Wonderful stay. Views to die for. Easy parking which is always great as some Airbnb take liberties with this detail. Lounge & kitchen diner very roomy. Lots of little extras such as the towels, chocolates,biscuits, and cake, toiletries. One of the best we have stayed in. Will be back as it’s the kind of place you wished you owned.

We have stayed at The Bay before. This lodge is finished to a really high standard and extremely well presented. We were really pleased with its size, layout and it is well positioned in The Bay. Close enough to everything and well placed for privacy and to enjoy a peaceful break. Andrea was a fantastic host and very responsive with any enquiries, we will definitely consider returning.

We stayed in a caravan at Primrose Valley for my son’s football tournament and had a fantastic time. It’s a great spot for families – the site is really well maintained with loads of activities to keep everyone entertained. The sea views were absolutely beautiful, and the beach was just a short walk away. Plenty to do for kids and adults alike – we’ll definitely be coming back!

Central and easily accessible. Good connection to Rail and Bus if required. Five mins walk to the center. Stayed for three days for a last minute break with three grandkids. Used the property as a base as we were out most of the time.

We had a lovely few days away for new year. The house was huge and my little boy loved how much space he had to roam about in his walker. Our girls loved the pool table and all the games! (There was loads to choose from) the house was clean, well equiped and had everything we needed! We had a lovely time and visted beamish open air museum and Aglow at Bishop Auckland for a festive night. Which were about 25mins drive. The house was ready 2hours early so we were able to check in as soon as we arrived and we also requested a later checkout which was great for us meaning we had a relaxing morning until it was time to leave! I would definately recommend this place to anyone!! Xx

we enjoyed our stay at Rod & Peggy's cottage lovely surroundings which was peaceful and quiet. the cottage was very clean and the beds were really comfy. a very enjoyable stay.

We stayed in this beautiful 2 bedroom bungalow for 4 nights. we couldn't have wished for more. It was immaculate inside, it felt like a brand new property. There was plenty of amenities - free wifi, which was easy to connect to. Lots of towels and bath robes available too. We were staying here whilst visiting family, and every person that walked in couldn't believe how beautiful the property was inside! Parking was very easy with more than enough room for 2 or even 3 cars. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for an extremely comfortable, cosy bungalow whilst staying in Leeds.

Spacious house with a big garden and we had everything we needed. We had a lovely stay at the property and would stay again.

The place was perfect for myself, my niece and my mum who is not too mobile. Kym was very easy to communicate with. The parking bay at the front is very useful. Will definitely use again when in the area.

Great place with amazing views!

What can we say. An absolutely beautiful place to stay. Amazing location with a private drive to park a car which is a rare thing in Whitby but it made life so much easier. The home was lovely and done to an incredibly high standard. Charlotte, the host, was amazing. She provided plenty of excellent recommendations, had the place spotless and communicated quickly before and throughout our stay. We would definitely stay again. The best place we have stayed in Whitby. 11/10!

Cottage just as advertised. Very comfortable and clean with all fixtures (except for a coffee machine - only a cafetiere supplied) and all basics (tea, coffee, sugar etc.) provided. The owner (Bev) welcomed us on arrival and was very helpful in every way. Bev recommended the local pub, The Crosby, for an evening meal. It was a 8 - 10 minute walk and the meal was excellent and the staff very friendly. Unfortunately there appears to be no village shop, but Northallerton is a short drive away. We only used the cottage as an over-night stop, so we didn't manage to explore the surrounding area. We would definitely go back if needed somewhere to stay in the area.
