We loved this beach house! Great location, sunsets, clean, well appointed and beautiful. We would definitely come back!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful vacation home. Bradley was very responsive to messages and he and Derek were in the area and frequently asked if we needed anything during our stay. We have never had such a positive experience with vacation owners as we had with the owners during this trip. The property was gorgeous, clean, and completely modern with updated appliances and wonderful views of the ocean water from the deck- we spent a lot of time hanging out there because it was so comfortable and clean. The amenities were great and the owners truly thought of everything from small touches of a welcome basket to toiletries, linens and towels- it was more than we expected. It was an amazing vacation and we would definitely rent from Casa Key LLC again!

This is the right place if you want to disconnect. We brought enough groceries for our week’s stay and were able to truly unplug and relax, which is what we needed.

We absolutely loved this place! Literally walk right to the beach in under a minute! Marks place was extremely clean, very organized and well thought out! I also noticed this particular section of the beach wasn’t very busy. I believe it’s due to it only being residential in the vicinity, which made for nice, peaceful and quiet days on the beach. we were greeted with a bottle of wine, a welcome card and some chocolates which made for a wonderful touch. Everything we needed was there and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Already planning when we can return again!!

Chris and Kalyn were great hosts! We had a couple of questions while we were staying there and they were extremely responsive to all of our needs! The house is gorgeous. We had a couple young kids with us so the stairs were a little tricky but manageable! The beds were extremely comfortable. Overall great stay!

Sheryl’s responsiveness and care for us was unmatched. We had an issue with the property that she resolved immediately and even called me personally to make sure my friends and I were taken care of. Great location and outstanding customer service.

Chris was a very responsive host. During our stay he spent a day working on his boat in the back. He was very friendly, but also respected our privacy. The house met all of our expectations and our kids loved the pool. The neighborhood was great to walk through and each house offered fantastic curb appeal. With 3 kids under the age of 6, the 10-12 minute walk to the beach was a little long, but Chris’ wagon and beach supplies helped! The golf cart would have been ideal, but without a place to park near the beach we didn’t have much use for it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the entire family agrees we’d love to go back. Went to Bradenton for a couple of days and decided on staying in Andrew’s wonderful house. The location is great, lots of shops and restaurants and close to Anna Maria Island. The house was spacious, clean, had all the amenities and the pool was a huge plus! Andrew was quick in his responses and very friendly. Had a great time and will definitely come again in the future.

Ammey & Ammey’s place was simply awesome. A hidden gem—calm & peaceful. Clean place with a great pool in a beautiful setting, steps from the sand. We loved having coffee in the screened in porch looking at the pool and beautiful landscape. Thank you, Ammey for sharing your place with us when we needed a break from the world. Would stay there over and over!

We really enjoyed our stay. It's a very short walk to the beach, and the beach is one of the nicest we've been to in Florida. Steve was a great communicator and very responsive. The property is very convenient to restaurants and what-not. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic stay at a perfect house on Siesta Key. House was spotlessly clean and incredibly well equipped. Was perfect for our family of 4. Location was amazing, right over the road from a few bars and restaurants (no issue with noise which I had thought might be a problem) and a 7Eleven which was super convenient. The unbelievably beautiful beach was just 5 mins walk away with the softest, whitest sand I’ve ever seen in my life! Information sent from John the host was proactive, easy to understand and accurate. He was very fast to respond to messages. We loved it here, are missing it already and would highly recommend it.

Had a lovely stay here. Communication with Carmen was fantastic. Decorating in home was tasteful and lovely and we felt right at home.

This place is PERFECT for a family with younger children (ours are 2 & 5). We were visiting grandma and grandpa and it had a great setup for having them visit during the day to hang and swim. The house was in a quiet neighborhood that is close to beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores. Host also provided everything we needed for a beach day. The home is decorated with a beach/mermaid theme (our daughter was in love) and bedrooms were very cozy. We will absolutely be staying here again!!

We vacationed in Anna Maria, and this house was a wonderful addition to the beautiful island. It had everything we needed for the beach and for our kids. It was very cozy and had a wide variety of board games, making our stay fun. Thank you, Nicole, for helping with the quick check-in. We will definitely come back here again.

We had a wonderful stay here - my husband and I, our son, daughter, son-in-law and grandson. The house is well set up for 2 families with a very private master "wing" with it's own large king bedroom, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet and desk. It is a short (less than 5 minute walk) to the beach which we often had all to ourselves! The house itself is clean, modern, comfortable and very well equipped. We really enjoyed the screened-in outdoor patios, BBQ and games room! A quiet peaceful neighborhood. The hosts are friendly and very responsive. We hope to stay here again!

Tyka was the most amazing host, I’ve ever had! Her place is stunning, relaxing and accommodating. The plants and landscape around the pool, in the home and out front are amazing. We’d like her to come to Maine and figure out our gardens! She, herself was amazing as well, very accommodating, friendly and respectful of our privacy. We had a small issue with the ac and she was all over it! Communicated like no other! We felt more like she was our friend and not just a host. She was wonderful! Congrats to Tyka for achieving only what other hosts dream of! Loyalty… this will be my go to place when I’m in Florida!

We were so impressed by Brian's place, the pictures do not do it justice. Spacious, private, had everything you needed are just a few of the great things. One of our moat appreciated amenities was the pool, we had our own little oasis. We were also very grateful for the beach gear! This included a cooler, beach umbrellas, several beach chairs, a sand sifter, and a wagon to carry it all. Brian was very responsive and made sure we had the best stay possible. We will definitely be back!

Franks house was beautiful. It looks exactly like the photos. The grounds are beautiful and the neighborhood is super quiet. It’s only about 14 min to blind pass beach and Manasota key beach was about 23 minutes. Most all restaurants are back in business and most beaches are all recovered. We all loved the pool and jacuzzi after long days at the beach. Thanks Frank for a great stay! Hopefully we’ll be back next year 👍🏻

We loved staying at this home! The location was perfect for our needs. It was an extremely easy walk to the restaurants and the beach. It was even manageable for our 5 year old who loved the walks. Waking up and having a morning coffee looking out over Lyons Bay was so peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

First time to AMI and it did not disappoint! The island is so cute, the beaches/water are amazing, and this house was the icing on the cake!!! JUST WOW! This house is just GORGEOUS! It’s so private, the landscaping is so beautiful you feel like you’re in the jungle. Very spacious, beautiful layout, the decor is so cute in every space. Such an awesome kitchen, balconies are so nice! Great game room, we played pool every night. The rooftop is SO COOL, the 360 degree view of the island is unreal. Watched both the sunrise and sunset, highly recommend! Pool and hot tub were so nice with plenty of shade. Loved all the spaces to sit on the pool deck and the dock/being on the canal was so nice. We saw so many birds including a wild turkey and even had daily visits from a raccoon who came to drink from the pool! We took advantage of the kayaks and paddled the inlets and even saw manatee. Honestly this place is so magical we had the best stay and we didn’t want to leave. Hope to return again!

Really enjoyed this property and the short walk to the beach. Every year we go to Englewood and we try a new property. This one is definitely going to be our number one vacation spot. Dana was very responsive, very friendly, and more than accommodating. Overall very happy with our stay.
