Between downtown Pensacola and airport. 15 minute drive to beaches. Wireless internet strong signal. T.V. with antenna. Amish "fireplace" heater. Kitchenette with medium refrigerator, sink, microwave, toaster oven, George Foreman grill, griddle designed to cook anything, and eating utensils. Grill on patio. Beach gear.

Your private suite perfectly situated between 2 beautiful beaches (11 miles to Navarre Beach or 13 miles to Pensacola Beach). PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION FULLY BEFORE BOOKING. This suite is the upstairs portion of our home. It is not the entire house. There is a shared front entrance seperated from main living area by a privacy screen. The entire upstairs is yours. The suite consists of a king bed, bathroom and sitting area that includes a microwave, mini refrigerator and keurig coffe maker.

This cozy guest cottage has shiplap walls and a warm and inviting interior. It's perfect for a quiet getaway for 1 or 2 people. Located in Pensacola's eclectic East Hill neighborhood and close to downtown, restaurants and shopping. The cottage is best suited for guests over the age of 18 and is not equipped for small children. Please note for your comfort the standard weight capacity for the bedframe is approx 500 lbs. I have two sweet pups (Lily, Hildey) and an outdoor cat (Skipper-Doo).

Blackwater Bay Mae's Cottage

Mae's Cottage is a peaceful little bay house located right off of Interstate 10 in Milton (< 1 mile) and is within steps to the beautiful Blackwater River and Bay. It is approximately 100 yards from water access where you can enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking or just watching the sun set. There is a public boat launch so bring your boat/jet skis/kayaks and fishing gear and head out to the beautiful waters of Blackwater Bay. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful little bungalow.

Luxe Downtown Studio Apartment

Curated style within walking distance to bars and restaurants downtown, and only a 15 minute drive to Pensacola Beach! North Hill Guesthouse

This small but cute guesthouse, repainted and its floors refinished in December 2024, is a five-minute drive from downtown Pensacola, the double A baseball stadium on Pensacola Bay, and a host of restaurants and bars. It is also 20 minutes from Pensacola Beach and the beautiful Gulf Coast. The guesthouse is a separate structure, located in a semi-tropical garden, that affords lots of privacy and quiet in the historical North Hill neighborhood that is ideal for long walks.

Casey's Corner

Our home features a large master suite and two guest bedrooms. The master suite includes a desk (for when work is absolutely necessary), and all bedrooms have their own tv with cable. Wireless, high-speed internet is available throughout the home. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools you need to cook your own delicious meals and is open to the dining and living areas. A washer and dryer are available in the garage.

Situated just east of Pensacola and just north of Pensacola Beach, our place is located in a quiet neighborhood, just a short drive from amazing restaurants and the most beautiful, snow white beaches in Florida. Our private suite has one bedroom, one bathroom and an open living/kitchen area. Sleep up to four guests with a queen bed in the bedroom and a new queen size pull out sofa in the living area.
