There is thought and love behind every little detail. The house isn't perfect, there is raw wood, some things aren't finished, the furniture is vintage and may appear worn but if you look past that, you will find that everything there has its own story and that this house is made for the big things: sunrises, ocean dreaming and full-moons

Peaceful Scarborough Family Beach House with Pool

Our peaceful home in Scarborough is perfect for re-connecting with friends and family. Spend hours by the pool during summer or gather around the cosy fireplace in winter. One of the few houses in the area sheltered from the wind, you’ll enjoy making memories around the central fire pit and braai area, surrounded by protea trees. Located 300 meters from the beach and 200m from the shops, this home is perfect for one or two families with up to four kids or three couples (maximum of six guests).

Nightjar cottage

A brand new eco cottage in sleepy Scarborough, a conservation village bordering Cape Point National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site at the tip of the continent. One of the first tiny homes constructed with South African hemp and timber, this minimalistic sanctuary is nestled in a wild indigenous fynbos garden at the end of a cul-de-sac dirt road, a 10 min stroll from a gorgeous surfing beach. Unwind to the birdsong, and if you are lucky passing herds of eland or the distant blow of a whale.

Misty Cliffs Work and Surf

Stay here and enjoy stunning sea views, peaceful nature and a refined yet homely interior. Watch glowing sunsets or passing whales and dolphins and the romantic mist over the cliffs with the sound of waves as your constant backdrop. Relax by the fireplace in the spacious double‑storey lounge, cook in the fully equipped open‑plan kitchen and work with fast fibre and a “ready‑to‑plug‑in” office setup. A beautiful , separate entrance flatlet with magnificent views of the ocean over False Bay. Spacious, light and stylish , with quirky touches to make you feel at home. Situated within walking distance of beautiful beaches .We are a 10 minute walk to the Boulders Beach penguin colony and 20 minutes walk from restaurants and historical sites in Simon's Town .The flatlet is attached to our home yet totally private with own entrance via a pathway flanked by plumbago and views of the mountain.

THE BLVCK HOUSE is a unique & magical space set on the mountainside in the quiet conservation village of Scarborough, an hour's drive from Cape Town. The villa features a main house & separate guest cottage. Just a 5-minute walk takes you to Scarborough's tranquil beach, and a 2-minute walk takes you to local hiking trails with breathtaking views. The property is thoughtfully designed so that each room is private, yet the space has many communal areas to connect.

First Light on the Bay: Seafront 2-Bedroom home

Our Rockery is something special! It has been recently built from stone found on the property. Watch spectacular sunrises over False Bay and the beach and tidal pool are a short walk away. Lovely and cosy in winter as well, with a wood-burning stove. The Rockery apartment consists of an open plan living room and kitchen leading out onto a wooden deck and two en suite bedrooms. There is secure off-street parking for one car and a braai area with a view.
