Ofrecemos un respiro de paz de la vida cotidiana. Aparca tu coche el fin de semana y disfruta. La cama es grande y cómoda. El baño es amplio. Disponemos de un vestidor privado, una sala de reuniones, un patio para comer y una zona de estar adicional en un exótico jardín soleado. Estamos a poca distancia a pie de 32 salas de cata de vinos, 3 viñedos y 3 excelentes restaurantes. Upscale bathroom, 55”-Smart-TV, hi-speed WiFi, new bed, new full-size futon. Located 100 yards from 75-acre Kirk and Michael Douglas Preserve, 1-mile of beach. Very safe, quiet "Mesa" neighborhood, two shopping centers. Downtown is 2.5 miles. Backyard now features sunny sitting area. Concrete floors now restaurant-style polished.

Newly remodeled bedroom (with cal king bed), attached bathroom, patio with private entrance, and self check-in. Across the street there is a nature preserve with a 1.5 mile walking path offering bird watching, Los Carneros Lake, and the historic Stow House. The house is 2-stories with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms above the unit. The bedrooms above are carpeted, and we insulated the ceiling above you in an attempt to mitigate the noise, but the 60 year old floors can squeak.

Cozy Studio w/Private entrance & parking. KING BED

Recently remodeled studio. Studio has private entrance and one private parking space. King size bed makes a great place to relax, only 5 minute drive to UCSB, Cottage Hospital and Goleta pier/beach. We have the fastest WIFI internet available in the area so working from the studio is not a problem. Studio shares a wall with the main house but we are a quiet family so noise should not be an issue. New appliances and smart TV. Water softener and filter system throughout.

Beautiful 1 Bedroom - Beach Side Guest Suite

Enjoy the ocean breeze and sunshine at this beautiful 1 bedroom guest suite, located only 1 block from the beach and Shoreline Park. You're a quick walk to the beach and a 5min drive into the downtown area, this is the perfect home base to enjoy all that Santa Barbara has to offer.

Mountain View - Serenity Minutes from Downtown

Amazing view of mountains and undeveloped coastal hills. This quiet studio situated in natural setting, was once the master suite for the original house. It is separated from the house by a breezeway with looked doors at both ends. Unit has private parking and entrance. Floor to ceiling window take advantage of the view, but design of the structure and the landscaping maintain your privacy. Unit has separate kitchen, bathtub, shower, washer and dryer.

Welcoming Homestay Apartment located in the SB foothills with great views of the mountains, ocean, and islands. Semi private as hosts live on property. Has its own entry/patio. About 15 minutes to beaches/town. Close to the Mission, Botanic Garden and trails. Our aim is to provide you with a memorable stay. Guests have commented on the views and peacefulness. Studio with private entrance, bathroom, Queen sized bed, and sleeper sofa. Walking distance to grocery store. 3 min drive to downtown Solvang. 8 min drive to Los Olivos. For couples, adventurers, and business travelers. Kitchenette has a small fridge, sink, coffee maker and hot water kettle. No stove or microwave inside the studio. Apple TV in the studio. Sorry, no pets allowed. We will provide a pack n’ play for babies.

Very clean 1BR (10x10’), 1 small BA, small LR(10x14’) and private patio! 1/2 mi from the bluffs! All essentials: microwave,smartTV, WiFi, minifridge, coffee,snacks. Very comfy beds, even sofabed, safe quiet neighborhood. One cal king bed in br+ sofabed in LR. Peaceful serene patio. Perfect for 2, ok for 3. BA is compact, with shower, toilette, sink sharing same tiled floor, but still well stocked with amenities.
