We recently enjoyed a fantastic week-long stay at this villa, and it was truly an holiday to remember. Our group of nine found the villa spacious, comfortable, and clean. Suzanna welcomed us warmly and was always on hand if we needed her. The WiFi was good. The highlight of the villa was undoubtedly the pool. Pristine (cleaned almost daily) and inviting, it provided endless hours of relaxation and fun. The outdoor area was large and very comfortable, offering plenty of shaded seating and space for dining outside. We loved the table-tennis table too. The villa's interior was basic but clean - we only used it really for sleeping. The kitchen had everything we needed (a kettle would be a great addition!) and 3 bathrooms with showers was plenty. Having a car is highly recommended. The villa is in a peaceful, scenic location, but you’ll need a car to explore the surrounding area/food shopping etc. Good shops and bakeries are close by. Lastly, don’t forget to pack some mosquito spray!

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Franka solo una notte, di passaggio in zona. Il villaggio è un po' isolato, circa 20 minuti in auto da Gorizia, ma vale la pena guidare un po' perché la casa è immersa nel verde, molto ampia e pulita. L'alloggio è al piano superiore della casa e nella parte inferiore vive Franka con suo marito. Appartamento molto ampio, eravamo in 4 adulti e lo spazio era ampiamente sufficiente. La cucina è completa di tutto. Posto auto nel cortile al coperto. La comunicazione con Franka è sempre stata puntuale e veloce, anche grazie alla traduzione automatica di Airbnb. Lei e il marito parlano poco italiano o inglese, ma sono persone accoglienti e la lingua non è un problema. La descrizione della casa e dell’esterno è molto dettagliata e rispetta esattamente la realtà. Per il check-in ci hanno aspettato e le indicazioni sono state molto chiare. Ci torneremo volentieri.

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf op Ca' Milone. We waren er voor iets meer dan twee weken en hebben heerlijk gezwommen en op de ligbedjes gelegen als we een dagje bij het huis bleven. We hebben leuk contact gehad met Francesca en Paolo die ons vanalles konden vertellen over restaurants en activiteiten in de buurt. Beiden spreken goed Engels, wat erg handig is. Paolo vertelt graag over de geschiedenis van het landgoed en zijn passie voor vliegen. De bakker en de supermarkt waren op minder dan 10 minuten met de auto, voor ons ook een pluspunt. Als je komt logeren, zorg dan wel voor een flesje Deet, of haal bij de drogist Autan om de muggen op afstand te houden!

Wir waren mit fünf Erwachsenen für eine Woche bei Renato und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war viel Platz, alles war sehr sauber und gut vorbereitet. Man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt. Es gibt kein Wohnbereich, aber große Schlafzimmer mit Sofa und Klimaanlage. Besonders der Außenbereich mit Pool, Sonnenliegen und großem Garten sind einfach genial. Renato ist super freundlich, hat uns viele, sehr gute Tips für die Umgebung gegeben und war generell gut zu erreichen. Eine absolute Empfehlung und nochmal einen großen Dank an Renato.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely lovely, offering a peaceful and scenic environment that made for a truly relaxing experience. The apartment itself was spotless, with everything well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. Communication with the host was incredibly easy and smooth, making the whole process from check-in to check-out stress-free. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Wer eine vergleichsweise bezahlbare Wohnung in der Gegend um die 3 Zinnen sucht, die sauber ist und in perfekter Lage liegt, dazu über eine tolle Aussicht vom Balkon verfügt UND die Möglichkeit bietet, einen tollen Pool zu nutzen: der ist hier richtig. Wer hingegen in einer top ausgestatteten, modernen, modischen Wohnung urlauben will, mit neuen Möbeln und frischen Bädern: der bleibt lieber fern! Wir waren dort gerade richtig. Einzig eine zweite Bettdecke im „Ehebett“ ist vorteilhaft. Danke

Francesco e la sua famiglia sono veramente delle ottime, genuine e piacevolissime persone sono stati disponibilissimi, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Eravamo in 5 maschioni in visita per vedere la gara della cronoscalata covidale castelmonte, la location comoda per raggiungere il tracciato e una volta rincasati dopo la gara ci sentivamo in paradiso, giardino bellissimo, curato e soprattutto la tettoietta con un tavolone ottimo per cene all'aria aperta. Torneremo sicuramente consigliatissimo.

Appartamento restaurato con tutti i confort, posizionato in zona tranquilla in un bel borghetto e nelle vicinanze del lago.

Samuel and Erica went above and beyond so that we felt at home, comfortable, and welcome. They so graciously allowed our grandchildren to come and play with their kids in their yard and courtyard. Erica spent a few afternoons with us watching the kids while they played. Everything about our stay was just perfect! Hopefully we can stay here again!

We stayed at Elfi’s place with our daughter, son-in-law and four of our grandchildren. The property was charming and well suited to our family size. It was clean and comfortable, offered very spacious bedrooms, a comfortable living room, a well appointed kitchen, adequate dining space, and had everything to meet the needs of our family. The cost was reasonable and provided proximity to all the major attractions nearby. The surrounding area was stunningly beautiful. We were able to walk or take a short drive to high quality restaurants where the service staff welcomed us warmly. People in the neighborhood were very friendly and helpful. Our host, Elfi, was warm and highly responsive to our needs. We recommend Elfi and her property highly.

One of those places that actually looks better than in the pictures. Ilaria and Alex are very nice people they gladly helped us with everything we needed with patience and a big smile :) Views are beautiful Quiet and peaceful Very clean

We spent a wonderful 6 days here celebrating Christmas with three generations of the family. The house surpassed our expectations. Every room is spacious, cosy and flooded with light and fabulous views.

Dunia is a great host who always answered swiftly with a lot of care and attention. The house is old and basic but offers you a warm cozy place in good location at an affordable price. Would book again!

Andrea and Deborah were amazingly welcoming and kind. They showed me around their beautiful house and answered my questions. The gorgeous home was absolutely spotless and the attention to detail in terms of furnishings gives the home a warm inviting atmosphere. Furthermore, the vintage photo- graphs offer a glimpse into the family history of the home. I felt very relaxed and comfortable as did Archie, our Golden Retriever and we would definitely stay here again.

Ideal para lo que estábamos buscando, cerca del aeropuerto. La casa tiene de todo, muy amplia y espaciosa, Romano muy amable, nos dejó varias cosas para el desayuno, y la pizzeria que nos recomendó muy buena y buenos precios. Muchas gracias Romano!

Le logement d'Alessandro est idéalement situé. il est entouré de montagnes, ce qui donne un certain charme. Nous voulions faire des randonnées dans les dolomites et l'emplacement était parfait pour cela. Il y a plusieurs restaurants dans les environs également. Alessandro était très réactif et répondait à toutes nos questions. Je recommande ce logement !

The cozy small cottage is located in an ideal location for cycling (bikes can be stored in the basement) and yet away from tourist traffic. Mrs. Barbara prepared a delicious cake "Torta di mele" for us, some food for breakfast, fruit. There is a large amount of dishes, some ingredients for daily cooking, detergents including those for washing clothes by hand (there is no washing machine). The accommodation is optimal for 2 adults and 2 smaller children, who will appreciate the many elfes located in the cottage, especially those with extensible legs:-)

L'appartamento era carino e comodo. Parcheggio in zona senza problemi. Fantastica vista e silenzio a tutte le ore del giorno e della notte. Vicino alla Diga, meta della mia visita. Unico neo la caldaia del riscaldamento posizionata accanto alla camera da letto per cui se avete necessita di tenere acceso il riscaldamento la notte si sente e da un po di fastidio.

The house is amazing, large with alot of history and is beautifully renovated. Great for the number of guests we had everyone had their own room and own space. It was a great base for where we needed to be to visit relatives in surrounding visit and nothing is too far away. The beds were comfortable and large so plenty of storage and had everything you needed. We could park off the street and also had great washing facilities and room to hang clothes in the upstairs attic space. Matteo’s house exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend.

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille, la maison est très jolie, grande et correspondait parfaitement à la description. Nous avons pu profiter avec les enfants du grand espace extérieur, faire un super barbecue et se détendre en regardant la magnifique vu sur les paysages. Un super parc est à quelques minutes à pied, ainsi que d'autres commerces utiles sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture. Ravie des prestations et de l'accueil faite par Daniela ! Merci pour ce séjour !!

Séjour agréable, Lorenzo est une personne chaleureuse est sympathique. Appartement plus que convenable. Localisation très calme et proche de toutes commodités. A recommander.

Sono stata consigliata da un amica , e non poteva consigliarmi meglio! Prezzo molto accessibile, il proprietario Giacomo molto Gentile e disponibile in tutto! Il posto è tranquillissimo e molto facile da raggiungere con una vista bellissima! Consiglio molto il posto sia che siate una famiglia che con una coppia di amici.. Torneremo Sicuramente!

My family and I had a wonderful week long stay at Erika’s home. She is one of the best hosts I’ve felt with on Airbnb; extremely responsive, helpful, and kind. The property is beautiful and the location offers plenty of privacy. The home is comfortable and offers everything you need for both a long and short stay. While San Martino is a small town, everything we needed was within a 10min drive so it was perfect as a central hub for our travels. Advice for future guests: if anyone in your group is over 6ft tall (1.8m) I suggest staying in the middle bedroom, as the bed frame in the far bedroom (master) limits the length and is only comfortable for people under that height. My family and I would absolutely stay here again, in fact it would be my first option for future trips.
