Alojamientos vacacionales en Santa Maria Maddalena

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in Ariannas Wohung gefühlt!🤗 Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles, um sich gleich zuhause zu fühlen. Es ist ruhig und auch die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer lässt sich sehr einfach als Bett nutzen. Beachten sollte man, dass die Wohnung im 5. Stock ohne Lift liegt. Als Zugreisende war der Bahnhof nur ca 10 Gehminuten entfernt, was sehr angenehm war. Das Zentrum erreicht man ca in 25 min zu Fuß. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Wohngegend und man findet mehrere Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Lokale direkt ums Eck. Einmal hatten wir ein Problem mit dem Schlüssel und Arianna hat sofort reagiert und uns einen Ersatz besorgt. Dafür möchten wir uns nochmal herzlich bedanken! Fazit von uns: tolle Wohnung mit tollem Service, wir kommen gerne wieder!♥️

This is a whole floor in a nice looking villa on Lido, spacious, with a character and charm. Located perfectly between the beach and Vaporetto to Venice old town, and right next to multitude of bars (check out Olfa Soul), restaurants, gelaterias and groceries (Coop and Conad). If you want to spend several days wandering through Venice and at the same time spend calm evenings on the beach – the location is fantastic. Hosts are responsive and every aspect of us being there (two families with kids) was pretty awesome. Only warning: this is a second floor with a relatively steep staircase, people with limited mobility may experience issues getting in, and you can't roll a stroller into the apartment. The area around the villa, however, is kids friendly and very accessible.

Le logement était super, à 10 minutes en voiture du centre de Vérone. L’accueil était très chaleureux, l’appartement très propre et bien équipé. Le parking gratuit juste à côté était très pratique et facile d’accès. Tout était parfait, je recommande!

Very nice and clean flat. Guiseppe and Elisa were very kind and helpful at any point. Close to the beach and only a 15 min walk to the historic center of choggia.

La signora flory è stata molto gentile e disponibile, la casa molto bella, pulita, in ordine e soprattutto molto accogliente, davvero ci siamo trovate benissimo… sicuramente ritorneremo, voto 100 e lode

Enrico is een zeer gastvrije host. Vanaf het eerste moment reageerde hij snel, dacht mee en nodigde ons uit om mee te eten. Hij gaf ons een warm welkom, liet met liefde het huis en tuin zien en gaf tips voor leuke activiteiten in de omgeving. Heerlijke plek om even tot rust te komen. We hebben genoten en komen als we onderweg of in de buurt zijn zeker nog een keer terug!

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans la suite de roberto qui est un hôte chaleureux et accueillant et malgré l’heure très tardive de notre arrivée il était la pour nous accueillir Le site est superbe et très propre nous avons eu du beau temps et avons pu profiter de la piscine Nous avons pu prendre le petit déjeuner qui est très agréable et complet (café jus de fruits croissant yogourt etc) Nous reviendrons c’est sur !!!

Elisa è stata un host spettacolare, sempre disponibile e attenta. Più volte durante il soggiorno ci ha contattato per sapere se era tutto apposto e se avevamo bisogno di qualsiasi cosa. Si è resa disponibile in ogni forma. Ha persino accudito nostro figlio mentre noi scaricavamo i bagagli 😍. Appena arrivati ci ha accolto come una vecchia amica. È stato un soggiorno speciale e in buona parte lo dobbiamo anche a lei che si è prodigata per farci sentire a casa nostra. Lo consiglio vivamente.
