This is just a few blocks off the Florida Trail Bike Path (US-1), and 2 miles from I-95. It’s a great stop for travelers & Space Coast guests! Big backyard with fire pit; room for boat parking; baby crib available. A great family retreat

Samsula Cottage peaceful setting and relaxing

1926 Samsula cottage has a relaxed quiet beach feel. It is off highway 44 and ten minutes to the beach close to Daytona racing. The cottage sits on 10 acres room for bikes, and Rv’s. It can sleep 4. Pet friendly and there is an enclosed pet run or shed for bikes. Golfing and good restaurants are three minutes. DisneyWorld is one hour away. We have one bedroom with queen bed and one queen sleeper in the patio area. The space sleeps four. We are following cleaning guidelines recommended by Airbnb.

The Treehouse has a tree trunk elevator, private shower, air-conditioning, and real toilet inside so that you can bring your significant other(no compost toilet here). This 18 foot yurt has accent lighting to create the mood of living in the trees on a starry night. Danville is a glamping experience.

Welcome to The Majestic River Garden. This charming cottage was built in 1945 before this era of cookie cuter homes where every house in the neighborhood looks the same. The home is at one of Floridas highest elevation points sitting 40ft above sea level which gives you an incredible view of the Indian River. If you look over the neighboring roofline you can spot NASA's VAB building. The home has original charm however does boast modern updated ceramic wood floor and a modern updated kitchen.

Outdoor shower with cold water only. Hose spigot on outside of cabin, no running water inside.

We live down the street from Lake Mills Park which is a beautiful park with a great lake you are welcome to use our water crafts too! *Please note that the ladder to access the loft above the restroom is not secured to the wall and is moveable. Go kayaking, fishing or canoeing on the St. John’s River or just enjoy the Florida sunshine!
