In the bedrooms features two double beds (1.8 x 2 m) available. The apartment is situated on the edge of the center in a quiet side street. Shops and bus stop are nearby. The Festspielhaus is in 7 minutes to reach the center in 15 minutes. Cleaning and laundry service is weekly and is included in the price. A tax for private stays in the amount of currently EUR 3.20 per day per person is payable. It is a Non smoking apartment, no pets please.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten jeglicher Art sind innerhalb weniger Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die angrenzenden Wiesen und Wälder laden zu kleinen und auch grossen Spaziergängen ein. Die Küche ist voll eingerichtet und kann nach Bedarf genutzt werden. Sie zeichnet sich außerdem durch die Nähe zum Flughafen Baden-Airpark aus und ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Die Umgebung bietet außerdem verschiedene Freizeitmöglichkeiten.

Seit ca. 200 Jahren ist der Bahnhof ein Platz für Reisende und Urlauber. Heute kann man darin wohnen. Egal ob mit Freunden oder im kleinen Familienkreis. Hinter der Bahnlinie (5min Fußweg) findet ihr einen kleinen Bach, Felder, Wald und Wiesen. Ausflüge in den Schwarzwald, Nordelsaß, Europapark oder das Europabad sind von der Unterkunft aus gut zu erreichen.

Die Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit befindet sich 5 Minuten Fußmarsch entfernt. Parken können sie direkt vor dem Haus. Bis nach Bühl sind es 2,7 km und nach Baden-Baden ca. 10 km.
