What a wonderful apartment! Everything you need plus views of the city from the terrace. 5 minute walk to largest park n Barcelona, all main attrations were within 40 minute walk of apartment. Albert was extremely helpful. Would definetly want to stay here again on the next visit.

Very response & good location in terms being in the center, easy to get around whether you want to use metro or take taxis.

Apartmán je umístěný ve výborné lokalitě,blízko metra,nedaleko od centra.Vše bylo v pořádku,čisto,velmi jsme uvítali možnost uložení kufru do skříňky v přízemí neboť jsme přijeli brzy ráno a odlítali odpoledne.Nemame,co vytknout.Pokud někdy pojedeme do Barcelony,ubytujeme se opět zde.

Le logement est idéalement situé dans le quartier de l'Eixample. Propre, bien équipé et avec une superbe terrasse, nous y avons passé un très agréable week-end. La communication avec Esther a toujours été facile. Une très belle adresse à recommander à Barcelone !

Excellent location, great space for 4 people, roof top terrace was amazing. Was very clean, balcony for a coffee in a morning was lovely, shutters on the windows keep the early morning sun out and keeps the rooms cool. The online check in is quite complex but manageable if you are ok with technology. I like the room key app idea (no risk of losing keys). Couple of small details need fixing like toilet roll holder shower head and ironing board but nothing we couldn’t manage with. Was a lack of toilet roll for 4 people for 4 days so had to buy our own but not too expensive in Aldi up the road. The walls are thin in the building so noise does travel but that can’t be helped I guess. Overall I would definitely look to stay here again if i’m ever visiting barcelona and would 100% recommend to anyone looking to visit.

Ana et Ivan ont été des hôtes sympathiques, réactifs et qui se sont adaptés à notre horaire d'arrivée (train en retard). Le logement est situé sur une place assez charmante. La place est vivante surtout le weekend mais les terrasses ferment avant minuit (au moins jusqu'au vendredi soir) et on n'entend pas vraiment le bruit depuis la chambre. Le métro le plus proche est à 7 min à pieds. La ville étant grande, nous avons emprunté le métro pour aller voir les principales attractions, mais aussi le bus lorsque nous étions près de la plage. Cependant il y a la Casa Vicens, très accessible à pieds depuis l'appartement. Nous y avons logé 3 nuits, logement sympa avec une déco un peu bohème/globe-trotters/étudiant, la literie est correcte, on y dort bien après de grosses journées ! Nous avons apprécié la pression d'eau de la douche 😀

Le logement était très bien situé et répondait à tous nos critères. Il était très propre ! L’hôte était très réactif et disponible. Cependant si vous avez le sommeil léger, le métro se ressent et s’entend fortement. Nous recommandons ce logement si vous êtes de passage à Barcelone !

Minerva was very responsive and provided clear instructions. She was very accommodating and responded to all my requests. The area she's in has alot of bars and we would often find ourselves coming back to the area after dinner instead of going to other areas in the city. Be prepared to walk up 5-6 flights of stairs.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und groß, ideal für Hunde. Dadurch das der Pool abgedeckt ist, konnte man April schon in den Pool gehen und er hatte auch eine angenehme Temperatur. Unsere Gastgeberin hatte uns am ersten Tag auch eine Kleinigkeit gekocht, was auch sehr lecker war. Alles im allen ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen und perfekt für Leute die mit Hund und Kindern eine Unterkunft suchen, kommen hier auf ihre Kosten.:)

The host stayed in touch with us from the moment of booking, was very responsive and then met us by the door and showed the apartment and all the amenities. We loved the place, it had all the necessities. The apartment has a beautiful terrace that could have more use during warmer months of the year. The only downside is laundry being a separate service for this Airbnb. Also the access to apartment requires walking the stairs which might be a struggle for people with mobility issues. Other than that the place was great. The location is amazing, multiple supermarkets can be found nearby, lots of cafes and easy public transport access. The checkout was also very smooth and easy!

Alles war bestens. Monica ist sehr freundlich und hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllen können. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

When we arrived after our long flight from NY, Rosa cheerfully greeted us. We felt very welcome. She showed us around the apartment and offered great tips to help us enjoy our trip. The apartment has a hip and quirky vibe. We especially liked the outdoor space. The location was fantastic and we loved having cafe con leche and a pastry in the morning. If we ever get back to Barcelona, we would love to stay at Rosa's place.

We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place. We traveled with our family and our dog, who had plenty of space to run around in the beautiful garden. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We had a small issue with the electricity, but the hosts were quick to respond and resolve it. They were kind and attentive throughout our stay. For those traveling to Barcelona with family, this is a great option.

La maison est située dans un quartier de Sant Cugat à 5 minutes à pied du ferrocaril (équivalent d'un train de banlieu, arret la floresta qui se trouve en zone tarifaire 1). Et en 25 minutes vous êtes à la place Catalunya qui est au centre de Barcelone. Le quartier est calme pavillonaire et plein de verdure. Idéal si vous voyagez avec un chien. Ricardo avait d'ailleurs tout prévu pour accueillir notre compagnon à quatre pattes (gamelles, niche, balles de tennis..). La maison est sur 2 étages, elle est facile à vivre, bien équipée. Les draps, serviettes, gel douche étaient fournis et le ménage compris. Ricardo est très accueillant, il parle français. Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour. Merci.

Lovely place to stay in a quiet area. Easy to get into central Barcelona. Property was clean and well equipped. Only 10 mins walk from a large supermarket. I would recommend this property to couples and families.

Great and safe location within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and tourist sites. Alejandro was very responsive, and the video instructions for how to locate and access the rental were perfect. Rental was clean and matched the description and pictures. My family and I would definitely consider this location again.

Enzo was a fabulous host! The apartment is spectacular! My jaw dropped when I stepped out on the veranda and saw the mighty Sagrada Família! The apartment is perfect for a small family and is very close to all the main attractions. You are lucky if you get to stay here!

The apartment is absolutely perfect. The terrace will not disappoint, it has amazing views. The bed is incredibly comfy, with all round black out blinds which really work! The place is very clean, great kitchen and bathroom. The host is really responsive and the apartment is in an brilliant location. We would absolutely love to stay here again. Neighbourhood is not too busy and 10mins walk to Sagrada Familia and the Metro. All round 10/10!

I had a wonderful stay at Benedicto's place. It was super easy to communicate and check in. The location is 100m from the beach and the are restaurants all around. Tea coffee and milk was provided as well as fresh linen and towels. The bed was super comfortable and i slept very well. The apartment is located 30 minutes from Barcelona with a local bus in walking distance with a fare of 2.60euros one way. The pool on site was quiet and clean with sun beds. Lovely!! Logement très bien agencé tout confort, Idéalement bien placé. Le parc à proximité est idéal pour un séjour avec enfant et chien. Enfin, Sylvia est très serviable et de bons conseils. Nous reviendrons si nous revenons à Barcelone.

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in der Unterkunft von Nelly und Aitana. Nelly hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles gezeigt. Die Wohnung war sauber und es hatte alles was man braucht. Der Strand war wunderschön und ein paar Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle ca. 4 Min. entfernt, mit diesem konnte man direkt in die Stadt fahren. Bis zum Plaza Catalunya waren es je nach Verkehr zwischen 45 und 60 Minuten. Für uns als Familie mit drei Kindern war dies eine gute Mischung zwischen Stadt und Strand. Vielen Dank Nelly und Aitana🙏🏼☺️
