Our family had a fantastic vacation at Paula and Chris’s cottage on Lake Eugenia. This beautifully rustic and well-loved cottage is perfectly equipped for guests of all ages and interests. Although the weather started off cold and rainy, and not good for swimming at first, we took the opportunity to explore the nearby Bruce Trails, just a short 5-10 minute drive away, where we enjoyed spectacular views. Back at the cottage, the fire pit made our evenings cozy and memorable, and the hot tub was an amazing bonus while we waited for the weather to improve. Once the sun came out, the kids couldn’t wait to jump into the lake, and they had an absolute blast! The Lily pad was amazing- hours and hours of uninterrupted fun. Lake Eugenia is a stunning spot perfect for swimming and just the right size for exploring by canoe or kayak. A big thank you to Chris and Paula for being such wonderful hosts!

Absolutely perfect from start to finish. Exactly what we were looking for during our weekend stay. We went back and forth from the cozy wood burning fireplace inside to the hot tub with the best winter weather. Just perfect.

We enjoyed our visit to Sauble Beach and Yvonne’s cottage was great. Super clean with everything you need for a weekend away. Their place is next store which would make it helpful if guests needed anything at all. We ran out of potable water and it was provided immediately. The hot tub is located in the backyard with a deck surrounded by a big yard and three beautiful cabins. While we didn’t use them, bicycles, kayaks and paddle boards (plus more) are available for use at no charge. We loved that a beautiful beach is a block away. Perfect location for anyone looking to explore the area. Our visit was right at the end of summer season so all restaurants were open. We loved this area and proximity to Tobermory.

This is a great place! Very clean, warm and inviting. It had everything you could need. Cheyene was very friendly and quick to respond. The backyard was nice and spacious and the fire pit and hot tub were perfect in making our getaway enjoyable and relaxing!

The peaceful location was perfect for relaxing, yet close to nearby attractions. Our host was thoughtful and communicative, making sure we had a great experience. We can’t wait to return!

I've stayed about five times at the Cottage. We go back because we love the space it's so open, and outside there's so much green space and so much to do depending on the weather! We always enjoy a night at Cowbell which is so close! On cold nights you can snuggle by the fireplace and keep warm and cozy. The hosts were great at keeping the snow out of the laneway so we could get in and out. Thanks again Melanie we really had a great time!

Stepping stones cottage is cute and cozy and the location was fantastic. The views are incredible, it feels private and it's close enough to both town and outdoor recreation. Marie was a great host. My only note is a heads up for future tall guests ...the shower stall is small and the toilet is low.

Mike was a great host. He was very responsive and helped us get settled in by answering a few questions we had. The cottage was even nicer than we thought, and was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. The place has everything you need, and I would definitely recommend choosing this cottage.

We had an amazing Christmas stay at Amanda’s beautiful cottage! The snow made the experience even more magical, though we can imagine it being just as stunning in the summer. The heated jacuzzi overlooking the serene view was a highlight for us—it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The cottage is incredibly private and exclusive, offering the peaceful retreat we were looking for. The house itself is spotless, cozy, and well-maintained. Amanda’s detailed instructions made navigating everything in the home so easy, and we appreciated how thoughtfully everything was prepared. The place had everything we needed and more. The cottage looked like the photos, was super clean and very comfy. We loved all the different outdoor seating options. There was a bird feeder in the tree and we enjoyed watching the blue jays and gackles. The beach was about a 10 minute walk. We forgot our marshmallow skewers, but they had some. The kitchen was well equipped. We would stay here again.

The place is vary clean and comfort. Everything is easy to be access and beach nearby the cottage is very pretty!

We had an amazing stay! It was our second time staying and everything was perfect. It’s a cozy cottage with an at-home feel. Set the pilot light in the gas fireplace for us and let me know in advance, and offered to come pick up chairs after a windstorm the night before our stay. Very lovely host with a very speedy response time and a wonderful property!

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage was so cute and cozy and had everything we needed! We had lots of snow during our visit, and loved getting to enjoy the peaceful and private property. We even dug out the campfire pit for a winter fire! Even with all the snow, we were warm and comfortable, with the portable heater coming in handy to warm up after trekking through the snow! Jaclyn was so thoughtful and helpful as a host! We were very well taken care of! I would highly recommend staying here if you want a relaxing, peaceful, and cozy getaway surrounded by nature!

My sister and I had a wonderful week! The cabin is clean, well-appointed and surprisingly close to the beach. Labour Day Weekend was busy but everyone was friendly and respectful, and everyone abided by the the 11pm quiet rule. This cabin is ideally located. It is a 20 minute walk / 5 minute drive to the Sauble Beach strip and the town of Sauble Beach is a great take-off point for a wide variety of day trips, shops and restaurants in Southhampton, Port Elgin, Owen Sound, Tobermory. The sunsets and the gorgeous blue-green water will knock you out. If you have any beach-bum in you, this is the place for you.

We just returned from a weekend stay at this beautiful cottage and it was exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful and picturesque, right on the water with all the amenities we needed. Ildiko was quick to respond if we had any questions and was accommodating where we had some requests regarding check out. An absolute gem of a place, amazing views and spectacular sunrises. Would definitely recommend staying here. We would love to be back in the warmer months to experience the additional facilities such as kayaking. Jacquelien’s little piece of paradise exceeded our expectations! The cottage and surrounding areas including the beach were pristine. The beds were extremely comfortable and linens, towels ect…. Were all provided and the kitchen had Everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back next year! Thank you Jacquelien for sharing your perfect cottage with us 😊

Huma provided a comfortable and beautiful property for my friends and i. Fire pit, speaker, pots and pans and kindly provided coffee for the stay. And good coffee at that. Beautiful location. We will be coming back next year.

Cathy's place was cozy, convenient, and beautiful! We (group of 4) had a lovely stay and enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen. The outdoor space was fantastic and had a lovely view of the water. I can't wait to come back! thanks Cathy.
