Such a beautiful lake house! Spacious, clean, well decorated and with unbeatable lake views! BBQ at the terrace was the most amazing experience. Everything in the house worked well, there were lots of board games ranging from age 3-15+ and lots of children books (don’t need to bring your own). Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay and would like to come back sometime in the summer!

Beautiful home on Lake Seneca with great views of the lake. The home was fully stocked and had plenty of room to spread out with 7 people staying there. Close to many wineries and distilleries. Be aware the road leading to the home is unpaved and in colder weather be sure to have four wheel drive. We will definitely be back to enjoy the views!

Beautiful, newly renovated home. Breathtaking sunsets that will not disappoint. House is cozy and comfortable. Host is quick to respond to questions, we didn’t have any issues during the stay.

Loved our stag here. Guys racing weekend, close to the track. Nice grill, great dock and chairs. Wonderful views. Overall a great location, comfy beds, and a great place to unwind after the track. Will come back.

It was better than the photos. Beautiful lake for fishing and kayaking Very convenient to other family And down the street from the wedding venue. Hosts extremely responsive. We’d recommend it highly.

Such a beautiful stay at Karen’s house! It’s clean and cozy, welcoming and spacious lt Haseverything you could possibly need. The hosts are friendly and responsive with plenty of recommendations for local activities. The fire pit and all stuff to make s’mores was an extra nice touch. Loved kayaking on the lake right in front of the house. The views are phenomenal. Watkins Glen with all the restaurants and wineries and breweries is 10 minutes away. Great location!

i booked this place very last minute and everything was perfect. the host was very friendly and responsive. the house had literally everything my boyfriend, dog and I could’ve needed from dog treats & toys to a bottle of wine for us! lots of towels, blankets and kitchen ware. the place was spotlessly clean and very roomy! the view was absolutely beautiful, my favorite part was sitting in the hot tub looking at the lake everyday!! 10/10 would definitely book again! highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to rewind and relax !!

We had a great time at this beautiful lake house. While there are close neighbors, they are quiet and the lakefront area feels very private thanks to the trees. The kayaking and rowboat were a lot of fun. The house has quality furnishings and newer appliances. When we had a concern arise (through no fault of the owners), Mary responded immediately even though it was nearly 10 pm. She made the situation right as soon as humanly possible (first thing in the morning) and her husband actually drove all the way from Pennsylvania to check in with us, though we didn't ask or expect this. While he was there he also installed a new lakefront ladder and chatted with us about area attractions. I highly recommend this home and especially these hosts, who truly care about their guests' experience.

Such a great cabin! Plenty of room for 2 people and 2 80lb dogs. The views are amazing-you couldn’t be any closer to the water. There are docks and cabins close by, but it does feel private. Being October, there wasn’t too much activity on the lake..even with temps in the 80s! It made for a really relaxing trip. We were lucky enough to see a loon and had eagles fly overhead daily..we even had a beaver swim right next to us on the dock!! The cabin has a cozy fireplace (heater) and was well equipped with everything you need. The linens were soft, the towels were thick and the bed was very comfortable! Kayaking was wonderful when the wind allowed. Fishing from the dock wasn’t great, but then again, I am more versed in creek/pond fishing rather than giant lake fishing. I did have a great day fishing at a nearby pond in Hector on the interlocken trail..called teeter pond. Our host (Gillian) was wonderful. It was evident that her guests experience was really important to her.

We enjoyed our first trip to the Finger Lakes area so much! The house was perfect for the two of us and would work for a 2nd couple. Beautiful sunsets and the lake views are great. Everything was super clean, towels and sheets smelled freshly washed. Sweet little touches, including a fun surprise and bottles of water chilling in the fridge on arrival. The host provided so many recommendations, including a page that was customized for us based on what we shared prior to arriving. We had a great mix of hiking in Ithaca/Watkins Glen and sampling our way through the day at winery’s, brewery’s, and distillery’s. There’s lots to see and do, we hit just about every recommendation provided to us by the host and they were all great. Our favorite stops were Finger Lakes Distillery, The Scalehouse Brewery (the meatballs are legit), JR Dill (Cayuga sparkling is 🙌), Elf on Oak (breakfast), The Grist Iron, and more! The house is in a perfect location, easy to get to every thing. Highly recommend!

Our stay was spectacular. You can't beat the view, the kitchen had everything you would need and more and the beds were SO comfortable! We had to draw straws to see who was staying in the boathouse room! Coffee on the dock in the morning and wine on the dock in the evening, how could anyone complain about that! We loved our stay and hope to come back again. Thanks Karen!

This was the 3rd year that Dina and her family graciously shared their property with us. My friends and I enjoy the coziness and family friendly atmosphere that is depicted in the photos. This is definitely a place where you can loose yourself in the vastness of the trees, the lake, and lastly the quiet. Makes for true retreat for the soul.

Great property on Lamoka Lake. Good information was provided before the visit. On arrival, the code for the front door did not work. I had to call Evolve's customer service desk. It was a little slower to get the door code fixed from them than it would have been communicating directly with a private owner as they had to contact the local people. In about 15 minutes they had been able to reach the local property manager who remotely reprogrammed the code and we were good for the rest of the stay. The second time I contacted them was when I found a small thing broken. Something that didn't matter to our stay but I just wanted to give them a heads up about and they replied to text messaging within 2 minutes. My only recommendation would be to provide the local contact's text number before we got there, rather than just in the welcome book, so I could have reached out to Paul directly when we were initially locked out. Overall it was a great stay.

We had a wonderful vacation at the cottage. It had everything we needed and being right on the lake was so peaceful. Great proximity to a lot of beautiful waterfalls, hiking, and restaurants. Will absolutely book again!

My time here was very relaxing and worthwhile! The cabin was cute, cozy, and the land was beautiful. I loved sitting by the pond and having my morning coffee. If you walk to the edge of the woods in the morning, you can see spectacular sunrises because of how high in the valleys you are. I came during spring before things bloomed, but I would totally come here again during the fall or summer.

Lynda’s place looked just like the photos. Very clean and nicely decorated with great amenities. I loved the personal touches with the fresh flowers and welcome basket. It was very peaceful with beautiful view of the lake. Even though it was a little chilly and rainy during our visit we still got to sit outside on the dock and enjoy the views. We would definitely book again!

Had an amazing time at the serene location.. the cabin was cozy, clean and exactly like the description and pictures! Loved the time spent by the fire pit, making smores. The ping pong table added to the fun! Great place for unwinding close to nature. Thanks to Sarah for the prompt communication and support :)

Other great Haydn little gem and the finger lakes outside of Corning and just passed Watkins Glen, lots of nature, life, beautiful pond, outback, walkable property trails, very relaxing. The morning was gorgeous with the fog rolling in you could hear all the peepers in the pond. Overall, a great day couldn’t thank you enough.

Cleo’s Cabin exceeded all expectations. Five stars is not enough to describe this place. Cozy, quaint, and private, we cannot wait to come back again!

Beautiful property in a stunning location! Cabins are small but very efficient. Beautiful sunsets at the dock. A great landing pad to explore the area.

Little Cabin in the Big Woods was a dream! Very quiet, peaceful, and private. We loved taking the canoe on the pond when the sun peeked out. It rained and was quite chilly most of the time, but the large wood fire stove inside and the covered porch made it fun and very cozy. The cabin is spacious, and the natural light made it easy to see during the day, including a bathroom skylight which was a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable and we used the kitchenette as well. We enjoyed the simplicity of the off-grid cabin, and the hosts were always responsive to our questions. We found the guide book as we were checking out, so grab that when you arrive and you'll be good to go. The walk from the car was less intimidating than we imagined, just a quick path that we could see from the clearing. This spot was exactly what we needed to get away for the weekend, and enjoy Watkins Glen and the Finger Lakes' scenery and wine nearby. We wish we could have stayed longer, it's absolutely beautiful

From the moment we arrived, Ken, the host, made us feel at home by giving us a tour of the stunning property and showing us all the wonderful amenities. The cabin itself was incredibly cozy, spotlessly clean, and had such a warm, inviting atmosphere. We loved that there was both a cabin and a bungalow on the property—it gave us so much space to enjoy. One of the highlights was the firepit that Ken had already set up for us, along with a delightful s'more bar. It was such a thoughtful touch that made our nights by the fire extra special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to return!"
