Great place in a quiet spot good for colouring Cowal peninsula. The separate sauna and hot tub were even better than imagined. Great place for those with mobility issues.

First family holiday away with our 2 years old and two dogs. Loved the accommodations and views from the cabin. The hot tub was superb to wind down in the evening. Patrick gave us some great recommendations to visit a beach with was fantastic. We will 100% be coming again. Patrick was a great host. The holiday park was well kept, the pond was nice to feed the ducks and swans.

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage. The most beautiful location, right on the shore and so cosy. The cottage had everything we needed and more. Jenny was very responsive and helpful and the checkin and checkout instructions were clear. Would definitely recommend to others.

we had a beautiful stay. we loved the accommodation, everything you needed for a week's holiday. our car broke down at the start of the week, but still managed to enjoy several walks in the immediate area, down to Loch Garten, and on the Spey Way. we also used the busses togl get a little further out. we'd like to visit again one day. thank you Sylvia :)

The property surpassed my expectations, it really felt like a home from home. It was the little things, like having a hairdryer, shower gel and hand soap. Being able to grab more towels and toilet roll when needed. The local shop was bigger than I expected, and there’s a clothing department which came in handy when we’d forgotten to pack something. The location was excellent for what I needed - visiting friends who live nearby and taking the train into Edinburgh to explore. James was excellent at communicating with me, and there was a handbook on how to use everything and what the expectations were. The beds were comfy (apart from one which unfortunately I chose to sleep in until check out day when I realised the other beds were so much softer!) and the bedding was clean. There was plenty of storage space in the wardrobes and drawers. The toilet was clean and the shower was warm with good water pressure. We had a lovely stay and I hope we were good first time guests.

The lodge was stunning, beautifully decorated and furnished, lots of space. The kitchen was lovely to use and the lounge area very comfy. The porch area was well furnished with a choice of seating areas. A lovely place to stay.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our little break away. We all loved the surrounding, so beautiful and picturesque. Had a walk around the gardens to meet the chickens, geese, peacocks and saw the horses, cows and sheep on our walk. Deer was also visible across from the farm in the open part of the forest. The house itself has everything you need and is spacious and comfortable. After busy days of visiting tourist attractions (lots of castles) we enjoyed relaxing in the living room with the log burner fire on and we played games with the kids. Games are provided and we also brought our own favourites, which was great for the rainy evenings. Getting there was easy following sat nav and was well signed the closer you got there. Rebecca was friendly and quick to respond, an excellent host and everyone that we met on the farm was so friendly. Checking in and out was a breeze as well. Would absolutely recommend for long and short stays and we hope to visit again.

We had an incredible time at this accommodation! The place was absolutely beautiful – clean, modern, and equipped with everything you could need. A special shoutout to our host Jill. She was always super quick to respond to our messages and incredibly helpful. Communication was absolutely perfect. We highly recommend this stunning place and would love to come back!

Fantastic location as base to explore the Cairngorms. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and supermarket in the town main street. Lovely caravan with everything you'd need for a family holiday. 5 stars overall!

We had a great couple of nights at Caroline’s place. St Monan’s is peaceful and beautiful. The flat was very clear and well equipped, and very close to everything we needed. Excellent stay. Will be back.

We had such a lovely stay! The house was massive! Such a big space it felt better in person. The house was extremely clean with a modern kitchen, a cosy living room and a massive bed it was everything we wanted and more. The host were extremely helpful and friendly, it was lovely and quiet and I felt super safe staying there. It’s in a great location and I will definitely be returning!

Johnny was a great host—super friendly and informative. He made sure that we were comfortable during our stay. A significant plus was a well-stocked pantry. We would recommend staying here.

We had a brilliant stay at Willow Cottage! Rosie was very welcoming and the cottage was beautifully clean with plenty of charm. Thank you to Rosie for the complementary biscuits, cereal and orange juice. It has a lovely view of ponies in a field with the backdrop of Ben Nevis. We stayed for a week and it has all you need for a very comfortable stay. We definitely recommend Willow Cottage.

We arrived for our stay in beautiful sunshine and had a wonderful relaxing afternoon and evening after a busy few days sightseeing in the Northumberland area. It was exactly what we wanted and my two teenagers were thrilled. We all had a wonderful time in the hot tub watching the stars on a clear evening. Would definitely recommend

We had amazing time at Laura’s house. Very comfortable and I slept very well. I was surprised that kitchen was well equipped everything really ready for a family holiday. Highly recommended A ++ from me and my kids. Definitely we will be back soon.

Wagtail cottage is delightful. It's easy to find and is in a lovely part of the country with plenty options for days out. We loved the hot tub and had everything we needed for a super relaxing weekend.

We were a group of 5 adults, who spent the weekend of the Orkney Blues festival at Karens house. she kindly let us drop off luggage etc in advance of check-in. The house is well equipped with good quality equipment, towels and linen. Beds were comfortable, showers good with ample hot water. A well equipped Kitchen and comfortable leather suite in the lounge. Wifi worked well as did the modern flat screen tv. We all felt right at home and comfortable, without feeling anyways cramped for space. There is a large raised garden to the rear with a large sturdy picnic table at the top , which would be perfect for sitting out on a sunny day. We all agreed we would have no hesitation in booking the house again in the future. Karen was so easy to deal with and responsive to our questions at all stages of our stay. Many thanks Karen.

Stayed here as attending the Blues Festival, Hazel’s place was good as it was on the edge of Stromness so quiet and peaceful but an easy walk into Town. Everything we needed was catered for, made use of washing machine and tumble dryer for our swimming gear. Would recommend, Hazel was friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic 3 night stay in Kirkwall, everything was spot on. The property has a great location, and it was handy with the shops and restaurants. Lovely layout inside, and everything you need for a peerie break. Kirsten is a great host and has thought of everything in advance. We look forward to starting again in the future.
