The studio has a gas fireplace and lots of skylights for plenty of light. Nice ocean views PS: This is an upstairs unit with a staircase to enter the studio, if you have a problem climbing stairs this might not be the right fit for you. Mini fridge, microwave, spacious patio & fenced yard right outside the door. There is NO KITCHEN. Dogs welcome with pre approval. $25.00 dog fee per stay. Due to extreme allergies cats are not allowed.

Welcome to our newly built, family friendly, fully stocked home with a new 7 person hot tub . The home is located on a quiet, street in upper Seaside. There is on site parking as well as large two car garage with washer and dryer. While staying at the home you have access to pingpong, games, toys, WIFI, and cable t.v. in every room! Also, if you have little ones a few houses down from the property, there’s a small little park. Truly home away from home!

The washer and dryer is available inside the garage if needed. They're also laundry detergent, softner, and dryer sheets on the cabinet above washer. Im available 24hrs everyday of your stay for any questions. The house is nestled in the hills of Seaside with gorgeous views of Monterey. Del Monte Beach’s boardwalk is a 10-minute drive away, as are walking trails at Laguna Grande Regional Park. An array of shopping and dining is a short drive away.
