Studio attached wall with the main house. Near Montecito Shopping and dining, only 1.5 miles to beach, 2 miles to downtown Santa Barbara and harbor. Please no smoking, only by your parking. Newly remodeled large bedroom (with cal king bed), bathroom, and patio with private entrance and self check-in. While sitting outside, enjoy the view of the nature preserve and listen for tree frogs and, if you're lucky, coyotes, too. There is a 1.5 mile walking path across the street offering bird watching, Los Carneros Lake, and the historic Stow House. Take a different path (.4 mi each way) toward local @CaptainFattys microbrewery (check IG for wood fired pizza and events).

This sunlit garden suite is located in the heart of the Butterfly Beach neighborhood of Montecito and is the perfect setting for a couple’s romantic getaway or a solo traveler seeking a serene environment. The suite offers a private entrance in the back of our home which is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. It is a mere 6-minute walk to either Butterfly Beach or Coast Village Road, which is known for its distinctive boutiques and restaurants.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located in Montecito. This is the perfect spot to relax and rest after a day of sightseeing. This is a new addition to our home, so you will have the opportunity to stay in a very updated space. There is a separate entrance to the guest studio and off-street parking for one car. It is located in an extremely quiet and private neighborhood with beautiful view. We look forward to hosting you!

BEST LOCATION and private! In the heart of the lower village of Montecito you have a stylish separate cottage with private gated parking with a separate entrance. Walk everywhere! Play bocce or walk and shop at the Montecito Country Mart for dinner and ice cream. There is a private patio to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. Butterfly Beach is a 10-minute walk away. New bed, spacious bathroom, AC and heat, large TV and updates.

This cozy, adorable (attached to main house) studio with a private entrance, is located in the heart of Montecito and less than a 10 minute walk to Coast Village Road. Enjoy the abundance of restaurants within walking distance and take a stroll to Butterfly Beach (less than a mile from the studio).

Simple studio space located near East Beach and the Rainbow arch. Great location to walk around or hangout at the beach, if you're looking to go downtown its about a 30 minute walk to lower state street or the pier area along the beach or a quick drive.
