Beautiful place, breathtaking view! We'll definitely come back again. The pictures actually don't do it justice, it looks much better than advertised! I had no contact with Preeyanut, but Mo and Steve who take care of the house are extremely friendly and helpful. The house is up the mountain close to Sairee, but it is not accessible by foot, nor by motorbike I think though I haven't tried. So to go out to eat, party or visiting, Steve will drive down and back up the mountain free of charge! He picked us up twice at around 1am after partying without any problems! 🙏 And lastly they accept dogs, which makes it our favorite place to stay in Ko Tao so far!

Very nice designed complex, located next to a river and only 5 mins to local market by feet.

Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt mit unserem 1 jährigen Kind bei James. Coral, die für uns zuständig war hat sich um jedes Anliegen gekümmert und war immer für uns erreichbar. Sie hat uns super Tipps gegeben und alles für uns perfekt organisiert. Leider hatten wir ein paar Tage schlechtes Wetter und konnten es aber wegen der tollen Unterkunft super auch bei schlechtem Wetter aushalten. Alles was man benötigt ist füßläufig zu erreichen. Die Anlage würde alle zwei Tage sauber gemacht und frisches Trinkwasser gebracht. Alle waren außerordentlich nett & hilfsbereit. Einfach wundervoll und absolut empfehlenswert ❤️

We loved our stay in the Sky Villa with our two boys. We were welcomed by our host on-site and she helped us rent scooters at a trustworthy place at the bottom of the hill. We spent relaxing evenings on the terrace overlooking the harbor and being nicely set apart from the bustling nightlife. We can recommend this place to anyone who is looking for quiet and luxurious place to decompress.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt fantastisch! Der Blick auf das Meer und die kleine Insel ist traumhaft. Die Unterkunft ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ruhig und ideal zum Entspannen, jedoch sollte man beachten, dass der Weg zur Unterkunft sehr steil ist – für Anfänger auf dem Motorbike eher nicht geeignet. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Très belle villa, une vue magique! Beau coucher de soleil ! Conforme aux photos et à la description. La maison est dans le calme absolue, et l’endroit est très apaisant. Les ventilateurs dans les chambres sont bruyants mais il y a aussi la climatisation donc c’est ce que nous avons utilisé. Très beau séjour pour nous, si nous retournons à koh Tao, nous retournerons dans ce logement!

We were finding refugee for songkran and parties, and this place was true heaven !! From pick up to the villa and check out everything was great, Guy is very responsive for everything. Villa is outstanding, the view, the bed, the pool, and the shower ... facilities are amazing we had the most relaxing time thank you so much!! Fully recommend !!
