Definitely worth the visit. I really noticed the cleanliness of this property. Friendly hosts and lots of nice people at the holiday park. Perfectly enclosed for my dog. We had a wonderful couple nights here.

A return visit for us, another beautiful peaceful break from our busy lives. Would recommend the Juniper hut to everyone. Cosy cabin with everything you could need,with so much to see only a short drive away.

Had a lovely and relaxing stay and it was a great location for visiting nearby distilleries, the bonus was that it was dog friendly so we could bring our pup with us too!

The wee love nest was so cosy and beautifully decorated. The attention to detail is like nothing I've seen before! Just such a beautiful place to be and nice little walks in the surrounding area. The hot tub was absolutely wonderful and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and easy to chat to! 100% will be back in the future!

The Shepherd’s Hut is just like the photos! Such a quirky, cosy place to settle in after a big day of walking many of the beautiful tracks Skye has to offer. Away from the hustle and bustle but not too far of a drive to all the activities. The hot tub was so nice for the body after all the exercise and we got pretty good at lighting fires to keep us warm during the day/through the night! Helen, the host, is so lovely. She left us homemade white chocolate fudge and was super understanding when I messed up our check out date. Communicating with her was so easy and she seems like a very kind person. Scotland is a long way from Australia but we would definitely come back to this hut if we have the chance again.

Well what can I say! We have just come back from a week’s stay, and have thoroughly enjoyed it. The property itself was as described, so peaceful and in a beautiful setting overlooking wonderful countryside. The lodge had everything and more for our stay, with the added bonus of a hot tub which was maintained daily. The estate has a working farm, but do not be put off by this as we weren’t disturbed at all. The lodge itself was very soundproof and also even when everything was open you couldn’t hear a thing. Highly recommend the walk behind the lodge and ensure you venture up to the top and right as there is a beautiful lookout, a bench is available and on a lovely day a perfect spot for a snack or lunch. Not a long walk but totally worth it. We managed Balmoral (Loch Muick circular walk), Braemar, Aviemore, Pitlochry, Loch Tay, Carnoustie and the local area. Would highly recommend for a peaceful and relaxing break. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Absolutely lovely place that we didn't want to leave! Very quaint location away from everything. We were surrounded by farm animals, was lovely seeing chickens, rooster and even a peacock running around! The cabin turned out to be more spacious than the photos made it look. It was clean and well stocked with necessities. The highlight was definitely seeing the Aurora on our first night there! Would recommend to anyone who wants a peaceful getaway, 6/5 stars!

Stunning location and well laid out cabin. Very quiet except for the little stream next to the path. As far as I can tell there was nothing on the website that warned there is no fridge freezer. This can be an issue for self catering travellers and we may not have booked if we'd known. As there are only 2 power outlets which need to be used sparingly a battery operated wall clock would also be useful.

We had a fantastic one night stay up in the riverside lodge for my stepdads birthday. The cabin is located on a working farm so the friendly farm animals next to the cabin were a great hit with my daughter. Really close to Pitlochry where we went canyoning and a very short drive to the pass of Killiecrankie and soldiers leap which was an amazing walk. The cabin was cosy and decorated nicely, had all the essentials for cooking. The cabin was clean and tidy and presented well. We felt very at home in the cabin. My only recommendation would be to be careful coming up the steep driveway to the cabin we unfortunately started our trip with the car tipped into the small stream luckily the farmer was kind enough to tow us out. Overall would highly recommend for a peaceful getaway close to activities in Pitlochry and surrounding areas.

This place was a dream for us and our dog! could not have picked a better location! was a great location to see things in the area with beautiful walks and lochs! also was a good location for getting to Skye! Lindsay also had a n amazing welcome pack which was such a nice touch for us and our dog! Lindsay was amazing and super helpful throughout! She even messaged us to give us a heads up about the northern lights being visible and allowed us to capture and see this for the first time ever! so grateful for this. highly recommend this place!

Booked for an off-grid stay. The cabin completely exceeded expectations - we had everything we needed including cooking utensils, fire starters, and indoor & outdoor fire and linen. Functional outhouse toilet and shower. Thanks so much for having us!

We had a great weekend break in Fort William staying at Jakkie's cabin. The location was ideal for us with free parking and a trail right next to the cabin which was perfect for walking our dog. The cabin is a perfect space for 2 people (and a dog). Would highly recommend this place.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Michael. We zijn erg gastvrij ontvangen en hebben allerlei tips gekregen voor de omgeving. Het was erg gezellig om met zijn allen op de zolder te slapen en de keuken was goed uitgerust met zelfs een airfryer en onder andere kruiden, thee en olie. Toen we weggingen en muntgeld nodig hadden voor de parkeerautomaten was Michael zelfs zo vriendelijk om ons briefje te ruilen voor wisselgeld. Een ontzettende aanrader! Bedankt Michael!

What a wonderful stay, the photos of the cabin didn't do it justice! Gorgeous views of the surroundings and lots of green space around each cabin which was great for the dog. A lovely, secure outdoor area for each cabin was also great. The cabin itself was spacious, spotless and had everything we might have needed for the evening. Log fire was set and everything explained thoroughly at check in by friendly host. Can't fault this place and definitely would return with dog and little one in tow! Thanks again!

Great place to stay with lots of space. Hot tub and sauna were great and the added cinema room was a nice extra. Location was good but shame there was not a path so we could walk down to Pitlochry. Ben Vrackie was only a few miles away so we had a hike up and the views did not disappoint. Laura & Jamie were friendly and helpful and showed us how everything worked on arrival.

For our family of 4 Harriet’s cabin was a perfect rand cosy etreat and starting base for exploring the environment. The location is scenic and calm and the cabin is well equipped and beautifully maintained. Check in and out went very smoothly and the host are very friendly and supportive. Looking forward to returning as soon as possible.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Skye ist eine sehr schöne Insel und die Unterkunft ist so gelegen, dass gegen Abend nur ganz wenige Personen vorbeifahren :) die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich.

Just back from a 3 night stay here. Lovely property and comes with a suana and hot tub, couldnt have asked for anymore. Such a relaxinf long weekend.

Priceless stunning view! Perfect location in between Fort William and Glencoe (20mins drive to either). Nice and quiet area, perfect for a retreat/ getaway trip!

I honestly couldn’t fault the place, I loved every moment we were there… we just wish we stayed another night! 🥰. We are planning to be back in the future and I highly recommend it, I also highly recommend getting the pizzas from them!!!!

Een hele fijne plek om met redelijk wat comfort, lekker in de natuur te verblijven (en eekhoorns te zien). Het huisje is verwarmd. Dus zelfs als het buiten rond het vriespunt is, is het binnen warm genoeg. Je zit hoek is buiten, dus zet de haard aan en een pot thee op het vuur.

We stayed only for a night at the family cabin but we enjoyed our stay here. We even cooked our dinner and all the utensils were available that you’d normally use. They even have a restaurant and a steam room facility but we didn’t use them because of limited time. I’d definitely recommend it to others as it’s very cozy and it is close to all attractions in Isle of Skye.
