Cook meals in the full-size kitchen and dine outdoors on a spacious balcony. Our condo is in popular building 9 which is close to the pool, spa, gym, 18-hole mini-golf, tennis and badminton in a 24/7 guarded community! The 4-person max is strictly enforced due to island rules. Infant <12 months is okay as 5th.

This 5 bedroom all with TVs, 3-bath home comes with an outdoor gas grill, patio and seating. There is an extra room that is a pass through room going upstairs ( this room isn’t private , though does have a sleeper sofa). The kitchen has new appliances with gas stove, dishwasher and attached laundry room. This home is great for families, large groups and corporate retreats.
