A/C o calefacción central. Bright, cosy and spacious apartment with open views and an 18-sqm terrace. The apartment is located in "Poble Nou" , just in the limit with Villa Olimplica and short walk to "Bogatell” beach, la Rambla de Poble nou and the Olympic harbour. Also is few minutes via metro from Barcelona main tourist attractions. This modern apartment has been recently renovated keeping all its charm and character. These high standard Holiday apt stand out because of its functional layout, excellent qualities and an exquisite finish. The apartment of 65 + square meters is on the 2º floor of a renovated old building. It has not elevator. It has capacity up to 5 persons: 2 in the main bedroom and others 2 in another room and 1 child more in a single bed that is in the salon. The apartment has morning light in the rooms ( the front part face the east) and sun in the afternoon (the salon faces west). The apt has 2 rooms and in the case that a person desire to sleep in the salon , the apt has mobile wood panel that is used at night to create intimacy in his space and create a temporary 3er room. In the day time you would place the 3 panels in the aisle to prepare the salon to be used for all of the guests. The salon overlooks an 18 square meters terrace. The terrace would be integrated to the living room through an open windows system that allow the windows to be completed open. The big window has a security grills that could be totally opened if you desire to. The salon is a very nice and quiet place to stay , full of light with views of the sky and an old distillery Spirit of 1916 recycled in modern design lofts, (please check the views on the pics). It has sun during the afternoon. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need during a short or long stay. The apartment is equipped with: - Microwave and Oven (the latest models). - Dishwasher. - Free Wi-Fi, - Central A/C - Central radiator heating - Towels/linens, - TV with cd movie player. (Also you have a lots of movie of my collection). Location of the apartment: the location of the apartment is really good, just a few walking minutes away from the beach and the next L4 yellow line subway station. The apartment is situated in the quiet street of "Doctor Trueta", away from the noise and bustle of the city centre, yet close to all its main points. Also 300 sqmts of the "Rambla de Poble Nou", with its bars and life. - Near the city centre. - Conveniently connected with the Airport. - Excellent communication with the city center and main tourist - Near the CCIB - International Convention Centre of Barcelona -“LACUNA" Station L4 yellow line is situated within 5 minutes walking of the apartment. - Prat International Airport is 20 minutes by taxi. The apartment has been recently renovated (April 2014) and we were keen in maintaining all the original details of 1930 like the high brick vaulted ceilings and typical Barcelona tile floors. We decorated it putting all our love and dedication into it. The apartment has original vintage furniture from all over Europe (mainly from the late fifties) and art pieces from local and international artists. The neighborhood has plenty of " chic" or more local restaurants, fancy bars and grocery stores. The location is a must as it is 5 min walk from the famous Gaudi House "La Pedrera (Casa Mila)" and Passeig the Gracia with all its luxury stores. The Sagrada Familia is 4 blocks away and can be easily reached by foot. The apartment has been used by several production houses to shoot commercials. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the utensils you may need to cook. It has also a build in extra large washing machine. The apartment has a Nespresso coffee machine and a filter coffee machine. Luxury linen and towels are provided including organic bathing products (i.e. moisturizing shampoo, moisturizing shower gel, body lotion, facial cleanser, and soap). Baby chairs and baby beds can be provided upon request. A cleaning and cooking service can be offered during your stay as well as a taxi service to and from the airport.
