The Westia is located directly on the 132km G2G (Guelph to Goderich) Rail Trail and is situated at the edge of the artsy, tourist town of Blyth, Ontario, home to Cowbell Brewing Company (1.7km walk) and the Blyth Festival Theatre. The Westia has a queen sized bed, full bathroom with shower, living room with gas fireplace, and a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and sink. A bar counter provides space for eating in.

Access to some trails is right off the deck. From here, you can explore the forest or hike 10 minutes to the lake access where you can hop on a kayak, canoe or SUP.
