Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

Absolute “white glove treatment” from Pamela! She met us at the train, only need to travel over 4 bridges (a mercy in Venice!) with large suitcases. She was even kind enough to help my elderly mother by carrying her lighter shoulder bag and walked slow to accommodate. As we walked, she gave us info on Venice at-large, but also local areas to the accommodation and the upcoming local San Martin holiday. The accommodation was nicest of all, and she showed us how it worked before leaving and letting us know she was only 10 minutes away if we had questions/needs. Only challenge: description is misleading, as we viewed pictures that showed 2 bedrooms and a living room; about a week ahead of check-in, Pamela informed us that one bedroom and the living space were the same space. We were already on holiday, so it was too late to re-book a space with much time that did not detract from our time already abroad (though she did suggest and allow when we realized—just too late for our travels).

Ceracavamo un posto tranquillo per ricaricarci e fare fotografie. La zona è splendida e la gente del posto è gentile, la casa è in una zona appartatata, molto vicina al mare, con una bella piazzetta davanti. Ely ci ha dato tantissime informazioni su dove mangiare ed è stata sempre pronta e gentile.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. Facile d’accès, très bien situé à proximité de principaux lieux de visite. Notre hôte a été très accueillante et disponible. Le logement est agréable.

Excellent séjour! La maison avec son jardin sont un havre de paix à proximité de tous les points touristiques de Venise. L’accueil a été très sympathique, les conseils très utiles. Hôte très réactif et disponible. Je recommande sans hésiter.

It’s a beautiful house in Murano and super convenient to get around. We had everything we wanted and especially loved the kitchen. Our kid was super happy with the garden and lot of space to play :) the hosts were always responsive with whatever questions we had. Highly recommended.

Highly recomended place. We had a great experience at Ariana's house, the apartment was clean and had all the amenities that were listed. She and her husband were supersupportive. I would love to go there again if I get a chance to visit italy again.

Super appartement très calme dans un super quartier très animé. L'hôte est venu nous chercher pour nous amener à l'appartement. C'était très gentil. De plus ses recommandations étaient top tant pour les restaurants que pour le cours de bateau. Merci beaucoup et vivement la prochaine fois.

This really is a beautiful place to stay. Claudia and her family are the most perfect hosts. The apartment will not disappoint you, you have everything you need exceptionally clean and in perfect condition. Comfortable bed, AC for warmer days, great kitchen and shower room. It is a jewel and with the added bonus of the private well maintained garden. We highly recommend a stay here if you want the perfect Venice experience. THANK YOU Claudia

Nous avons passés 3 jours à Venise entre amis et nous avons adorés ce logement en plein centre. La terrasse était juste parfaite pour boire un Spritz au coucher du soleil ! Nous recommendons à 100%.

We absolutely loved our stay at Vioricas apartment! Looked exactly like the photos and was in a perfect location. We could walk absolutely anywhere in Venice. If we ever come back we would definitely stay here again. Viorica was always responsive and helped with any questions we had both before and during our stay.

We had a wonderful time at Claudia’s place. It’s beautiful house close to train station , vaporrate and other attractions but yet away from rush of the city. Our family enjoyed the beautiful backyard and host is very friendly. House was super clean and had all the necessary items which we needed.

What a wonderful apartment and location! Beautifully decorated, clean, wonderful outdoor terrace, steps from great restaurants and shops! We loved staying here! It was easy to get to the apartment via waterbus, as it is just around the corner from the bus stop! Super close to St Marks and the Academia bridge gave us lots of options to explore. The apartment was spacious, clean, and quiet.

The location is perfect close to San Marcos square. I solely booked for the rooftop terrace and location. It’s a unique space on the top floor of the building. The space has basically 3 levels. Great use of space with charm. It’s exactly as described and my family had a very pleasant stay. The host was very proactive, responsive, and also sent several tips and recommendations.

Lucia was an amazing host. It is apparent how much love and care she puts into making sure her guests enjoy their experience. Directions and instructions are SUPER CLEAR. The place is immaculately clean and has everything a visitor could want. The deck is beautiful. The location is near fantastic shops and restaurants. I couldn’t speak more highly of Lucia, the condo, or the city of Venice.

チェックインはわかりやすく周辺施設の情報やヴェネツィアまで行くためのバス停などの情報も提供してもらえました。キッチンは使いやすく、近くにスーパーもあったので快適に過ごせました。ヴェネツィアまでは家から約30分でつきますので、3泊の滞在中，毎日バスで向かうのにも苦になりませんでした。 ホストのジェシカは滞在中、いつも私たちを気にかけてくれました。ヴェネツィアの滞在にお勧めできるお家です。

Ein wunderbares Apartment in einer perfekten Lage. Direkt in der Fußgängerzone mit Restaurants,Supermarkt und Bars aber trotzdem sehr sehr ruhig. Frühstückskaffee (Goppion) direkt vor der Tür und zu empfehlen. Nach dem Tag in Vendig oder auf den wunderschönen Insel kamen wir mit Freude in das Apartment und konnten sofort abschalten. Die Dachterrassen sind einfach unglaublich und haben den ganzen Tag Sonne. Wir haben diese gerne zum entspannen genutzt um den Tag zu beenden oder eine Pause vor dem Abendessen zu machen. Es ist alles blitzsauber und gemütlich. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Elena ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Sehr zuverlässig und sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Olivia and Andre were fantastic hosts! Our inbound flight was delayed, but they were flexible in getting us checked in on a holiday. The Palazzo was beautiful and very walkable with easy access to the Train Station, boats, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Monica’s place was a dream stay! The apartment is amazing, beautifully decorated, very comfortable and the location is great. A short walk to Piazza San Marco and close to plenty of amazing restaurants. Monica was super responsive and helpful, promptly answered all our questions and requests and even booked water taxis for us to get to the apartment when we arrived and to the train station when we left. I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about our stay. Highly recommend!

Buena relación con el precio. Muy cerca de la Plaza de San Marcos, con agua caliente ideal para el invierno. Es pequeño para cuatro personas con muchas maletas, pero la descripción del anuncio fue exacta y menciona claramente su tamaño, así como también menciona que hay escaleras que subir. Su cercanía, precio y amenidades hacen que sea muy buena opción.
