A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

The house is very secluded and private in a small cute village on the top of the hill. The view of the valley is beautiful and the village even has some world war history Ilaria can tell you about. The garden is beautiful and very well kept bij Ilaria. Unfortunately the weather was not great in our case but we could still enjoy it a bit (end of september). All in all we had a wonderful stay, thank you very much!

Maurizio e Giulia ci hanno accolti calorosamente nella loro bellissima casa. Tutto esattamente come nelle foto, ambienti accoglienti e puliti, il posto perfetto per chi cerca relax e tranquillità. Consigliatissimo!

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Siamo stati solo 3 giorni e purtroppo abbiamo incontrato cattivo tempo, ma questo non ci ha impedito di sfruttare l'immenso giardino che con due bambini piccoli è stata la salvezza🙂 La casa offre molti spazi (eravamo due famiglie) lasciando modo di avere la giusta tranquillità e privacy all'occorrenza. Alessandro è stato molto disponibile e gentile e la sua mamma, che abbiamo conosciuto prima di andarcene, è una signora molto simpatica e affabile.

Super fijne plek om op vakantie te zijn. Paola en haar ouders zijn heel vriendelijk en de plek waar ze wonen is prachtig. Er is een hele mooie tuin met fruitbomen, alles is goed onderhouden. Het huisje heeft een fijn privézitje buiten. Het zwembad is groot en super schoon. Daarnaast een goede uitvalsbasis voor Lucca en Florence. Kortom: echt een aanrader!

11/10, would more than recommend if you have a car. Francesco is an amazing host and the pictures do this Beautiful place not justice, it looks even better in real life. We definetly want to return.

Fin da subito Davide si è dimostrato gentilissimo e reattivo, appena arrivati ci ha dato consigli sulle mete da visitare e che supermercati erano facilmente raggiungibili, la stupenda villa è disposta su 3 piani con le camere al primo e secondo piano, tutte le camere matrimoniali hanno il bagno privato, la zona living è spaziosa e accomodante perfetta per giochi di società o guardarsi un film in comodità sui divani. Sotto la sala da pranzo c'è una spa con palestra, Jacuzzi e sauna. La cucina è ben attrezzata. La TV nella sala dispone di Netflix e Disney+. Al secondo piano c'è un biliardo con cui abbiamo giocato svariate partite. La villa si trova in una zona estremamente tranquilla libera dai rumori, l'unico suono che si sente dando un senso di pace dal giardino è il fiume reno che scorre, inoltre la villa essendo distante dal centro abitato non c'è inquinamento luminoso che permetterà la notte di osservare un meraviglioso cielo stellato. É stato indimenticabile!!! consigliatissima😁✌

Grande e bell'alloggio a Camporgiano, piccolo paesino della Garfagnana. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e posizione perfetta per diverse passeggiate o trekking sulle Apuane. Alloggio grande, ben organizzato e chicca il giardino per fare colazione la mattina col sole.

La casa è molto ben curata nei dettagli. Peccato x l'aria fresca altrimenti avremmo fatto il bagno in piscina. Bellissimo giardino molto ben curato. La cucina è enorme. Molto simpatica anche la proprietaria del bar difronte alla casa. Non saprei cosa aggiungere. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e siamo stati benissimo. Complimenti a Miriam da tutti noi.

Fermatevi qui per qualche giorno di pace e armonia e lasciatevi affascinare dalle storie di questi luoghi raccontate da Marco e Alessandro, persone accoglienti e gentili. Il loro entusiasmo per il borgo e i sentieri che lo circondano è contagioso. Condividete le serate gustando un buon bicchiere di vino, rinfrescatevi al ruscello sotto casa e esplorate i sentieri intorno alla casa immersa nel bosco. La casetta è provvista di tutto il necessario: il letto è comodissimo e l'acqua in casa proviene direttamente dal ruscello di montagna, limpida e genuina. Vi consiglio di portare qualche vivero, poiché non ci sono negozi nei dintorni se non a diversi chilometri di distanza. Qui troverete tranquillità assoluta, aria fresca e storie antiche. Niente auto, inquinamento e pericoli per i bambini: un vero sogno! Il tempo passa molto lentamente, riportando il ritmo della vita a una dimensione umana. Andrea hat uns einen sehr persönlichen und schönen Empfang bereitet. Die Wohnung war mit Kerzen stimmungsvoll beleuchtet, Selbstgebackenes auf dem Tisch, ein volles Frühstücksbuffet,- was will man mehr? Viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen haben wir bekommen nachdem wir von unseren Plänen erzählt haben. Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt.

Luxury in Milan: First, if you are wondering about the host, you shouldn't. Paola is the perfect combination of professional and personal. She was an amazing host, who met us at the door and made us feel right at home. It's clear that she loves her city, and was excited to share with us many restaurant and experience recommendations that were perfect. She was very responsive to communications, and went out of her way to help us with a luggage issue our son had. The living space is Immaculately clean, with separate upstairs and downstairs bathrooms, both with spacious showers. It's a combination of uncluttered but still decorated very tastefully. The appliances work very well, and there is good AC if you need it. The WiFi is blazing fast (>500Mbps). The main bedroom features a very comfortable king size bed. The location is ideally located: a short, safe walk to both the station and city center. If we are lucky enough to return to Bologna, we would certainly stay here again.

100 Sterne würden wir Tiziana und Roberto geben wenn dies möglich wäre! Du kommst an, wirst willkommen geheißen und fühlst dich einfach nur wohl! ( selbst gebackener Kuchen!🍰) Es fehlt an wirklich nichts, alles ist vorhanden und du kannst beruhigt abschalten! ( auch für Kinder bestens geeignet!) Es steckt so viel Liebe darin, das kann man spüren und sehen!! Blitzsauber und makellos! Selten sowas erlebt! Nous avons un très bon séjour, dans une très belle maison confortable et très propre . Mark est très sympathique ,notre seul regret : Ne pas l'avoir rencontré. Nous recommandons vivement la maison de Mark.

Very nice apartment located within walking distance of train station which was great for day trips to Parma and Verona. Downstairs layout is living room, kitchen, laundry room (separate washer and dryer), and bathroom. Upstairs are both bedrooms and bathroom with tub/shower combo. Bedrooms are almost identical and have closets with plenty of hangers, vanity space, a chair, end tables, and their own heat/ac system. Beautifully decorated with touches important to travelers - hooks, easily accessible outlets, soap, extra blankets and pillows. Didn’t try public busses but looked easy enough. Can also walk to city center or uber.

A beautiful home with the most magnificent view and surroundings! Getting there: We drove SUV cars, which is reccomended as the road to the house is quite steep. Drive to the house via the small town Eglio. The house: The house is beautiful! Every room has a stunning chestnut ceiling and the interior is kept simple but elegant. It is easy to cook own meals in the lovely kitchen. Everything is clean and tidy! The owner: Due to traffical issues from Bologna, we arrived a couple of hours late, but owner of the house Richard was very kind and did not make an issue of this. Richard was also kind to reccomend a local chestnut festival which we attended. Lovely to experience local culture and food. Where to go: We used the house as a base to travel to Lucca, Pisa, Florence and Pietrasanta (town for people interested in art). It is reccomended to take the train from Lucca to Florence (1½ house) and Pisa (½ hour). Easy and accessable. And the trip via the mountains to the ocean is lovely.

Nice and big town house in Bagni di Lucca. House has 3 floors and 3 bedrooms. House is very well equipped and allow you to have a nice and convenient stay. There is a garden with a swimming pool shared with the other houses. City with restaurants and supermarket is 5 minutes away by car. You can also walk there, there are stairs on your left at the end of the street, they are quite steep but you can be in town in less than 10 minutes. Thank you for the stay!

This is a lovely little house within easy walking distance of everywhere you want to go. It’s less than a 15 min walk from the train station, and 5-7 mins from Neptunes Fountain. We travelled with 2 teenagers and it was a great, safe area to walk around at night. There are some comments about the house being small but it is exactly as described - 2 bedrooms upstairs (good sizes), a kitchen and bathroom, and a lounge which we used as a sofa bed room. Lovely garden which is a nice quiet outdoor space in a city. Would stay here again if we returned to Bologna.

Mauro (der Besitzer des Hauses) war suuuuuper freundlich und hat uns wertvolle Ausflugstipps gegeben. Das Haus liegt sehr abgelegen im Wald und man befindet sich dort im Paradis!! Für uns(2 Erw./3 Kinder) war die Schlafsituation etwas eng, auch die Taschen unterzubringen, aber für 2 Wochen kein Problem! Auch die deutschen Nachbarn, es ist ja ein Doppelhaus, samt Hund waren sehr freundlich. Wir hatten Glück, Hunde haben sich bestens verstanden. Das Haus ist klein, aber langt vollkommen. Die Aussicht mit abendlichen Sonnenuntergängen ist einfach der Hammer!!!

Staying at Daniele’s place in the middle of the countryside was beautiful and very peaceful and gave us a real taste of country living in Italy but with all the creature comforts of a luxury home. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay!

La casa è in un paese arroccato (non di passaggio) in una valle boscosa in mezzo ai monti, la vista è stupenda, il posto è fresco e arieggiato rispetto al fondovalle, silenzioso e l’atmosfera è familiare. In casa ci sono tutte le dotazioni per cucinare. La piscina è piccola ma è un must! Ci siamo stati 4 notti, eravamo in 5 e non ci è mancato nulla. La padrona di casa sebbene fosse dall’altra parte del mondo è sempre stata disponibile. Se posso il prossimo anno ci torno! ah dimenticavo: nel paese si cammina per forza quindi andateci allenati

l accueil a été très chaleureux malgré la barrière de la langue Dounia est très à l' écoute pour répondre à nos besoins et pleine d attentions à notre arrivée ! la maison est très grande, agréable et propre rien à redire tout a été parfait !!!! je conseille vivement !!!!

Io ed il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato qui per il Lucca Comics 2024. Rispetto a Lucca decisamente fuorimano, ma la casa era stupenda ed una posizione estremamente tranquilla, host super gentile (ci ha dato anche consigli di parcheggio per Lucca) e casa pulitissima. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, l'importante è che come a noi non vi dispiaccia guidare un po' per raggiungere Lucca se è là che desiderate andare!
