We were lucky enough to be able to book the place on Christmas Eve and it was perfect for my small family and two dogs! Everything is as described on the website, the house was super clean and stocked with everything that we needed. Marguerite was also responsive to all messages that were sent. My friends and I had a fantastic stay at Tina's home! Tina was so welcoming and offered flexible check-in/out times. She also left a bottle of wine for us in the fridge. The home is in a beautiful, rural part of Sonoma. It's such a peaceful and private location, but close to everything! We enjoyed watching the hot air balloons above the backyard in the morning and going on walks/runs from the house. The house is clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed! The weather was warm, so we were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub. I can't wait to come back with my family!

Brook went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and most enjoyable! From offering the early checkin to allowing us to checkout a bit later, a long with all the helpful hints on restaurants, grocery stores and providing all around comfort, we truly enjoyed our stay. From the teas to the paper plates, to the inflatable ducky in the pool, we could not have asked for more. Brook also provided a plastic chair for the shower as we were traveling with an elderly person-I thought that was very kind and thoughtful. Looking forward to returning one day. Thank you, Brook, for making our stay amazing!

Gaeten was the best host we’ve had the pleasure of working with. He was positive and always responded quickly. He helped us with recommendations in the area. The house was perfect for our 3 generation family gathering…6 adults and two toddlers. It was very well stocked and even had toys, books and outdoor play equipment suitable for the little ones. The location was very convenient, never more than a 15 drive to our various destinations.

We just finished an incredible girls weekend up at Dave and Julian's place. The beds were all so comfortable, the place is huge, and the outdoor space would have been amazing had we had warmer/better weather but we didn't miss having that options too much. All the surfaces to sit were mostly very comfortable and fit our 4 people well, and we also enjoyed the dual heating. There were plenty of blankets and pillows to go around, and the kitchen was so spacious and nice. DoorDash is easy to get to the house with lots of options if you're too tired from exploring to go back out for a meal. I loved that this is in a country setting but SO CLOSE to downtown Sebastopol, it made that much more cozy for us. We can't wait to book another stay in the future, and it has been a gem of a find in our girl's trip adventures. *If you are allergic to dogs, don't stay here. There was some dog hair on the couch, which isn't a big deal for us as we are all dog people. Just something to note!*

This place is top notch! Lovely house. Amazing view. Awesome pool and jacuzzi. Several friends have stayed here and we most certainly will again. We’re local to the area but our house is small so we stayed here with visiting family and had an amazing time.

Perfect location in the quaint town of Windsor! Short drive to the Windsor Green, Healdsburg Square, and wineries. The space is clean and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

We came to Novato for a friend’s wedding and wanted a place that could fit three couples without having to share a room. Ernest’s place was perfect for that. It was in a good location (less than 5 minutes from downtown) and we had plenty of space. The only thing I would add is putting out towels in the bathrooms. A person in our group took a shower after arriving and was left without a towel so we had to search the closets for them. Besides that, it was overall a wonderful stay!

Loved the rental! The area and location is perfect for surrounding wineries and restaurants. Great views and feels just like home away from home!

This location was perfect for my employees, who are working on a new home construction project in the area. They felt right at home and couldn't believe how accommodating everything & everyone was.

The room and all accommodations were exactly as expected! If you're heading to Clear Lake, this is a great place to stay and LaTonya was a wonderful host.

We stayed as part of a large family reunion, with family members in various units in this complex. This worked out really well, and management was kind enough to allow us to have a BBQ on the patio near the main entrance building. Very enjoyable stay overall

Fantastic! Hot tub, pool, river access - what more do you need? The house was well equipped for bigger groups. Kitchen was decent for cooking group meals. Great grill too. River access is a 1 min walk across the road. We saw turtles and a mink on the river

We enjoyed our stay at Dave’s beautiful home. There was plenty of room for the six of us, and it was exactly as described . The kitchen is very well stocked and made cooking for a group very easy. The outdoor space was very peaceful and relaxing. Finally the home is very centrally located to a number of amazing restaurants and wineries.

Griselda was a wonderful host. Our stay was super last minute and she was very accommodating, responsive and flexible. The location was perfect. We came to hike in Armstrong Redwood Park and her place was only about a 3 min drive there. It was also a three minute drive from the downtown so great location. Beautiful house with lots of space and a huge yard. I'd love to come back in the summer when we could use the outdoor space more, but the hot tub was perfect for the winter.

This home was perfect for our girls trip to Sonoma, we had plenty of space and it was so peaceful! Lawrence was extremely communicative and helpful in providing so many recommendations prior to and during our trip. We would stay here again!
