Beautiful Airbnb! Very spacious, very comfortable for my husband and me. I often do not book airbnbs with a few reviews, but I decided to take a chance with this one. Rebecca's communication even before I decided to book - was quick, friendly & very communicative. That was a huge plus for me and I booked immediately. Many Pros * Clean & Spacious * Beautiful backyard! - Dog friendly too (we did not bring our dog but next time we might) * Quiet! I am a very light sleeper and I barely heard any noise at night * AC - I get hot easily so this was perfect * Washer/Dryer stocked with detergent * Have your own parking - there is street parking but may be busy at night but still manageable The only thing that I noticed but not a big deal for us - is the angle of the TV. So you will have to sit at a certain angle on some couches to see the TV clearly. But not a big deal since I was enjoying watching TV from the small dining table. 10/10 would recommend.

We stayed for a month with my family and we had a great stay. The house is very spacious and baby friendly, with lots of space in each bedroom and a huge living room to hang out with friends and family. I also like the layout of the home as each bedroom has its own separate hallway, which gives more privacy to each guest. Antoni is a great host, very responsive and friendly. We will stay again next time when we visit the area. thank you.

Susan was awesome with responding to any question we had! The place was perfect for our family to gather and stay together for my son’s wedding, which was just a few miles away. We highly recommend the home for a group!!! Thank you, Susan!!!!

We were stuck when our rental property on another booking site was not habitable and we found Will's place and it was available. It was exceptionally clean and quiet and had a lovely, private backyard sitting area which was beautifully landscaped. Great master bedroom with views, huge bathroom and massive walk-in closet - all squeaky clean with plenty of towels. Will's house is very private despite being in a cul-de-sac and is not overlooked by any house. It was a very bright and sunlit house and we really enjoyed our time there.

Place was set up great and convenient.

Vic was a wonderful host. We would recommend this location to anyone looking for a quiet safe place to stay while visiting.

Don & Lori are such incredible hosts! Our trip ended up being shorter than anticipated, and I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. I was traveling with my dog & foster dog and the park across the street was so perfect! The neighborhood was so peaceful and walkable and we had such a peaceful night’s rest. The home felt like staying with a family member and had so many great touches of home and the hosts communication was exceptional. I arrived late in the dark & they put out a welcome sign for me so I knew I was in the right place. Highly recommend and will def stay here again when I come back for a longer workshop!

Christine’s place is located in a quiet neighborhood but walkable to grocery stores, coffee shop and some restaurants. Christine’s place is very cozy , beds are very comfortable , and kitchen is well equipped , would stay here again.

Very safe, clean, quiet and comfortable room with private en-suite bathroom. Great location just a short drive to downtown Campbell or Los Gatos.

Larry’s place is just 10 mins walk from Stanford, and 10 mins walk to California Avenue, where you can find lots of restaurants and shops(A lot restaurants along El Camino too). 5 mins to Real Produce to buy groceries. Close to everything. Spacious living room and bedroom. Kitchen supply is great, you can find nearly every seasoning. Larry is also very responsive and helpful. Great place to stay for family under 3, convenient.

We had a wonderful stay at Mickey and Sally’s place! They were extremely friendly and interactive hosts, who helped us every step of the way :) They gave us great local recommendations and advice about local hiking trails. The room was cozy and inviting and their yard is fabulous. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely return!!

Rainee and Steven are wonderful hosts. They helped us with our luggage and responded promptly to our messages. The home is lovely and fully equipped with everything we needed. We had an unforgettable stay!

Beautiful place. It was like staying at a high end hotel with extremely prestige facilities. The gym was first class and the pool AMAZING. Greatly enjoyed going to the gym and swimming in the pool every day. It was like having a private pool as NOBODY uses it. I would definitely stay in this place again.

My family of 4 visited San Jose for a hockey tournament. This apartment/condo was 5 minutes from arena. Very convenient. Space was clean and perfect for our 3 night stay. We did cook and do laundry quite a bit; wished there was more pods for dishwasher and laundry, and a few extra trash’s bags. Other than that, stay was perfect and would stay again.

Very convenient location in downtown San Mateo. What made this rental five stars is the host’s responsiveness and helpfulness. The paparazzi neighbor was a bit unnerving — as soon as we pulled up she stood in the bushes and took photos of us, including my young son. But the host did warn us of this in the notes in advance so I was warned. The studio has a very comfortable king bed and lots of space.

We had an absolutely amazing stay. We were at Stanford because we were hosting the Future of Work for Women Summit. The entire Myna Mahil Foundation team stayed at April’s home and we were very comfortable. Very easy to get to Stanford’s campus. Groceries in walking distance. It was perfect. We cooked a lot and a lot of spaces to work in the home too.

This was an excellent stay. I was in for 7 nights and felt like home. The instructions were clear and easy to navigate. Will stay again when I am back.

We stayed here for a work conference for 2 nights with 8 women. It worked out great for all of us to have room for all our things. Bathrooms were quite nice. The kitchen and family room was very spacious for us to hang out and team build together as well. This would be an ideal location for any Levi Stadium events/concerts as it's right across the street. Our host, Dien, was great at communication before and during the stay. Thank you!

Noel’s always responsive and friendly during our stay. The house is exactly the one you see on the pictures. Check-in and check-out are also easy to process. Furthermore, it’s a quiet neighborhood which you can get great rest here. Recommend to stay if it is available!

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Right above all the fun restaurants and shops of Santana Row. The apartment is well furnished. Having 3 bathrooms was a huge plus for our group of 6. Highly recommend!

Henrick was a very responsive and communicative host. When I mentioned it'd be great to have some extra blankets/TP/etc., he responded very quickly and had those items to me ASAP. The place was very comfortable and perfect for my 2 week stay in the area for work. Everything was super clean and the kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils/pots/pans/etc. Henrick included all the amenities I needed, including detergent for laundry, towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, etc. Wi-fi was also great and perfect for the days I worked remotely from the apartment, and having A/C in both rooms kept the place very comfortable. The location was great as I was commuting to my office in Palo Alto. I'll be recommending this listing to my coworkers who come for extended stays, and I look forward to staying again in the future!

A very nice location with many super markets (whole food, Walmart etc.) nearby. The place is neat and clean with all the things you need. The host is very kind and responsive.

Highly recommend this condo located at Rivermark. Great and safe place for family stay! We enjoy the bed and had sound sleep. The host is so responsive and solved out kettle problem quickly. Definitely the to-go choice for stay in Santa Clara/San Jose.
