We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in het appartement van Filippo. Gary was een erg fijne en behulpzame gastheer. Hij gaf ons goede tips voor de omgeving en restaurants in de buurt. Het appartement is lekker ruim en mooier dan op de fotos. Verder is de ligging super, erg rustig en prachtig uitzicht tussen de druiven en olijfbomen. Elke dag hoorden we bijeneters overvliegen ;D We hadden geluk met het weer, het was heerlijk zonnig waardoor we bijna elke dag het zwembad hebben kunnen gebruiken (al was deze nog wel wat fris ;)). Easily one of my favorite places in Italy! It is a traditional and very beautiful vila! Lovely surrondings, clean house, lots of room for everybody! The vila had everything you would need to feel like home! We had the best time staying in Antonio`s place and I would highly recommend it!

Campopineta has absolutely stunning views!After a long day of traveling around Tuscany my family and I really enjoyed sitting out back with a bottle of wine enjoying the beautiful weather and views. One small issue we had was dealing with some bugs in the top room. To be expected in an older house located way out in the country. But other than that there were no issues and the house had everything we needed during our short stay. Alessandra is very sweet and accommodating. We would definitely recommend Campopineta to anyone who is planning on staying in the area. :)

This was the perfect place for our family! We have some roots in Italy so we travel there often, but are always looks for new and interesting places to stay and experiences! Highly recommend!

The accommodations were exactly as described. The home was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Giancarla & Donatello were wonderful hosts and even went and picked up pizzas for us due to a late train. The kitchen was fully stocked and the linens and towels were great quality. The outdoor space was so peaceful and provided beautiful views of the Tuscan hills. The location was perfect for exploring both Florence and the Tuscany area and Donatello told us about a beautiful monastery. Our entire visit was perfect and I would highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed here for 10 days while traveling around Europe. Jane is not only a wonderful host who was always responsive and had wonderful recommendations but was proactive from the beginning, making sure we had clear instructions for arrival and checking in periodically to make sure things were running smoothly. The house itself is perfection. A private farmhouse as described with Jane close by if we needed anything. The views are stunning and the home itself is cozy and inviting with the listed amenities accurate 100%. We used the kitchen to make simple meals and had a perfectly clean kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. Having a car is a must to explore Florence (45 minutes away) Pisa (1 and 1/2 hours away) and surrounding small towns filled with history and the beauty of Tuscany. I’d highly recommend this beautiful stay and look forward to coming back!

Great stay with our young family, the house had everything we needed including outdoor space; the tree house was a great hit with our 4 year old. Beniamino was very responsive when we arrived a little earlier than check in time and was happy to let us in the house as it was ready. His mother also welcomed us and was very friendly. Good location not too far from the sights of Florence but very glad we had a car. Thankyou for a lovely stay. Would recommend.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in super zentraler Lage nur wenige Gehminuten vom Dom entfernt. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung absolut ruhig. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Fantastische Lage, die Dachterasse mit 360°-Panorama-Blick ist wirklich atemberaubend. Die Wohnung ist mit vielen liebevollen Details dekoriert und wirklich etwas Besonderes (allerdings nichts für Menschen, die mit Treppen nicht zurecht kommen). Im obersten Stock kann man sowohl draußen als auch drinnen sitzen und hat einen phänomenalen Rundumblick über Florenz. Einziges kleines Manko: Die Küchenschränke könnten mal wieder geleert werden, da haben die Vorbesucher ein paar Reste hinterlassen. Ansonsten aber wirklich eine Superwahl, Federico kümmert sich fantastisch, antwortet schnell und ist sehr hilfsbereit und flexibel.

Franco & family were outstanding hosts. Helped us with reservations & shopping recommendations. You must visit his leather stores. We all bought gorgeous coats & bags. Apt. Was beautiful in great location. Wish we could stay longer. Do not hesitate to book this.

Amazing find in Florence. The place feels like an authentic Italian home. There is plenty of room for a big family to sprawl out and enjoy themselves. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you could need if you wanted to cook or at least make your morning coffee. The host was fantastic and very responsive, even helping us arrange for a cab at 4:00am the next day to the airport. Location wise, you can't find a better spot for your time in Florence. You are near all of the attractions, shopping, and have plenty of great food options close by. Everything that isn't close by, is a simple 10 minute walk in any direction. The location makes exploring the city that much easier and enjoyable. I would stay again during my next visit to Florence.

We have stayed in two of Francesco’s apartments and they were both wonderful! Very quiet, felt safe (locked doors and lots of security cameras), powerful AC, very spacious and private. We will only stay in his apartments when we visit Florence!

Me and my wife stayed there for 9 days. That was a great time and right decision not to stay in Florence. It is easy to get to the city but also you can sit and relax on a huge balcony enjoying the view of Florence. The apartment itself is huge and beautiful - living room, sun room and a balcony. Cannot thank Lapo enough for all the help he did for us. We had an issue with a local business (completely our fault) and he did everything and even more to solve the problem. We felt like his family members and it was our home during all our stay. Did not have any issues or noise or anything - cannot complain. Having a private parking is a big plus and convenience. We will definitely stay at the apartment again when we are in Florence.

Luca’s units are a family fave. In fact it is our 3rd time staying with him and always, we have a wonderful experience. His interiors, furnitures and the design are always premium. The unit is very very centrally located. You can’t beat his apartment locations always. And we know being our 3rd time with him. The apartments are very private and secure. And he has always been responsive and always gives good restaurant suggestions, This stay, he went the extra mile with a specific request that I had and this was sincerely and greatly appreciated. For sure, there will be a 4th time back in this lovely city of Firenze and definitely in Luca’s apartments.

This is my 3rd time renting this place so I think it’s an amazing spot. The location is great, it’s comfortable and spacious and has everything you need. It’s my home away from home in Florence and we will be back!

There is such a deep feeling of authenticity to the place; at all times I knew I was in Italy and that made the stay so much more meaningful. And I can’t say enough about Tomasso. I met so many amazing and welcoming people in Italy… but Tomasso is my absolute favourite of everyone. So friendly, so warm and charming. He truly embodied the spirit of his incredible country.

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans cette maison, l’accueil est plus que chaleureux. La maison était impeccable et très belle, des petits cadeaux nous attendaient à l’arrivée ce qui est très appréciable. L’espace extérieur est magnifique et très agréable. Ce fut de très belle vacances dans cet endroit vraiment charmant !

Bereits im Vorfeld wurden wir von Emanuele kontaktiert. Er hat uns die Wegbeschreibung geschickt, damit wir das Haus problemlos finden können. Wir wurden sehr herzlich mit regionalen Spezialitäten und Wein empfangen. Der Aufenthalt war super, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Während des Aufenthalts haben wir ganz viele Tips bezüglich Essen und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten von Emanuele erhalten. Er war sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Nous sommes venus à 11 personnes dans ce logement, et avons tous beaucoup apprécié l'endroit. Il est très isolé et n'est pas conseillé de le louer si vous ne disposez pas d'un véhicule. Toutefois, cette isolement permet précisément de profiter du calme, du jardin et de la piscine, même pour les grands groupes (il y a deux grandes tables dehors). En cas de grandes chaleurs, il faut prévoir de l'anti-moustique et l'absence d'air conditionné se fait ressentir. Cela étant dit, ce gîte représente un chouette endroit pour les grands groupes (même avec enfants) qui souhaitent visiter Florence, Sienne, Chianti, ou même rester surplace. L'endroit dispose de nombreuses chambres, de tous les équipements nécessaires, et Renata a été très amicale et réactive avec nous. Je recommande certainement !

La maison est vraiment magnifique et spacieuse dans un environnement paisible, le jardin est superbe et la vue exceptionnelle. Elle est idéalement située pour pour visiter les villes et villages de Toscane. Alec et Cristina sont charmants, ils nous ont accueillis avec un apéritif généreux (fromages, gateaux, chocolats, fruits et vin). Ils ont été très réactifs pour répondre à nos demandes. Nous avons passé un séjour parfait en famille

Our stay at this beautiful Tuscany villa was truly unforgettable. The home perfectly blends charming, traditional Tuscan character with all the modern amenities we could possibly need. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the authentic details — rustic beams, stone walls, and stunning countryside views — all while enjoying updated comforts like a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, and luxurious bathrooms. It was the perfect balance of old-world charm and contemporary convenience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to experience the magic of Tuscany. Highly recommend!

We spent a week at Il Vichiaccio and I already miss the house. The house was perfect for a family of 5 adults. We felt immediately at home, had all what we needed. The location and views are awsom, even more beautiful than in the pictures. Plenty of great wineries and restaurants in the ares. Beatrice is a great host, answered every question we had, gave us recommendations and even helped us when our daughter didn't feel well. We strongly recommend!

We waren 6 dagen bij Marco/ Christina. het was een geweldige ervaring. de ligging is rustig maar de treinstation is binnen 5 minuten met de auto bereikbaar. alles was super schoon en zoals omschreven. Goede bedden en alles opgeruimd. Top tuin voor de kids. En nu het belangrijkste: onze gastvrouw Christina! ze heeft onze vakantie echt tot een super vakantie gemaakt. Wat een topper, hartelijk, behulpzaam, heel veel goede tipps, altijd bereikbaar en steeds in contact met ons of we iets nodig hebben en alles is zoals we willen. Ze kwamen ons zelfs helpen de steenoven klaar te maken en de man van Christina heeft ons laten zien hoe je de beste pizza maakt! Er staat een bbq klaar en er is een aparte wasruimte en de badkamer is top in orde en de keuken prima ingericht. Ze doet dat echt met heel veel hart en passie. ze is super flexibel wat aankomst en vertrek betreft. De kids wilden niet meer weg daar. Gewoon een 5 sterren plus recensie. We gaan zeker nog een keer terug! We loved it
