The location, comfy beds, all the amenities, and impeccable design made this truly one of the best stays I’ve had in Oaxaca, I’ll never stay anywhere else now. 100% recommend this beautiful Airbnb

I stayed here with a group of friends last week. It was a wonderful experience and a gorgeous, art-filled house. We knew it would be 20 minutes outside of Oaxaca, so we planned our out-of-town activities on these days. We split our week in Oaxaca between this house and a hotel in the historical center and it was perfect. I'm an interior designer and loved all the beautiful details, from the carved wood stair banister to the hand painted tiles, textiles, antiques, art, ceramics and more. Lila's home is a special place and made our trip very memorable.

Gigi is such a great host. She would respond within minutes. Whether ordering a taxi or finding a place to eat or time of attraction. The place is awesome to relax and swim and has everything you need for your stay. We would stay again if we are ever back in Oaxaca. Thanks Gigi

el lugar es tranquilo y cómodo realmente a 20 min del centro de Oaxaca, solo son 100 metros de terracería antes de llegar pero un sedan pasa sin problema la casa es muy grande y alberca privada.

un lugar muy limpio y sobretodo muy calmado, para descansar, además de tener varios lugares cercanos para visitar y más sus pequeños lugares cercanos a la casa para comer.

Alojamiento espacioso, agradable, te sientes como en casa. La casa es muy bella y las fotos coinciden al 100% con la realidad. Julio proporciona diversas amenidades para mejorar tu experiencia. Trato amable.

This place is incredible! Jose was super flexible and was an amazing host. The place is exactly like the photos! I would absolutely book again. I went with my 3 kids and my husband and it was perfect!

what a wonderful stay at Pamela’s home. It was absolutely gorgeous from ceiling to floor, it had amazing atmosphere, one of the most stunning houses I have stayed in a while. The accommodations were so incredibly easy, and more than helpful. She was an amazing host, and helped so much throughout our whole trip from start to finish. It was in a great spot, not to close to the city where you feel claustrophobic. The Pueblo was so cute with great restaurants, a wonderful bar to close for your own good, and great little places for produce. By far making it on the list of one of the best places I’ve stayed.

Very charming property on the edge of the Centro- about a 15 minute walk to the Zocalo. The property is several townhouses around a very large and pretty landscaped courtyard. I didn't end up staying in this particular unit, but another unit on the property. The overall property was clean and tidy, very nicely appointed, in a wonderful and quiet residential area near a major grocery store. Hosts were so hospitable, and I felt very safe and looked after during my stay! Highly recommend!

We were really impressed with the apartment, especially the views. We loved the location and spent Christmas as a family enjoying superb Oaxacan vistas and walking into and the city every day. It’s a steep uphill walk back, but well worth it. Our family loves to self-cater and cook when we’re in Airbnbs, and while the apartment didn’t have everything we needed, Emily was very responsive and helpful in trying to source kitchen items. The apartment is spacious and the view is truly stunning.

Muy bueno departamento, con espacio y tranquilidad. Se encuentra a 10/15 minutos del centro de la ciudad a pie. El aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente. La comunicación con Cris fue muy buena. Recomiendo.

We had a great time at the apartment, the location is handy to everything in Centro. Victor was a great help as well, he gave us some great tips for places to eat nearby and helped with booking taxis as well 😁

I was very happy with this property. It had everything I needed for my stay. There was air conditioning as well as a fan, drawer space, closet space with hangers, soap, paper towels, and shampoo in the bathroom, plenty of hot water, towels, clean linens, an extra blanket if needed (I didn't), extra toilet paper, and all the lights and outlets you could want. It has television with Netflix, though I didn't use it. The location is wonderfully close to all the action in the city center without being in the middle of it; I was never awakened by noise at night. When I communicated that the air conditioner remote had stopped working, I instantly got a response telling me where to find extra batteries in the room. The building even had exercise equipment in a nice, airy space. I didn't use it because I was doing a lot of hiking and biking during my stay, but was happy to have the option.

Pauline was a fantastic host. Made excellent local recommendations for food, wine, personal taxis and guides. Quick thoughtful responses. The traffic noise is a thing but just a trade-off for being so central. Very walkable sweet neighborhood. Recommend.

Rene was awesome! He was super responsive when I needed help with the apt or his reference while renting a bike. The apt is smaller than how the photos show but just enough for one or two people. Enjoy Oaxaca, the magical city!

For those that only read the first line of reviews , simply put we found this home perfect. Now if you are still reading we will tell you that the attention we received from our host was top notch. Constanza and Clara communicated through the app so well . When we wanted a more personal communication they meet us face to face. . We learned so much about the culture of the city and some spots we would never of found in a guide book or google searches. The home itself was as described and the plants throughout the courtyard were beautiful and soothing. Picking this location for your trip is something you will not regret

Edén es excelente anfitriona, siempre pendiente de nosotros. El check-in y el check-out fue muy flexible. Nos consiguió un corralito para nuestro nieto, se lo agradecemos muchísimo! Recomendamos este lugar 100%.

Mi esposa y yo la pasamos muy bien viviendo y trabajando desde casa en este Airbnb. Es uno de los mejores Airbnbs en los que nos hemos alojado para estadías largas en Oaxaca. Los anfitriones son muy amables y atentos a cualquier cosa que surja. Ivet y Zazil nos orientaron al espacio y al vecindario y responden rápido a cualquier necesidad. Doña Paty, quien hace el mantenimiento de los espacios comunes también es muy querida y responde cualquier duda. Esta es una buena opción para las personas que quieren más tranquilidad fuera del centro. Es un espacio visualmente atractivo y tiene una agradable estética minimalista. Se encuentra en una zona segura con muchas familias y en general bastante tranquila para la ciudad de Oaxaca. Hay varios comedores y restaurantes cerca. ¡Lo recomendamos!

Excellent location, close to many restaurants, markets and shops downtown. Other suites on site, but secure and safe. Ours had many steps up and down but ok. Kitchen and dining were great. Retro look microwave and fridge.

We absolutely loved staying at the apartment. The neighbourhood was a great mix of local flavour and feel (shops, market, neighbours, yes including the dogs) and specialty bakery, cafes and restaurants. It was an easy 20-25 min walk downhill to Santo Domingo/the north part of the historical centre, where you can get good coffee at Mundo cafe, a torta at Torta Hormiga or sit in one of the very green squares. The walk uphill can feel challenging in the heat, especially after a couple of days, but we felt the privacy, view, the apartment itself and the terrace was unparalleled. The apartment came with free filtered water, shampoo, soap, work desk and chair, fully equipped kitchen and cooking necessities (oil, salt etc), which I really appreciated. Leonila was friendly, always responsive and when she couldn’t meet us, her husband came to hand us the keys. We are super grateful & we have fond memories of our stay in Oaxaca!
