전체적으로 흠을 잡을것이 특별히 없을정도로 좋았습니다. 소통도 빨리빨리 잘 되었고 위치도 좋았어요. 가족들 편하게 머무르기에 정말 좋았습니다. 청소상태도 나쁘지않았구요. 침대만 조금만 더 신경써주시면 완벽할거 같아요. 그렇다고 청소가 덜 되었다는건 아닙니다. 무튼 나중에 치앙마이 다시 온다면 또 머물고 싶어요.

We are a family of three with a three year old child. We stayed for a month in Jan-Feb 2025. We loved this house because of the huge living space. Toys were provided (toy trucks, lego) and a big baby travel cot. Location was handy for walking to the Old City (though tricky with a pram) as well as grocery shops, including a big international one (Topps). We cooked at home a lot so appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. We stayed during cooler weather so lack of aircon downstairs wasn't a problem. Some things to bear in mind, especially if travelling with young children. There are some inaccuracies in the listing/photos, e.g., no bikes, balcony chairs. Bedroom doors lock from inside so you should request the door keys. The balcony door doesn't lock with a key so can be opened from the inside. No stair gate. Several houses in the street were being renovated when we were there and sometimes the daytime noise was unbearable - the host is responsive, so it's worth enquiring in advance.

This home was in a wonderful location! So much to do in the area and a short tuk tuk ride to the markets and old town area. The host was extremely helpful with recommendations.

We literally had the best experience staying at Villa Nittra. Siwanon's family went above and beyond to make us feel like home providing and setting up the place so that our toddlers had a safe and fun environment (toys, extra beddding, extra cot, high chairs) to enjoy. I highly recommend Villa Nittra and would love to stay at Villa Nittra if I visit Chiang Mai again. Thank you Siwanon!

Very good experience

The house is located in the village next to the road. This is the first time my parents and I have come to Chiang Mai and we are looking forward to this journey❤️Tatum was kind enough to answer questions and recommend places to go around! Tatum found out that my father is a chef from China and recommende..As our family of three stayed in the house, it was great that the house had a children's room that met my staying needs, as well as having two bathrooms and a large fridge!🤩On the day we arrived in Chiang Mai, Tatum also helped us contact a motorcycle dealer! Thank you very much! If the next time my family has the opportunity to return to Chiang Mai, I will not hesitate to stay at Tatum's house!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The house is a bit isolated but nice. The kitchen is nice, easy to cook. The host is very helpful and generous and lovely. The host just lives next door so it’s very convenient for us if we need anything.

This is a great budget friendly place that is walkable and can easily get to most places in Chiangmai. There’s a 7-11 within 5 minutes walking so you can stock up on any necessities. Be warned that there are a lot of stairs, at least two flights of stairs to reach the first bedroom.

골든타운 신축건물이라 실내외 벌레도 없고 매우 깨끗함 가전이나 가구도 깨끗하고 훌륭함 길 건너 마트가 2개이며, 루암촉몰의 월화 야시장은 현지인 위주로 다른 야시장보다 훨씬 싸고 맛있음 다만 1층 화장실에는 온수가 나오지 않지만 정수필터가 있는지 물이 깨끗함 수영장이 있어 아이들과 머물기엔 정말 최고!!!

交通方便，步行到宁曼路很近，房间干净，舒适。 和房东沟通也很顺畅，有机会会再回来。

非常方便离机场很近，整套房子整洁，东西一应俱全。房东热情，我们在清迈还借车了，当不知道停哪里时房东主动带我们去，真的超级贴心。必须给房主一点大大的👍。以后来清迈一定选这里！

適合三五好友共宿

We had a pleasant and very comfortable stay in the villa. Easy check-in and easy check-out + easy to ge there because of the airport transfer offered. When we checked-in we needed a couple of things to use for our short stay and the host is very helpful and responsive to accommodate our needs. The villa has a good wifi connection too, my husband used it for this work. Situated in a guarded community, peaceful and quiet neigborhood and not far from the city. The neighbors are nice as well, one helped us when we had trouble with our rented car. You need your own transport if you stay here as its not walking distance to the town center. There's 7/11 closeby and tops market as well for basic needs. There was a good gym in walking distance where one in my group went for. Everybody in my group had a wonderful stay in the villa. It made our stay perfectly relaxing after a long day of exploring Chiang Mai.

Paul was a wonderful host. Very kind, proactive, and responsive! His place is as described and looks just like the photos. The outdoor roof is a great space as well! Awesome view of the surroundings.

Better than expectation, great value for money

This place is amazing, the location is absolutely perfect, and the transportation is super convenient. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. I loved it so much that I even wanted to buy it! However, the only downside is that since it's newly renovated, there is still some renovation smell when you first move in. I would recommend guests who are pregnant or have babies to wait at least six months after my review before choosing to stay here

I absolutely love this place. It's spacious, clean, and perfectly located. The house has everything I need, making it feel like home. The kitchen and backyard area are especially amazing.

I am not the first one to write this but the apparent is literally inside the Saturday market which I must mention was the best market we have been in Thailand. Not too crowded, great prices, lots of unique and local products and good vibes. We arrived on Saturday afternoon to a not that busy street, the 3 floors apparent is located in an internal building with a small porch facing the small parking lot. A few hours later, the entire street including the parking lot is filled with music and beautiful market stands. Not to worry, all the hassle disappeared before midnight as if it was not there. The apparent itself is very spacious with living room and kitchen on the first floor and two huge bedrooms with private bathroom on each of the other floors. Fah and Talay are very responsive and provide good tips for the stay. This is a great accommodation if you are here on Saturday!

Aaron is one of the best hosts I have ever had! Super helpful and always there to help! The space was super big and if you are planning to come with your family this might be a great choice! The place is nearby the night market and there is great food around! :)
