If you are looking for a rustic getaway with an awesome view this is the place for you. The view is breathtaking! The host are very accommodating and make you feel like family. There is no A/C, but that’s not an issue as there is a nice breeze that goes through the house with all the windows open. I highly recommend this house.

Lovely easy place to stay on the way up the Italian coast

We loved the space, cleanliness and spectacular views. The kitchen and bath are well appointed, and the space is large and comfortable. We spent most of the time on the beautiful and large covered terrace. The only downside was the poor internet and wi-fi. We were in the area for business and it was a hindrance.

La casa corrisponde perfettamente a quanto descritto sull'annuncio. Abbiamo soggiornato in 9 ed è stata comodissima. Nonostante le alte temperature esterne la temperatura della casa risulta piacevole senza la necessità di ricorrere a condizionatori o ventilatori. Nulla da recriminare al livello di pulizia, sia gli spazi comuni che le camere e i bagni erano molto puliti. La posizione permette di raggiungere a piedi una spiaggia libera e degli stabilimenti. L'host Vincenzo, si è reso molto disponibile si dall'inizio. Al nostro arrivo ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie e ci ha dato anche diversi consiglii utili per visitare le maggiori attrazioni della zona. Nel complesso sicuramente un esperienza molto positiva.

Siamo stati felicissimi della nostra esperienza!!! La vista della terrazza, da sola, merita una vacanza. Splendida!!!!! La casa, forse piu'anni 70 di quanto ci aspettassimo, è comunque comodissima e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari, dalla lavastoviglie alla lavatrice, alla biancheria e a tutto quanto necessario per cucinare. Impeccabile la pulizia. Completamente immersa nella natura, con un giardino pieno di fiori e piante di ogni tipo, fra pini e quercie, con la compagnia di scoiattoli e il canto delle cicale, è il luogo perfetto per una vacanza lontano dai rumori e se, come noi, si è alla ricerca del relax. La gentilezza e la disponibilità della signora Maria Antonietta sono state assolute!!!!! Grazie infinite di tutto e speriamo tanto di tornare!!!!!!!!!!

Perfect! This place was a serene getaway right on the beautiful Tyrrhenian Sea. Upon arrival, the house was just as described and photographed with plenty of private en suite bathrooms and lots of open common space. The kitchen was well-equipped (and stocked with some delicious surprises) making it easy to serve a group of 10+. The bedrooms were clean and spacious with beautiful lighting and some had ocean views. Nicola was super friendly and flexible with arrival time. He came to let us in and give us a full tour to make sure we knew how every amenity functioned, including the espresso machine. The house was very clean. The couches and beds were comfortable. The size and layout of the house make it very comfortable for large families or groups to use while maintaining individual or couple privacy. Our group of 10 will definitely be back! Thank you for being so attentive and responsive to all our questions, Nicola. Our time was perfect.

The best part of this home is the breathtaking view from the huge lower terrace and the upper terrace. This is an amazing home - perfect for two families with a full kitchen and a full bath on each level. The bedrooms are large and have plenty of closet space. Alessandro and his brother were so gracious and left a large basket of pasta, sauce, cheese and other goodies for us to enjoy. We were lucky enough to be there when the oranges on the trees were ripe and we asked if we could pick some. Fresh OJ every morning!

This was a slice of heaven! Relax in the private pool or take a taxi to Il Merto beach! Or the closer, Fiumicello beach. Both wonderful …. Il Merto was a more beautiful setting - get a reservation at each before you go. The grocery was a short walk down and to the right for supplies and city center up is also great for restaurants and shops. We loved our stay and had many meals on the patio with a grand sunset.

Fantastische Unterkunft von einem sehr netten Vermieter, der jederzeit erreichbar und hilfreich war. Wir haben jeden Tag genossen und kommen auch sehr gerne nochmal wieder.

Annalisa's place was very comfortable with plenty of room for our family to feel relaxed and each of us having private space in the house. The view is beautiful of the sea and it's great that there are decks on both bedrooms on the second floor. We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed all of the amenities of the home. It was difficult for us to find the place initially. If you visit know that you must drive all the way up to the top of the hill to find the development. The easy access to the pool was great and when we visited the pool it felt like we had our own private pool. Thank you very much Annalisa for hosting us!

Beautiful house with a truly lovely garden and patio with views of the sea. Beach in walking distance. Lino was very helpful when we had a few questions. Highly recommended 👏👏
