C’était super!! Le Airbnb est merveilleusement bien placé! Lorsque nous sommes arrivées, nous avions peur car c’est en plein centre ville dans l’action, mais finalement à l’intérieur on entend absolument rien. Le lit était très confortable et tout était très propre. Encore mieux que sur les photos. Je recommande fortement.

Departamento super cómodo, ubicación estrategica para moverse por toda Florencia caminando o en tranvia, bus. Nuestro anfitrión fue muy amable y atento. Muy recomendable

Alloggio ordinato, pulito e di facile raggiungimento dalla stazione ferroviaria di Santa Maria Novella. Ben collegato al centro con la tramvia e con il bus 23. Quariere tranquillo con supermercati vicini e ben forniti. Da considerare nuovamente per un altro soggiorno a Firenze.

The apartment was very conveniently located to the city center and public transportation to the train station. The place was clean and beds are comfortable. Emilio was very responsive and provided great instructions. Also, be sure to visit the gelateria next door!

Ich war für drei Nächte in der Unterkunft und habe mich wirklich wohl gefühlt. Am liebsten mochte ich den Innenhof. Das Appartement wirkt etwas dunkler als auf den Bildern, so dass ich beim Reinkommen zuerst etwas enttäuscht war. Nachdem ich dann aber die Gardinen geöffnet hatte, war alles gut! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist ruhig gelegen. Das einzige, das ich etwas vermisste, war eine Spülmaschine. :-) Der Kontakt mit Rosi war sehr gut, zuverlässig, sympathisch und bei Fragen antwortete sie schnell.

A very comfortable flat, quiet, clean, short walk from train station. Close to everything. Host met me at check in and was available and very friendly. Bathroom was nice and remodeled. Highly recommend.

Le logement proposé par Gino est très bien ! Fiesole est une charmante petite ville et les accès à Florence se font très bien. Ils nous ont donné toutes les infos nécessaires pour y accéder facilement. Ils sont réactifs, et il est très facile de communiquer avec eux. Le logement est parfait, très propre. J'ai eu de nombreuses expériences avec Airbnb et je dois dire que c'est la première que j'ai un si bon accueil. Un grand merci à Gino et Antonello !

Lorenzo has been the best host we have ever had in airbnb. First, he accepted immediately and with no questions our short notice request to shorten our stay by a day when our flight plans suddenly changed. Second he equipped the rental with all sorts of baby stuff to accommodate our baby during our stay. Third, we was extremely helpful when after a rainy week in fiesole the hills were muddy and we got stuck, he used his tractor to pull us out in the middle of the night. All in all to say he was an extremely helpful and friendly host and we highly recommend his place.

Dit is een geweldige plek om te logeren als je naar Florence gaat. Nét iets buiten de stad, daardoor heerlijk rustig, en toch ben je snel in het centrum. Met de bus of zelfs op de fiets, langs de rivier. Andrea en Ilaria zijn super gastvrij, ze kwamen ons zelfs ophalen bij de bushalte. Het appartement is keurig en van alle gemakken voorzien. Je kunt heerlijk buiten zitten. We kwamen er helemaal tot rust. We waren echt een beetje verdrietig toen we weer weg moesten!

Cosy place to stay in Firenze, totaly recommend. The location is very good, the flat itself is very clean and roomy. All the necessary things was provided.

If you want a peaceful, Tuscan stay with panoramic picturesque views, then this is your place! We were welcomed with homemade cakes, bread, and wine! After a long day of travel this perk was so appreciated. Our stay was perfect! After a long day of walking and driving to either Lucca, San Giminagno, Chianti Classico or Florence the hot tub relaxed our achy legs. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot. We loved this home so much that we hope to return with our families in the future! This home made our visit to Italy PERFECTO!

Sabrina ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Sie hat bei Fragen sehr schnell und klar geantwortet. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung schnell wohl gefühlt. Sie ist besonders, aufgrund der ausgestellten Kunst. Die Betten waren etwas hart, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Wohnung. Vielen Dank Sabrina! 😄

Wow, my family and I had an incredible stay at this location. We enjoyed the cleanlinesses, spaciousness and all the comforts of having the amenities, such as a full kitchen! Thanks so much for an amazing stay and we are already dreaming of retuning!

Siamo stati da Giada per il ponte del 25 Aprile. Accolti da una ragazza sorridente,gentile e premurosa che ci ha fatto sentire a casa e che ci tiene a fare le cose per bene.Appartamento luminoso, ordinato,pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i confort.Posizione tattica in zona pedonale di Scandicci e vicino alla fermata del tram dove in 20 min si arriva in centro a Firenze. Attorno hai bar, pizzerie, gelaterie negozi e un po’ di tutto. Il sabato nella piazza c’è il mercato,un piccolo “Porta Portese “ dove si trova veramente di tutto. Grazie Giada siamo stati benissimo,torneremo sicuramente a trovarti!!

Appartement impeccable et fonctionnel avec une literie très confortable. Situé dans un environnement calme et privé avec un emplacement de stationnement pour une voiture très appréciable. Proximité des transports en commun. Fatmira est une hôte accueillante, très disponible et reactive.

Det var nemt at finde lejligheden ud fra Carla’s beskrivelse og hun ventede på os i lejligheden. Vi fik en fin gennemgang af alt og råd om seværdigheder og spisesteder. Lejligheden har en fantastisk udsigt og endda en lille altan mod gården med lidt morgensol. Lejligheden har hvad vi havde brug for og sengen var god og behagelig. Udcheckning var fleksibel og forløb meget fint. Alt i alt en rigtig dejlig oplevelse som vi gerne gentager

There were 7 of us on this trip, and Kate Apartment had everything we needed - plenty of beds and rooms to arrange our preferred sleeping arrangements, 3 bathrooms so no one was waiting around for their turn, and the washing machine was the topping on the cake, truely a godsend that we really needed and took advantage of. Giusy was so accomodating and desirous that our stay work out right that she kept in regular touch before our arrival and even met us late in the evening when we arrived. I was a little perturbed at the government requirement (as she explained it) that AirBNB hosts obtain passport information just like hotels do, but the app she selected to help us do that was very easy to use and made the process pretty smooth.

Piccolo alloggio delizioso immerso nel verde, adatto per le coppie e ben fornito. I proprietari sono gentili, simpatici e molto disponibili, sempre pronti ad aiutare in caso di bisogno. L'appartamento, nella sua posizione tranquilla sulle colline, permette di rilassarsi e sfruttare le belle giornate con un tuffo in piscina, una grigliata sotto il sole oppure di fare una passeggiata seguendo uno dei numerosi percorsi presenti nei dintorni. All'interno la casa è confortevole, pulita e ben arredata, fornita di tutto ciò di cui si possa avere bisogno. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque abbia voglia di riposarsi e fare delle passeggiate nella natura.
