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben hat. Er hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und sehr freundlich in die Unterkunft eingewiesen. Ein vorbildlicher Gastgeber! Unser Aufenthalt gehört zu den schönsten Buchungen, die wir bisher auf Airbnb gemacht haben. Absolut empfehlenswert und vorbildlich. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

We just came home after spending a few days in this beautiful house. We are a family of mixed ages (oldest 75, youngest 1.5) and we were all very well looked after and received by Philippe. We got a good view of the house together and received great recommendations regarding sights as well as supermarkets and restaurants nearby. We would like to highlight this 5 things a little extra + fantastic garden with several "rooms" everyone feels comfortable here! + good kitchen for cooking for the whole family + well arrangera with extra child safety, a high chair and a special bed for our youngest daughter. + easy to get around by public transport (both train and bus are within a 15 minute walk) + the area feels quiet and safe Thank you Philippe for having us, you are a fantastic host and we hope we get the chance to come back again soon!

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful house and spent wonderful autumn holidays. The pictures and the description were correct. The location is beautiful and very quiet. The equipment in the house itself is of high quality and very pratcical. You can tell that the hosts are there themselves from time to time, because everything is there and there is enough of everything you need. Especially in the kitchen it can sometimes be a challenge - here in this house there was really everything you need if you like to cook. The internet is fast enough and Netflix helps when travelling with children - but also pleases the adults. Communication with Tanya was smooth and quick. The handing over of the keys and the necessary explanations on site were impeccable. All very flexible and solution-oriented when necessary. We can recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

Vue imprenable sur la baie de Monaco ! La villa est magnifique, très bien équipée, avec un jardin qui a été une superbe découverte. La piscine est parfaite pour se détendre. Thierry est un hôte très à l'écoute, sympathique sans être intrusif. Un séjour inoubliable !

Merci ! Merci de m’avoir permis de découvrir la Côte d’Azur dans ces conditions. La maison est idéalement placée au sommet de la colline ce qui m’a permis de bénéficier d’une vue incroyable. Le cahier d’accueil est très bien fait et j’ai pu visiter beaucoup de choses grâce aux conseils et adresses que j’y ai trouvé. La maison est confortable avec une belle piscine et très bien exposée toute la journée. Le quartier est très calme tout en étant très proche de tout (supermarché, Mer, hippodrome, et les principales villes de la Région que je souhaitais voir). Bref, un pur moment de repos et de plaisir pour moi. Je reviendrais surement car j’ai vraiment apprécié cette maison (très bien équipée). J’ai toujours voulu venir au Carnaval de Nice, et je ne regrette pas c'était magnifique. La maison est à 20 minutes en voiture du Carnaval (top). je relouerai sans doute pour une autre année mais ça c’est une autre histoire. Vous l’avez compris, je recommande largement cette maison. Logement idéalement situé entre Nice et Monaco, parfait pour explorer cette magnifique région de la Côte d’Azur. Malgré une météo exceptionnellement pluvieuse pour la saison, le séjour a été très agréable grâce au confort du logement, parfaitement équipé avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Une mention spéciale pour Laurence, dont la gentillesse et la disponibilité sont rares. Ses conseils avisés nous ont permis de découvrir des lieux superbes. Le guide des parkings nous a grandement aidé dans cette région très fréquentée. Une belle rencontre humaine qui donne envie de revenir dès que possible !

We highly recommend Manon’s beautiful and unique home in spectacular Eze. She welcomed us as though we were old friends with the most helpful recommendations, fresh fruits and breads, beautiful flowers, wine, coffee and teas. We felt completely spoiled from arrival to checkout. Manon’s home is spacious, comfortable, impeccably clean, has wonderful showers and is filled with fascinating artwork. And the view… it’s indescribable and even better than it looks in the listing photos. This is The Place to stay! We hope to visit again soon!

Ho soggiornato in questa abitazione dal 12 al 15 aprile. Il soggiorno è stato perfetto, la casa oltre che ad essere molto bella e curata ha una posizione bellissima! Miroslava è stata molto gentile e sempre disponibile a rispondere alle mie domande. Se avrò occasione ci tornerò sicuramente.

We had a lovely week staying in Manu and Magali’s property. The house was spacious, clean with wonderful views. It was well equipped with everything we needed for the week. The location is accessed by a steep road typical in this area so a car is required. It was ideally located to visit Nice, Cannes, St Paul de Vence etc. there were also Numbers of lovely restaurants in the area, with a supermarket close by also.

This place is absolutely gorgeous. In addition to the pool area which is featured in the pictures, the house is surrounded by a beautiful garden containing lemon trees, fig trees, olive trees and more. There is also a pétanque pitch for use. Inside is spacious and well kept. The house seems quite modern and the A/C had no problem handling temperatures of 30+. Location is on top of a large hill. We were able to get there with our SUV, but would sometimes wish we had a smaller car when meeting oncoming traffic. (Pro tip: the GPS may guide you to a bus stop. Continue approx 100 meters and you will see the entrance on the right. It was a little hard to find the first time.) The neighborhood is quiet. This place is perfect for a family looking for a quiet getaway. This is not a party place. All in all very happy with our stay at Villa Jasmin.

Très belle villa avec un panorama magnifique en face du Baou de Saint-Jeannet. Piscine et terrain de pétanque très agréables. Patrick est très gentil et ultra réactif ce qui rend la communication parfaite. La villa est conforme aux photos. Un changement de coussins et de serviettes de bain et un nettoyage encore plus profond de cette magnifique maison, rendrait le séjour plus que parfait. Le seul inconvénient demeure la route cabossée et la petite pente finale pour se garer. Si les trous sont comblés à l'avenir, ce serait top ! Merci beaucoup Patrick pour votre accueil.

Our stay at villa Millefleurs was fantastic. Marie Hélène was a fantastic host despite needing to tend to a family emergency. She provided great tips and advice on where to explore. The place was beautifully clean and had all the equipment you needed. The pool volley ball proved a huge hit with the whole family. The location is great , but make sure your car has some good gears the roads are steep! We enjoyed some amazing cycling routes and loved seeing the pros on the local roads thank you Marie Hélène

Michele’s Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben. Wir hatten mit unserer großen Familie genügend Platz. Der Pool hat den kleinen viel Spaß bereitet und es gab auch extra Spiel Aktivitäten für den Pool. Die Küche ist wirklich top ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Wir raten definitiv zu einem Mietauto. Uber ist dort einfach zu bekommen jedoch eher für 4 Personen. Möchte man ein Familien Van, wartet man vergeblich. Sehr freundliche Kommunikation.

Brigitte is just a perfect host, always available if needed but respect very much the guests’ privacy. The whole house was beautifully clean and set up with all the equipments you may need for a relaxing family vacation. The garden is just amazing with lots of hidden spots - our children loved playing hide and seek there. And last but not least the beautiful pool, we were very sad leaving this wonderful vacation spot. Bonus: Saint Paul de Vence is just a 20 driving minutes from the house, which is one of the best places there.

What can we say! Our stay at Didier & Sabrina's villa was amazing, from the very moment we met Didier, to seeing the villa, to the beautiful views of the village, we knew we were in for a very special holiday. Didier & Sabrina's place is up there with the best Airbnb's we have stayed at and would highly recommend staying there. The villa is very comfortable, the pool amazing, especially during our stay when the weather was extremely hot, and the locality to the delightful nearby village just tops it all. The village is well located to the nearby train station for trips to Nice, Monaco and Menton among others, and by car to numerous hilltop villages, all within a 30 min drive away. Yes the road leading up to the villa is a little tight, although it adds to the beautifully quaint character of La Gaude and personally we had no issue with this. The villa is even better in person than the photos show. Thank you so much Didier & Sabrina, we'd love to come back one day!
