stunning apartment with amazing views. walkable to city centre, beach and clubs. lots of access to local taxis or ubers. Albert was very helpful during the check in process and pointed us in the right direction of all the lovely local spots. He was quick to respond to any questions i had and a great person.

Tres belle résidence au calme avec vue mer . Activités proposées et équipements agréable. L'appartement était top, accueil agréable, tres fleuris Seul petit hic : parfois difficile de se garer devant mais une voiture me parait nécessaire. Très bon sejour

Amazing highly recommend

If I could have given 100* I would have done it ! The apartment was amazing , better than how we expected and set up with all we needed for our vacation. The host as been very responsive and nice . The best thing ever is the view and the location ( we’ve saved so much money in taxi as we had whatever we needed in the area ) The beach opposite is amazing ! We went in winter time but we will be back in summer to go to Hi and Ushuaia which are at 1min walk from the apartment.

Great location close to the beach and a big souvenir shop. Make sure to bring laundry washing essentials as these are not provided.

Rudi's property is amazing and clean. Great views and a peaceful environment. Great for families. I would be a return guest for sure if available the next time I am in Ibiza. Benito at front desk is available to assist anytime.

Excelente el piso. Es muy bonito y muy cómodo. Al llegar el piso se encontraba súper limpio y ordenado. Está bien equipado. Tiene toallas y sábanas de calidad y a parte, un detalle que me gustó, es que hayan tenido toallas de piscina también. Me hubiese gustado que en el baño hayan cosas de aseo como shampoo, gel de ducha y papel higiénico ya que lo ponía la descripción... Pero es un alojamiento impecable. Se ubica en una zona muy cómoda y tranquila en la que se puede acceder a cala Tarida andando unos pocos metros. Volveré! Lo recomiendo sin duda. Joli logement très fonctionnel et bien équipé. Il est bien situé, plage et randonnée à proximité. Attention le stationnement peut être très difficile comme partout à Ibiza. Le seul point noir c’est l’isolation phonique, on entend tout ce qui seul passe dans le logement d’à côté et on n’a pas le même rythme de vie que des gens qui y vivent à l’année…

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb vacation rental! The location is fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt, making our check-in process a breeze. The apartment was impeccably clean, and the views from the terrace were simply amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the added perks of having access to a swimming pool and tennis court. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this place to anyone. We hope to come back soon!

Sono contentissima del mio soggiorno a Ibiza. La comunicazione con la proprietaria è stata facile e accogliente. L’appartamento si trova in una posizione ottima ed è molto bello e ben arredato. Ha superato ogni mia aspettativa, ancora più bello di quello che appare in foto. Se dovessi tornare a Ibiza sicuramente tornerò a stare qui!

Tolle Wohnung in toller Lage! War wirklich sehr schön, sehr sauber und super gelegen. Würden sofort wiederkommen. Pablo ist ein super Gastgeber, sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar und alles sehr unkompliziert. Sehr gerne wieder.

El departamento es muy lindo, la zona es inmejorable frente a pacha y en la marina botafoch. Tenía una terraza muy linda con vista a la piscina. El check in con rosemary fue excelente. Cuando llegamos no andaba internet por un problema externo al anfitrión. Llegamos un domingo a las 22 hs y el martes a la mañana estuvo solucionado. Siempre Paloma y rosemary atentas a resolver el inconveniente. Lo única mala experiencia que tuvimos fue que la cama estaba rota, era difícil dormir. Paloma por esos inconvenientes que trato de solucionar durante nuestra estadía nos bonificó 2 noches de alojamiento. Volvería a parar en el dpto en otra oportunidad.

We only stayed for a day, but the apartment and pool were great. The staff were very helpful and even provided us with a packed lunch as we could not make breakfast due to an early check-in at the Airport. There are loads of great restaurants just a couple of minutes walk from the apartments. We wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely stay there again next time we are in Ibiza.

Whether you want to chill by the pool or dive into the vibrant nightlife, this place offers the perfect balance. 🌴✨ The host was incredible – super responsive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. I honestly can’t wait to come back and stay here again. If you’re coming to Ibiza, THIS is the place to stay! You won’t find a better apartment or location. El piso está muy bien situado, frente al mar, y con al lado un club muy chulo “Zazú”. Se ve que el piso es viejo y la limpieza podría haberlo mejor pero para tres, cuatros días está bien. Hemos podido hacer el checkin más pronto y checkout más tarde (muy cómodo para dejar las maletas le último día). Claudio ha sido muy majo y siempre reactivo, nos ha ayudado con planes de fiesta muy chulo. Gracias !

Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille (avec trois enfants) dans cet appartement situé en plein centre. Un parking gratuit et situé à 15 minutes à pied. Les petits rues du centre-ville à proximité de l’appartement sont assez bruyante, mais cela fait partie du charme de la vieille ville d’evissa. Une voiture nous a été proposée par les hôtes , ce fut très pratique de la récupérer directement à l’aéroport et de rejoindre l’appartement. L’appartement était propre, les lits étaient fait, le linge de Maison était également disponible.

Appartement Idéalement situé, complet, moderne et confortable et hôte serviable. Appartements propres et disposaient de tout le nécessaire pour profiter de notre séjour ; belle grande terrasse. Proche de la marina et du centre d'Ibiza. Situé à un pâté de maisons de Pacha, nous pensions que ce serait bruyant mais nous dormions parfaitement.

Je tenais à vous remercier chaleureusement pour notre fantastique séjour chez vous. Tout était parfaitement conforme à la description. Le lieu est magnifique et la chambre était super confortable. Votre gentillesse et votre accueil ont vraiment rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié toutes les activités proposées sur place. Le paddle avec Mathias était une expérience géniale et c'était vraiment sympa de pouvoir partager cette activité avec d'autres visiteurs. Je recommande vivement de louer une voiture pour explorer les environs plus facilement. Et je conseille également à vos futurs invités de prendre les petits déjeuners chez vous : ils sont super variés et c'était un vrai plaisir de partager ce moment avec d'autres convives dans un cadre aussi beau.
