Beautiful apartment based very central to Olbia town (about a 20 minute walk around the harbour). Check in process was very straightforward as hosts met us and went through all the booking details, making everything very clear. Amenities are paid after checkout based on consumption. Hosts were super helpful and welcoming, sharing recommendations and love for the island. Would recommend. Thanks for an amazing stay!

We really enjoyed Tonino's place. The house is in the quiet district of Oristano - the location is very convenient for those who travel by car. We needed only 20 minutes to visit the most beautiful beaches and places around Oristano. We truly recommend to visit this region of Sardegna. There is few tourists so you can observe the real life of Sardo people. You will be surrounded by nature - blossoming flowers, green forests, quiet lakes - the natural house of flamingos and charming small towns like Cabras. Moreover, we could easily get to the archeological spots like Tharos, Santa Cristina or Nuraghe Losa. We truly recommend you to choose Tonino's house. The appartment is one of the three terraced houses (all of them belong to Tonino so you can rent one or three of them together with your friends) with the beautiful tarrace with fireplace and big garden full of olive trees and flowers. You could really feel the village life (also thanks to the small horse stable next to the house). The house is not the luxury one but it has a camping atmosphere that we really enjoyed. The apartment itself is very cozy, clean but quite small (big enough for a couple with small kid) - it has a bathroom the one room which is 3in1- living room, kitchen and bedroom. The appartment is well equipped - you have comfortable furnitures, air-conditioning and tv. You can also borrow the umbrella for a beach. What we like the most is the hospitality of Tonino - he really deserves the title of the Superhost!!! We are traveling a lot but we have never met better host before! Tonino is very open, friendly and warm-hearted person. He is a true Sardo. He was very helpful - we could count on him in every situation (he was always available and ready to help). He not only gave us lots of tourist materials but also travel tips and hints. Thanks to his advices we have seen the most beautiful beaches and took part in one of the very unique local event - Corsa degli Scalzi. We spent together charming time talking about Sardinya culture, traditions and nature. He gave us an overview how the life in Sardegna really looks like. One of the biggest surprise was the degustation of the local cuisine. It happened very spontaneous like everything what Tonino does ;) It was a real pleasure to spend the time in Tonino's house. We could really feel like at home. We relaxed, tasted Sardinian culture and got a new Friend. Thank you Tonino! We will definitely come back to Oristano and your house!

per prima cosa Alberto é stato da subito cortese e gentile ,sia per la flessibilità del check in in quanto noi saremmo arrivato in tarda notte,ci ha fatto trovare casa aperta e con 2 video per aiutarci all'entrata. ci ha fatto teovare anche qualcosa da mangiare e e da bere nel frigo. l'alloggio é abbastanza piccolino ma non manca niente ,classica casina da mare, con un giardino immerso nel verde che la rende molto carina,aggiungo che davvero non manca niente e mette a disposizione bici e quello che occorre per la spiaggia. Alberto é stato davvero molto disponibile anche a darci consigli e reattivo quando lo abbiamo disturbato, in più ci sono tante spiagge con mare cristallino.

Wir waren nur eine Woche / Ende April - Anfang Mai / auf SARDINIEN. Mit dem Wetter hatten wir Glück gehabt deswegen fast ganze Zeit draußen gebracht wurde. Das Haus hat praktisch vier Erholungszonen draußen, eine von Ihnen ein Pool. Ganz schöne Ecke, gemütliches Haus - wir können nur empfehlen ☝️

The house position is excellent Welcoming and equipped with all comforts. The host proved to be extremely attentive in satisfying our needs and without asking he made us find the wood ready for our arrival We simply used a lighter and after 10 seconds the fire was on. The visit to the Menhir was really interesting and always organized by the host for free. I suggest you to reserve this house and follow the host's suggests so you’ll have a great experience for sure Thanks Massimo If I’ll go in this beautiful area I’ll reserve the B&B I Menhir again For sure One suggest To go there take the SP 38 Is a little bit longer but very very nice

Meine Familie und ich hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Caterinas Haus. Alles war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet,so dass wir uns gleich wohl gefühlt haben. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und die Terrasse bietet viel Platz um dort gemütlich zu Essen oder in der Lounge zu relaxen. Die beiden Schlafzimmer und die Wohnküche waren klimatisiert (Kinderzimmer nicht) und dadurch sehr komfortabel bei den heißen Temperaturen. Auch der kleine Garten war sehr gepflegt und es standen sogar ein Sonnenschirm, Stühle und Sandspielzeug für den Strand zur Verfügung. Die Küche war gut eingerichtet und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Highlight am Morgen war die Espressomaschine mit super leckerem Café. Der Kontakt mit Mauro(Caterina's Sohn)war perfekt, er war immer für uns erreichbar,hat schnell geantwortet und uns super Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben.Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen und würden auch gerne wiederkommen wenn wir wieder Urlaub in Costa Rei machen. Villetta bellissima qualche minuto a piedi dalla spiaggia di Bados. La casa è datata ma tenuta benissimo con arredi tipici sardi al suo interno. La casa è anche raggiungibile con il bus, che abbiamo utilizzato una sera per andare a mangiare a olbia e non dover guidare al ritorno. Unica cosa il check in è parecchio complicato con letture dei contatori, carta di credito obbligatoria (oppure cash), ufficio distante dalla casa per ritiro chiavi (credo però si possa richiedere ritiro alla villa). Si paga acqua, elettricità e gas, e anche i set lenzuola/asciugamano - non mi era mai capitato prima. In 7 per 4 giorni senza accendere condizionatori abbiamo speso 53 euro, stagione primaverile. Se considerati i set lenzuola la spesa extra potrebbe essere sostanziale in aggiunta al prezzo di listino airbnb. Tuttavia, comunicazione efficace anche di sabato. La casa è fornita di carta igienica e spezie semplici - diciamo il necessario. Aggiungerei qualche calice di vino (alti). Consigliato!

CASA DA SOGNO Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo abbiamo solo complimenti da fare! Bellissimo appartamento con vista sul lungo mare e spiaggia a due passi. L’host é stato super cortese e molto disponibile nei nostri confronti… la casa ordinata e pulita, asciugamani e biancheria da letto incluse e profumatissime. Il giardino curatissimo e con barbecue… in più prima di entrare in casa la pianta di Pitosforo emana un profumo di fiore inebriante. Grazie mille per la cura e tutta la disponibilità che avete avuto nei nostri riguardi… torneremo sicuramente! Ps anche il nostro cane vi da 5 stelle :))

Ich habe mit meinen vier Kindern hier die Osterzeit verbracht. Die Aufteilung der Räume war für uns perfekt. Die drei großen haben das obere Zimmer mit eigenem Balkon und Bad bewohnt. Ich habe das untere Schlafzimmer mit dem Kleinen genutzt. Ein Bett und das Schlafsofa waren damit noch frei. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Haus und auf der Terrasse zu den Mahlzeiten. Leider waren Teile des Geschirrs bei unserer Ankunft im Schrank nicht sauber. Dies hat dann der Geschirrspüler erledigt. Zu empfehlen ist der kleine Bäckerladen in der Straße, bei dem man auch sonst die täglichen Einkäufe machen konnte. Zu Fuß ist es immer sehr nah zum Strand. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten in Olbia und auch sonst ist es ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen (Sassaria, La Maddalena, San Teodoro) Wir würden hier wieder herkommen
