Sandstranden precis nedanför huset är lika attraktiv sommartid med badbrygga och strandbar, som vintertid för härliga promenader. Flera sittgrupper i olika etage. Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, 6 km från Ystad. Mycket goda kommunikationer ca 150 meter från huset, tåg till Ystad och Simrishamn eller Malmö och Köpenhamn. Buss mellan Ystad och Trelleborg ca 100 meter bort. Cykelvägen Sydkustleden går längs denna väg.

Fra boligen er der 5 min. på cykel til færgen, 10 minutter på cykel til stranden og 0 minutter til indkøb og midtby. Der er egen terrasse, hvor der er god plads til at hygge og nyde vejret. Ydermere har annekset egen parkering lige ved døren.
