This beautiful house is a rare find, feels like you're staying at the Encanto house! Peaceful and within walking distance of the beach and great restaurants. Our lovely host Rossella was very helpful and welcoming, providing local wine and breakfast and offering great recommendations for places to visit including introducing us to a local legend captain Tano who took us out to sea for a day. The house is equipped with everything you need and made us feel right at home. It's even more beautiful than the photos and learning the history of it made it even more special (it was designed by the architect of Teatro Massimo). We had a fantastic time and highly recommended it.

This place was, without a doubt, the best place I stayed on a 5 week tour my wife and I had recently. This ground floor unit was like a house of my own, even with Oranges and basil in my own garden. Everything was perfect and I cannot say enough about how Giralamo helped me to find restaurants, banks, and whatever I needed. He was a true gentleman. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone.

Excelent accueil de Valeria, qui a toujours été disponible et nous a aidé pour la reservation d'un taxi pour les enfants.Tres bel emplacement tres sécurisé dans un lotissement privé ,sur veillé par un gardien 24 h sur 24 .il faut une voiture bien sur et l'on peut la garer sans probleme devant la maison (c'est safe).jardin magnifique et belle piscine qui chauffe bien car meme en avril nous en avons profité. appartement bien agencé en sous sol de la maison avec une zone de terrasse privative, c'est effectivement pas tres lumineux pour les deux chambres du fond mais tout est tres propre et l'appartement bien equipé. la localisation est pratique pour visiter palerme, mondello est tres proche à 5 mn en voiture et l'aeroport à 20 mn en voiture ce qui est pratique pour le depart.

We hadden een geweldig verblijf bij Antonio. Het terras is super! Het uitzicht is fantastisch! Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, het is niet supermodern, maar wel heel charmant. Antonio en zijn zus zijn snel bereikbaar en staan open voor info. Ik moest door familiale redenen onverwacht vroeger naar huis, maar het werd prima geregeld door Antonio. Duidelijk en heel correcte afhandeling. We hebben erg genoten! Groetjes Kristien en familie

We loved staying at Teresa’s villa! From beginning until we departed she was available and was kind and considerate with the nuances of the home, from the heating system to locking doors, from internet access to equipping us with wonderful amenities and breakfast items before we arrived. The location is awesome. We were able to swim out our door each day and the privacy gave us a wonderful alternative to the busy-ness of a hotel room. The reserve next to the property is a heavenly place to run, walk, or mountain bike and you have just enough activity to be surrounded by healthy, active people. There are stairs to get in-out to access the home so you need to be active for staying here. We loved all the breezy doors and windows, terraces, flowers and plants and the villa has everything you would need for a year. The kitchen was especially well equipped. Teresa gave us recommendations on everything Palermo - including a beautiful haircut for my husband and I. She is remarkable.

Bardzo wygodny dom w pięknej i spokojnej okolicy, na zamkniętym osiedlu. Do morza spacerem bardzo blisko, świetna okolica. Nadia zapewniła wszelkie przydatne instrukcje, pomocne wskazówki, kontakt był świetny, na wiadomości odpisywała od razu, bardzo przyjazna! <3 Dom w świetnym klimacie, bardzo ładny i czysty. Dobre Wi-Fi. Super się tam czułam i polecam w 100%! :)

Le logement d'Aldo est incroyable. Si les photos sur l'annonce mettent le logement en valeur, sachez qu'il est encore plus beau en vrai ! L'arrivée par le jardin est un moment magique qui vous font comprendre que vous allez passer des magnifiques vacances. La maison est situé a 3 minutes de la plage à pied, dans une allée privée tres calme ou il est possible de se garer gratuitement dans la rue. L'intérieur de la maison est tres charmant et tres fonctionnel. Ne vous embêtez pas à emmener des affaires pour la plage, ici tout est prévu :) (draps de plages, serviettes, parasol, jeux de plage, ...). Aldo est un hôte tres réactif dans les échanges et il est au petit soin pour vous faire passer un tres bon moment. Merci Aldo, nous avons passé une magnifique semaine et nous reviendrons dans cette maison pour notre futur séjour en Sicile !

good location, 7 minutes by foot to the nice sandy beach, supermarkets, barbershops, cafes, bars, restaurants etc. Nice, quiet and green private backyard with grill zone and with the view on the mountains. Apartment is located on the second floor, no elevator is available. The entrance to the apartment and backyard is separate and private. There is everything what one needs in the apartment, maybe not brand new furnished and equipped, but nevertheless very cozy and comfortable.

Abbiamo alloggiato in sei nello splendido appartamento di Paola, che ha superato le nostre aspettative. Tutto pulitissimo e profumato, curato nei minimi dettagli e fornito di tutto ciò che è necessario in una casa. Inoltre, abbiamo usufruito del noleggio auto Appa rental car (suggerito dalla host) proprio di fronte l'appartamento ed è stata un'esperienza molto positiva, anche grazie alla signora Giovanna, gentile e disponibile. Quando abbiamo avuto piccoli intoppi, la signora Paola è stata subito a disposizione e d'aiuto, risolvendo prontamente. È stato facile comunicare grazie alla sua gentilezza. Ci ritorneremmo senza dubbio, consigliatissimo.

Ornella and her daughter Beatrice were wonderful hosts. They responded to my questions in a timely manner.—- always pleasant and eager to help. The Villa and its surroundings and location were perfect for my group. The outdoor space was amazing! I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone wanting to be near Palermo and the beach!

Just completed a 4 night stay. The property was great! Views better than shown on listing. The apartments are well stocked with basic necessities (shampoo, laundry detergent, dish soap, coffee, water,etc). We were met by the host and shown around, they communicated well and checked in on us to see if we needed anything. A short drive to Mondello Beach or Port of Palmermo. Plenty of space in the apartments for our group! Very happy with the property! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay, enjoyed the garden with olive and lemon trees and the pool. Porch with view of the ocean and mountains was wonderful. Shaded area for breakfast was nice! Martina is a warm person and very helpful as a host. It was dark when we arrived and the Sicilian mountainroads are difficult the first time for tourists so it was nice to be in contact with host for help. Recommend to arrive when light out. We enjoyed the two large dogs and several cats around, well-behaved with us and our kids. We got awesome local recommendations from host which really made our trip even better including a drive to the best beach we’ve ever seen. We mixed cooking at home and driving (15-20min) to restaurants. Not good for local area walks but garden is big. We were two adults and 10 and 14 yr old kids. Lots of space. Three bedrooms. Small but fine kitchen (no oven but microwave oven available). Very clean and comfortable, two floors, building separate from host’s. Loved our stay here!!

We worked with Albi, Giorgio’s sister, for our stay. She was very responsive and helpful, even when we had last minute requests for a guide to Etna, etc. I would highly recommend reaching out to her for any questions or recommendations you might want during your stay. The neighborhood is quiet, but the walkable restaurant is wonderful. You will want a car though to fully explore and get to the grocery, etc. Taxis take 30-45 minutes to arrive and we found them pricey. The house is amazing, though it is important to note that the hot tub is a European hot tub that only accommodates 2 people at one time. Otherwise, the house is well furnished, stocked and has all the equipment you need to enjoy the view and the ocean! It may have been seasonal, but during sunrise and sunset the mosquitoes were horrible and made it difficult to fully enjoy the wonderful terrace.

Ett väldigt fint och stort hus som var över förväntan! Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse, värdarna var väldigt hjälpsamma och tillgängliga. Vi kom fram sent första dagen och det var inga problem alls och incheckning var väldigt smidig! Huset har ett bra läge, med 200 meter till havet och en väldigt fin havsutsikt från balkongen! Det enda som kan ses som en ”nackdel” är att det är ganska lyhört mellan husen och man hör grannarna lite mycket ibland Annars ett perfekt boende!

Nous sommes partis en vacances à 10 copains. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement. Nous avions accès à la partie inférieure de la maison (un grand séjour, 5 chambres et 4 salles de bain), ainsi que l’ensemble des extérieurs avec la piscine. Il est facile de stationner sa voiture sur le parking de la résidence qui est sécurisée. Nous avons eu le plaisir d’être accueilli avec des pastas à la sauce tomate/basilic le soir de notre arrivée. Patrizia, son mari et sa fille nous ont organisé un cours de cuisine pendant notre séjour pour apprendre à faire des pastas italiennes. Nous avons fortement apprécié le moment. C’était génial ! Je vous recommande de venir séjourner à Palerme dans ce logement idéalement situé entre Mondello et Cefalu.

Nous avons passé une séjour merveilleux. La maison, le jardin sont magnifiques, très fleuris, et le cadre est idyllique (vu sur les montagnes) et paisible. La maison est impeccable et parfaitement équipée, nous avions tout ce qu’il fallait pour passer un excellent séjour. Le logement est très bien situé pour sillonner les environs. À proximité : de jolies plages, le petit bourg de San Nicola l’arena et tout ce qu’il faut pour faire ses courses. Les personnes qui nous ont accueillies ont été très accueillantes et de bon conseil (très bonnes adresses de resto) et également très réactives quand nous avions des questions. Rien à redire, ce séjour était parfait!

La maison proposée par Chiara est très belle, agréable et idéale pour notre séjour entre amis. La vue sur la mer est imprenable, l’extérieur de la maison est magnifique !! L’hôte a été très disponible pour nous. Cependant points négatifs : le lit de la chambre a l’étage grince énormément (le sommier), la douche de la master bedroom ne fonctionnait pas (pas de débit et pas d’eau chaude), concernant le tri sélectif des déchets : réglementation très compliquée sur l’île, nous aurions eu besoin de plus d’explications dans la maison sur le tri des déchets. Nous recommandons +++ la maison !!

Très belle villa avec une magnifique piscine de 10*20 entourée de végétations et très au calme. Un petit havre de paix à faire en amoureux ou avec un couple d’amis à 20min de Palerme et à 5min de la plage de Mondello. Communication simple et réactive avec Cristana. Nous recommandons vivement.

Gloria and her whole family were absolutely gorgeous and the perfect hosts. Mimmo was so nice, he made so many efforts to let us feel welcomed and to communicate with us. The accomodation was even better than it looked on the pictures. The view was breathtaking and Mimmo‘s pool was a dream. We are looking forward to coming back, we are really gonna miss the place!

Non ho parole sufficienti per descrivere quanto è stato meraviglioso il nostro soggiorno. La casa è stupenda e giardino con piscina è ancora di più! si può sentire che questo posto è stato creato con amore, ma non c'è da stupirsi quando si incontrano i proprietari. Giulio e Alessio sono meravigliosi, molto aperto e disponibile, e semplicemente le persone fantastiche ! Ancora una volta, grazie di cuore ragazzi, io e miei amichi non vediamo l’ora di tornarci ❤️❤️

Gaetano und seine Familie sind super. Das Ferienhaus ist toll. Das Ferienhaus ist 20 Minuten vom Flughafen und 40 Minuten von Palermo entfernt. Die Lage ist ruhig in einem Wohngebiet. Ein Auto ist notwendig, Parkplätze sind genug vorhanden. Der Pool ist super (1/3 circa 1,3 m tief, dann abfallend bis auf circa 2 m), Geatano reinigt ihn täglich. Es ist ein großer Smart TV mit Netflix vorhanden. Es gibt drei moderne einstellbare Klimageräte (2 x in den Schlafzimmern, 1 x im Wohnzimmer). Zwei Schlafzimmer liegen im OG (21 Treppenstufen). Moskitos im Außenbereich sind möglich, die Fenster haben alle einen Insektenschutz. Das Wlan ist gut. Eurostecker passen in alle Steckdosen. Die Zufahrstraßen zum Haus sind eng. Lidl ist circa 5 min entfernt. Tipp: Park App " EasyPark"
