I had a great time here for my corporate retreat - me and my colleagues stayed together and our team had a great time gathering here. Everything was as was listed and the property was beautiful! Host was super responsive!

The decor etc was different- I think we may have been at a sister unit vs the one booked? But overall this worked out super well. Great pick if you have a dog- cute backyard and comfy space near a nice trail

The atmosphere was so peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location was ideal—quiet, safe, and surrounded by nature, yet still close to everything we needed. Every detail in the house was thoughtfully arranged, from the cozy decor to the well-stocked amenities. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We stayed at Kevin.s place for 4 nights. While not large (it is an efficiency, after all), it was laid out in a thoughtful manner. It is obviously very new, an certainly well designed for its purpose. The bathroom and the kitchen were both well designed and well stocked. We cooked in the kitchen and found everything we needed for that purpose. It was fairly quiet, even though it is close to a main thoroughfare. It also felt secure. It was close to stores, restaurants, etc. Kevin was a very responsive host. We would stay here again!

The pictures definitely don't do the view justice! It's a beautiful property and such a cute space. We loved it so much we stayed in pretty much the whole weekend. A much needed relaxing getaway! Would highly recommend.

Mora is the perfect host! She is kind, welcoming, generous and takes great care of her guest. Her house is spotless and Mora will make sure you have everything you need - from towel to toothbrush. In addition, she is knowledgeable and very pleasant to speak with. Checking in and out was extremely easy. The bed was very comfortable. Perfect experience 👌

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Delane’s home is lovely, well-maintained and beautifully decorated. The downtown area is within walking distance. Delane went out of her way to make me feel welcome and to ensure I was comfortable. Couldn’t ask for a better host!

Nancy and Roger are very generous, welcoming and proactive hosts. They made sure that we felt comfortable and enjoyed our time here. The house is a short ride from Santa Cruz and the Henry Cowell State Park. Our hosts had excellent recommendations for hikes and food. They also paid great attention to detail in setting up the room — there were a lot of thoughtful touches and we had everything we needed. The room, the bathroom and the house in general are very clean. The surroundings are beautiful and calm. We definitely recommend!

Memorable "bed & breakfast"! Warm welcome, "southern hospitality" in CA. Breakfast order at check-in. Firm twin beds, warm seat bidet in private bathroom. Towels/toiletries provided. Snacks, sodas, bottled water, refrigerator, coffee maker provided in room. Possible AM noise (earplugs provided). Enjoyed breakfast in backyard w/cats. Great value while exploring Carmel/Monterey/San Jose areas. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We loved our stay in Carolyn’s lovely home. It was modern and tastefully decorated. The entire house was sparkling clean and in very good location. The owner Carolyn was very nice and warm. Highly recommended.

Loved our stay! Beautiful property, delicious breakfast, nice people, and cute pets. Jen's place was the perfect jumping off point for great hikes, striking beaches, and solid restaurants and wineries.

I needed a last minute room in Santa Cruz for a wedding. I stayed in the main house and the room was tidy and clean. The space was quirky but comfortable. Sharon was responsive and helpful. I enjoyed hearing the sounds from the amusement park out the windows.

Roger and Nancy were amazing guests, they made us feel like we were in our own home, they gave us tips to places to visit and they shared a cup of wine in the living room of their beautiful house. We enjoyed viewing the hummingbirds in the porch and a lot of other wild birds. We look forward to come back some day.
