We enjoyed our stay so much! There were so many little things that made being away from home easier and the location is perfect!

Love staying here! Close to beach and easy walk to restaurants. House is always clean and A/C works well so never hot! Small house but functional and second bedroom is large with 2 full or queen beds. 1 story so no stairs with dogs or kids. Ms. Ella always nice and easily reached.

A wonderfully peaceful place on the water. It’s also close to trails for exploring and hiking. Very convenient to the national park and downtown. I highly recommend.

This was our second time staying here. It's clean and spacious. I love how close it is to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to have a couple home cooked meals and even did a little baking! Beautiful place and another wonderful time with the family.

Great location. Loved all the easy to follow directions and notes around the house. Great dog friendly location not far from the dog beach and yard was a nice option during down time. TV’s were dated but you’re mostly out doors anyway. Would return.

We really enjoyed our stay at the beach house. It was quiet and relaxing amd in a beautiful area. Marty was very responsive to our questions about the area. We will definitely return.

Love the East Hill. Charming and peaceful. The cottage is cozy and quiet. We enjoyed our time there.

Great location, some wear and tear on the house but it's near the ocean and is to be expected. Had a few issues that were resolved in a timely matter. All in all it was a great trip

This is THE SPOT! If you’re looking for practicality, access to amenities, and a hideout away from crazy tourists; this is the place to bring your family. I’m a single parent of 3 and the flexibility and comfort of the location this place offers is perfect for any family. The beach was beautiful, such a short walk. The pool was our savior and became a cornerstone for how we ended most of our days as the water was perfect, every time. The “toast” they have cooking in Navarre smells good and all the best ingredients to operate a great vacation starts and ends at Sugar Beach, I promise. The house was beautifully decorated and so inviting. The sleeping spaces were ample and comfy. All bathrooms were so clean. There were nice perks of extra beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, golf cart if you wanted, and downstairs fridge for when you are spending the day outside and at the pool. A quick and easy walk to the beach that was perfect to allow for our own privacy while not missing out on beach time. We would definitely stay here again!

This house has a great location with privacy and also still being close to the beach and all that Pensacola beach has to offer. Backyard was very nice to hangout and enjoy the sunshine and sit around the pool. All the decks are great to hangout out on and enjoy the weather. Would definitely go back in a heartbeat!

Great stay! Loved the location and all the space at Michelle's place. We appreciated that the condo was well stocked with the necessities and the numerous beach items for use was an added bonus, especially when staying with kiddos. Definitely recommend as a great spot for families who want to have space to relax and enjoy the beach!

We had an incredible week! From beginning to end - everything was just perfect. Check in was super easy and the place was beautifully clean when we arrived. Nikki has thought of everything to make your stay the best - from beach towels hanging in the entryway - a coffee maker in the master bathroom so you don’t wake everyone - plenty of books to read - these little details just added more fun to the whole experience! We loved having the Sound in the backyard - our kids had so much fun catching crabs and fish in the little river system back there. And the sunsets off the deck - gorgeous. The Gulf is so easy to get to with many different access points - we had fun hunting for shells, jumping waves, and seeing dolphins there! It was so quiet and relaxing - a week to unplug and just be together as a family. We hope to be back soon! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

We decided to take a short trip to Navarre Beach and made a great choice in staying at casa blue Jay! loved the location , short walk to the beach , my kids loved the pool , my husband and me loved the peaceful and quiet location. Looking forward to book again soon

Great place to host 6 Directors for a strategic planning retreat. Can’t control the weather or we would have met outside the entire time on the amazing patio overlooking the bay. We spent as much time in this great space as we could. Rules were simple and straightforward. Amazing kitchen. Came highly recommended and we feel same way after our stay.

We had a great stay! The place was close to restaurants and was very clean. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

As advertised ! A wee bit expensive, but one gets what they pay for. The private beach was a delight. House accommodated 6 adults without issue. Lots of amenities for the water. Enjoyed the bonfire pit. Open porch was enjoyed by all. Very convenient to the Blue Wahoo Stadium. Thanks Donna's and Beach House for a great stay in Pensacola.....

Great place to stay if going to Navarre Beach! Close walk to the beach. We loved having access to the golf cart to bring our stuff to the beach. House was very clean and the kitchen had everything you would need to cook. Charlette was very responsive to any needs that we had. Would definitely go back!

Our stay was fabulous! The place was very roomy and open. I LOVE the access to the beach. It was nice to be able to use the furnished beach chairs and umbrellas. The view was just beautiful. I had a question about the wifi and got an immediate response!! We'd like to visit again in the future.

House was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of common space for our family to gather. Kitchen was well equipped with nice cookware. Beds were comfortable and entire house was clean. Short walk to the beach, lots of beach equipment.

This home and host were amazing! The home and entire area was peaceful, beautiful, and spacious with lots to do. Perfect for entertaining the entire family and only a short distance to being on the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

The place was amazing! It was clean, bright and open. The location was nice. Not much within walking distance but an easy drive to all the restaurants and local bars and stores. The beach was beautiful and super close. We had such a great time. Hannah is the perfect host, allowed us to check in early, and always responded quickly.
