We really enjoyed our stay at Dana's cottage. It was very clean and comfortable with a kichen that had everything we needed to cook great meals. The neighbors were friendly and it was in a great location for enjoing all Ventura and the surrounding area has to offer!

Jennifer was simply amazing! So responsive, communicative, understanding, kind, accommodating and genuine. Beautiful property which was so accurate to the photos, perfect location, easy instructions and loads of helpful information. The energy at fantastical cottage was so beautiful, it was the perfect getaway.

This place is truly magical! The location was great, nestled in nature with beautiful surroundings that make you feel fully immersed in the outdoors and yet it's fairly close to the bustling/fun town of Santa Barbra. Waking up to the sound of birds singing in the morning was so peaceful and the fresh farm eggs were the perfect touch! The outdoor shower was definitely a highlight, the warm water made it feel like a luxury. We couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind and relax. Jennifer was also extremely kind and accommodating, always checking-in to ensure we had everything we needed. 10/10 recommend, we will definitely be coming back!

My son and I had a wonderful month in Smitty’s cabin. The cabin is located next to the valley. It is beautiful, quite, and very interesting. Without going out, we have seen many kinds of birds and played daily with Norman(Smitty’s lovely dog). We were glad to know we are not far away from deers, bobcats, and bears in the valley beneath us. We were also very touched by the warm hospitality given by Smitty and his family. The environment was very warm, friendly, and peaceful. If you love nature and enjoy solitude, this is absolutely your place!

We had a wonderful time and loved the house! It was extremely clean and well-outfitted. We would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a lovely home in a beautiful location!

Alan’s place is really great with its proximity to downtown Santa Barbara and all the fun restaurants and activities. Alan was a great host. The beds are comfortable and you have everything you need. I will look to book here again on the next visit to Santa Barbara.

What a peaceful place tucked in a quiet hilltop full of nature surroundings. Absolutely no traffic/people noise and lots darkness with an incredible view when the fog rolls away. It blew our minds! A perfect base of operations for a week stay with all we needed and the host right next door (over a private gate) which was helpful when we had a few needs that he responded quickly and kindly. We were impressed how close we were to things even though it felt like we were far, far away. We cannot wait to stay there again! Note to those that drive a Tesla, do NOT use the car gps/maps. It won’t get you there in a direct route. Use Google maps. Plan at least one evening to enjoy the night sky from the hot tub and deck with fire table and grill. It’s not to be missed.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Carla is the embodiment of a “super host.” Great communication, very accommodating, and very responsive. We decided to stay an extra week and Carla helped us make the correct arrangements and a smooth transition. Carla’s Cottages is a special place. Highly recommended!

George’s place was the perfect beach getaway! The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location can't be beat - just a short walk to the beach made it so convenient to enjoy the sand and surf. The host was welcoming and check-in was a breeze. I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking for an amazing beach vacation. Five stars all the way!

Fabulous glamping experience! Comfy furniture and bed. Loved the fireplace at night. Cozy and warm. Bring ear plugs, as there is a bit of road noise. Bring plates, bowls, and utensils if you’d like to eat in the cottage. Only two small plates, one bowl, but three mugs so the soup we brought worked out. No spoons tho…. 1 fork and knife. 🤣 Lovely courtyard and fountains! Overall loved it and will definitely be back. 🧡

Nice cozy place

Kim and Tom’s Camp Cottonwood house is beautiful and comfortable. Everything works as expected and supplies are well-stocked. The backyard is awe-inspiringly spacious — big enough to host a wedding, we joked. Their home is a gem in Los Alamos, convenient and cozy. Los Alamos is a cute village that’s close to Santa Maria and Solvang. Kim and Tom are very welcoming hosts. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice.

What a great spot! There is a lot to do within walking distance but there are a lot of stairs to get to the main thoroughfare. The cottage was super cozy for a tiny house. The kitchen had amenities for the first morning which was helpful after a day of travel. We wished we had more time to spend there but there was so much to do in Ventura.

This place is probably one of the best Airbnb’s. My husband and I have stayed in. Everything about it was perfect for a weekend away. The location is literally a five minute drive from downtown Santa Barbara, but it’s also super close to the Douglas preserve and the beach. The house itself was absolutely precious, so cute and clean, and had everything that we needed. And most importantly, it was a great place for our two shepherds. The fact that there is an outdoor patio that is fenced was amazing. The place was clean, super lovely and peaceful. Eliza was also super communicative and responsive , although we didn’t find ourselves needing anything because it was just a perfect Cottage I highly recommend anyone looking to stay in Santa Barbara to stay here. It was absolutely perfect.

We loved staying at Fawns place. So close to the beach and great restaurants, we also loved the farmers market on Sunday. Will definitely be staying at Fawns place again!

Wonderful repeat stay at Melissa's place. Very quiet and relaxing place. Super clean, tidy, with everything you could need. Great location with easy access to Los Olivos, Solvang, and Ballard. Highly recommended!

My husband and I had a great 2 night stay here. The house is super cute and clean. The kitchen was very nice and easy to use. The location is convenient, we were like 2 minutes away from all the awesome thrifting and coffee! Elizabeth is a wonderful hostess!

Perfect stay in Geraldine's cottage nestled in the Santa Monica Mountains. It was adorable! The house was clean, safe, comfortable and relaxing. Super close to Malibu and the freeway. Nice walk to the Old Place in the morning to grab a cup of coffee where I go to see some Peacocks. I will be back.

Absolutely loved our stay in Darren’s home. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a quick weekend trip. The backyard is also spacious and perfect for any pup! We also loved the community and that the house was walking distance to the town of Montecito!

Debra was such an amazing host!! She took my friends and I in during the fire evacuations in LA and was so helpful during our entire stay. She brought us fresh eggs from her friend's farm and gave us great recommendations for places to explore in the area. The cabin was so cute and cozy, we all felt so at home! Thank you Debra!!

Excellent stay. My wife and I stayed there for 8 nights in late February and our experience was in line with the Airbnb add and reviews. Clean house, spacious, comfortable and practical for two people. The kitchen is well equipped and we prepared most our meals there. Easy drive to town (6-8 minutes). The house is surrounded by cute little citrus ranches and beautiful houses. Tyler is a generous host and the house was stocked with amenities and goodies upon our arrival. Also of note, we had to do a number of zoom calls from the house and Tyler’s WiFi handled it without a problem. All in all a flawless stay, I wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else upon my next visit to Ojai. Thank You Tyler for hosting us !
