What a beautiful home! The house is amazing! It was big and spacious. Had everything we needed! She includes TP, paper towels, plenty of towels, beach towels and soap. This is very appreciated in an Airbnb. The back porch is everything!! Coffee with that view and all the birds… perfect! My daughter enjoyed the fishing and exploring on the property. We spent several days in Charleston for the ghost tour, the carriage ride , the food and the shopping! I loved coming back to relax in this home. Candace is so helpful and quick to respond!

We stayed here for my sister's bachelorette, and it was great! The house looks exactly like the pictures, has a great vibe, and was clean. It is also spacious for people to spread out some. The host was responsive when needed. The hot tub was clean and easy to use. The location was as described, so a 15-20 minute drive into downtown. It was definitely a good house for a big group wanting a hot tub, and I can see how it could be good for a family wanting to spread out and be able to have some quiet time as well. Thanks so much!

We had a great stay. Quiet neighborhood, close to circle park and all other areas of Charleston. While they did a great job with the house refurbishing, we can tell that things have been abused and might need some maintenance. The EV charger was absolutely perfect for our trip and made the whole experience so much better.

My husband and I loved this place on Goose River Reservoir. I picked it because it was on the water. It was peaceful and relaxing on the enclosed back deck. It is close to great stores and eateries. About 20minutes to Charleston and Mt. Pleasant. There is plenty for kids to do at the house. The Master bed was comfy and warm. Shower was awesome. What I liked: The house felt warm and cozy. I liked being on the river and listening to the bugs, squirrels and birds. We loved being on the back deck relaxing and drinking our coffee. House rules were not overbearing, but to just clean up after yourself, no dirty dishes left in the sink, take out trash and bring the towels down to the washer. I tried to sweep, but I didn't find a broom. I spilt coffee grinds, but was able to clean it up. Communication with the owners was great and quick response! We really enjoyed our stay and would book again!

This Villa in Palmetto dunes is spectacular! We are a family of four and felt right at home! The kids loved having their bedrooms upstairs and we all slept great in the comfortable beds! I appreciated the living room with the large couch where we could gather together as a family to watch movies/shows in the evening. The beach is about a 15 minute walk, but you can drive or take the dunes buggy. We enjoyed the walk for exercise. The dunes house on the beach is great for cocktails, smoothies or lunch on the beach. The general store is so fun to visit for souvenirs, candy, or a grocery item you may have forgotten. Veronica was a great host and quickly responded if I had any questions! This villa is perfect for your vacation!

Paradise! Matthew was so friendly and accommodating. The the view from home was magnificently breath taking! If you're into fishing, the family upstairs caught plenty! I have found my home away from home!

Quiet, private, great layout, very cute. Loved how quiet and private it was yet in walking distance to King Street and the downtown tourist sites. Very clean and well-appointed, bathrooms larger than expected. Would definitely stay here again!

The place is amazing. The beach area was quiet and relaxing and family friendly. My husband and I were able to relax under the shade of a tree, and enjoy the view and water sound. We really enjoyed our stayed . The location is very peaceful. And a short drive to local restaurants.

We decided on a quick beach trip and selected this place as we have stayed here previously a few years ago. The place was clean. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes. The large bedroom had a king bed and bunk beds which were very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. All in all we had a peaceful trip!!!

Great place for a family stay. Plenty of room, clean, had everything we needed, and being on the lake was a very fun extra.

Really enjoyed our time here, riding bikes around Hilton head was so much fun and the beach and pool were great. Thank you!

We loved our stay here at Seabrook Island! The area was quiet and only a short walk to the beach access. There was lots of wildlife! The House was really cool! We loved the layout and the house was super clean. There was plenty of room for 4 adults!

great home with lots of space and privacy. Quiet and lots of nice beaches and bike trails around. very clean and an interesting setting. Lots of fun games to play and the wifi and tv worked really well. It was a bit further than I expected but if you want peace and quiet this is the place for you. My only suggestion would be to provide some beach towels and maybe a few beach chairs. I loved the home and would book again if I am in the area.

The space is beautiful with ample space and abundant natural lighting. The views overlooking the marsh are a wonderful backdrop to your getaway. The kitchen is well stocked with kitchenware, cleaning products, and other items. Paper products and linens are there when you arrive making your stay a turn key experience. The owners are responsive when messaging; and it’s evident they’ve put thought into curating an environment that is relaxing and inviting.
