Many of the materials used in this house were either reused from old local houses or milled on the property itself, giving it a lot of character, while remaining modern. If hiking is more your thing, it’s a half mile walk/drive to the Snow Mountain Ditch which connects to miles beautiful trails.

Our cottage Is walking distance to Harmony Market and Pioneer Trail, the best mountain biking trail around. We are 5 miles from downtown Nevada city and a 8 minute drive to Scotts Flat Lake where you can paddleboard, kayak, fish, and go boating.
