It is a lovely apartment and we especially liked the terrace with the overhang so we could could sit outside when it was warm but drizzling. It is a far walk from the center of Florence but a few good cafes and restaurants nearby.

Excelente localização, seja para chegar a pé, que dê ônibus aos pontos turísticos. Carlo foi ótimo anfitrião. Apartamento ótimo.. Vale salientar que há 4 lances de escada. Sugiro iluminar melhor o local da lavadora de roupas e colocar instruções de uso da mesma, já que ela é antiga e não é muito prática.

Our group of six had a wonderful stay at Alessandro’s beautiful apartment. It was the perfect location to explore Florence from. Just steps from the Duomo, we were able to walk everywhere. Alessandro was so helpful with recommendations and was very flexible with our check in and check out times, which we so appreciated. We were very comfortable and loved the apartment! We wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you, Alessandro!

Die Familie ist sehr herzlich, wohnt über der Unterkunft und bietet sehr viel Privatsphäre. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt und sind immer noch begeistert von diesem Pool. Ein Traum Ort. Wir waren im April drei Nächte in diesem Apartment und es entsprach genau den Bildern. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, modern ausgestattet und das Bett sehr bequem. Besonders positiv: Die gute Anbindung mit dem Bus ins Stadtzentrum sowie die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die schwache Belüftung – trotz Klimaanlage war es recht feucht im Raum, sodass Kleidung morgens leicht klamm war. In der Dusche fehlten Ablagen für Duschgel und Handtuchhalter. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat schnell reagiert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

I had the most amazing experience staying at this beautiful villa in Florence. The location was perfect—peaceful, private, and surrounded by stunning views that took my breath away, especially from the parking area. The villa itself was incredibly cozy and charming—so well maintained and full of character. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave. I’d live there if I could! The pool was a dream—relaxing, and the perfect spot to unwind with the Tuscan countryside all around you. Our host, Leonardo, was absolutely fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell he really cares about making guests feel at home. This place was everything I hoped for and more. I would 100% come back again. Highly recommend!

Siamo stati nell’appartamento per una breve vacanza. Gino e Calogera ci hanno assistito come ci si aspetta da dei host preparati e premurosi. Si è respirato tutto il soggiorno un’aria di famiglia. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque di soggiornare in questa Casa, spazi ampi e non manca nulla. La posizione è strategica per chi gli piace visitare i splendidi luoghi toscani.

Il soggiorno è stato breve, ma l’accoglienza nei nostri confronti e nei confronti dei nostri amici a 4 zampe ci ha fatto sentire super coccolati. La casa (enorme) super pulita e curata, un fantastico e bellissimo giardino tutto recintato perfetto per far scorazzare i cani. Per i nostri appuntamenti in zona torneremo sicuramente!

Byly jsme zde ubytovány 3 rodiny (6 dospělých a 4 děti ve věku od 2 do 5 let). již jsme zde byli ubytovaní v loňském roce a stejně jako loni, i letos bylo vše skvělé. navíc byla letos zrekonstruovaná druhá koupelna, takže obě byly nové a moderní. hostitel byl velmi vstřícný již při rezervaci pobytu. navíc nám zajistil třetí dětskou postýlku, v den příjezdu nám umožnil dřívější ubytování a v den odjezdu nám umožnil pozdější odjezd, což jsme s malými dětmi velmi ocenili. každý den byl čištěn bazén, který jsme nakonec kvůli počasí využili jen na začátku pobytu. s malými dětmi jsme ocenili velkou oplocenou zahradu.

It was a great stay, the apartment was clean, large and comfortable, looks exactly like on the photos. Stunning view from the terrace. Location is also great: not so far from the Santa Maria del Fiore, we walked there and it took 20-25 mins. The host was very friendly and responsive. We didn’t face any problems during our stay. Highly recommended

Excelente estadia durante o período que ficamos em Florença. O tamanho do apartamento é muito bom, quartos confortáveis. Localização excelente. Só precisa levar em consideração as muitas escadas pra subir, porém vale muito a pena e super recomendo. Siddik foi atencioso e respondia rápido quando foi necessário.

Très joli appartement décoré avec goût. Il dispose d’une terrasse, un plus. Le quartier est très calme. À 3 minutes du tram pour le centre-ville de Florence. C’est très pratique. Nous avons apprécié également le garage fermé pour la voiture et le magasin bio à côté. Enfin, Daniela a été super réactive dans tous nos messages.

Отличная квартира, Антонио был очень отзывчив. Квартира классная, но больше подойдет для людей без детей, т.к. квартира не сильно приспособлена для детей. Также если у вас много вещей или тяжелые чемоданы, коляска, то от лифта в в квартиру ведет достаточно крутая лестница, т.к. квартира расположена на мансардном этаже.Но имеет 2 очень классные террасы с отличным видом!!! Из минусов лично моих: очень маленькая и не совсем удобная кухня(но это только если вы собираетесь готовить). Не очень хороший напор горячей воды. В остальном квартира понравилась! Great apartment to stay in if you want to explore Florence - everything is maximum a 15 minute walk away. Alessandra was a great host and super responsive when we needed anything.

I booked it for my parents, the location was good and the flat is great. the only thing to note that it is on the third floor with no lift and for an older couple, it might be challenging to get luggage up and down.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay! The apartment is spacious, spotless, and full of charm, with high ceilings and an unbeatable location just steps from the Duomo. The beds were incredibly comfortable, bathrooms clean with great hot water, and the kitchen was fully equipped with quality appliances and utensils. The washer, dryer, and dishwasher worked perfectly, making it very convenient for our family. Tomasso and Francesco were exceptional hosts—friendly, respectful, and always responsive. Due to our travel delay, Tomasso generously refunded half of the first night and even brought us groceries to help us settle in, which was such a thoughtful touch. They also helped us store our luggage after checkout at another of their nearby properties. This stay combined comfort, hospitality, and location in the best way possible. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!
