WOW! Talk about a view! You can't help but smile when you walk through the front door and see the amazing view of the ocean. The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything and more that you could possibly want/need. I will definitely stay here again, it was amazing!

My friends and I visited from Portland for the weekend, and we had a wonderful time at Max's place! The location is fantastic - easy to find and a quick two minute walk to the beach - and the house itself is charming and cozy. The fireplace was a hit, especially in the chilly evenings or after taking a dip in the freezing ocean. It warmed up the top level and we were comfortable the whole time. Check in was easy, there was plenty of space for our party of four, and we loved it. I absolutely recommend staying at Max's place!

Our family enjoyed every moment of our 4 nights in this home. The vibe is super peaceful and cozy. The kitchen was more stocked than any rental kitchen we have been in. The view from the deck and the sound of the ocean was truly incredible. The walk to short beach is only a couple of minutes. We also walked to Oceanside beach a few times and it took about 22 minutes - you have to walk on the road but cars were super courteous. We discovered that the owners of the Market/deli in Netarts are vegetarian and they had some really great food options available - the samosas were super yummy! The Wi-Fi at the house worked great. We brought our two dogs and the gated deck was awesome for them! There are lots of puzzles and books to choose from too. Water pressure in the showers met the approval of our whole family ☺️. It was great to have the garage available so we could keep sandy shoes and wet towels there instead of in the house. We loved every moment of our stay and hope to visit again. ☀️

We enjoyed watching the ocean right across the street from the large living room windows! From the wonderful patio in the backyard, we watched two bald eagles protect their nest of babies! The cleanliness of the house was great; the beds were comfortable; and we really liked the gas fireplace. All in all, our clamming trip was a nice and relaxing get away! Would definitely rent this house again!!!

Beautiful place on a beautiful beach. We loved just sitting outside on the patio chairs staring off into the ocean. Thank you for sharing this house for others to enjoy.

We loved this house. We had a great time, even on the rainy days.

The place was perfect for our group of 2 moms, 4 young kids, and a dog! The house is set up with 2 different spaces so be prepared for that. It worked great for our 2 families and pet. The main house was set with amenities like dog beds, condiments, and all the towels you could need. The main house was comfortable with a queen bed, twin bunk beds, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. The upstairs tub is jetted and everyone enjoyed it! The 2nd house has a queen bunk bed, full bathroom, and kitchenette. We really enjoyed the deck and walking right to the ocean. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely fabulous place, beautiful sights. Amazing house. Loved the early check in and late check out. We will definitely stay here again if available. Easy walk to the beach. We really enjoyed watching the weather and having a fire.

Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful, heated pool. Perfect getaway for our family. We usually stay at the Worldmark just because of the outdoor pool, but will definitely start staying here. It’s only a 5 min drive and you have the peace and quiet, a pool Pickleball court, and then a five minute drive to downtown if you want the town. This location will have a lot of lasting memories for me and my wife. This was the first stop on our honeymoon, with great views, a very cozy bed modern shower this place helped us feel right at home and not like we were staying at a hotel the deck and view was gorgeous of the NesTucca river. It’s not close to anything specific but each drive is short enough that makes a short trip to Lincoln city or Newport enjoyable would stay here again. Highly recommend keeping track of the weather if you’re looking for a beautiful deck view.

Everything about this house was amazing ours kids said they will never forget this trip. The pool was a blast. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep beautiful back yard and view of the lake. So close to the beach. Plenty of towels.host was great. Bbq grill for use in the back and fire pit. Absolutely will book again.

the pros of staying here: the bed was nice, the towels were soft, the place was clean and looked like the photos, there was a nice size tv the cons: the walk to the beach, it was about a minute walk to the board walk and the boardwalk took a couple minutes to the beach. but from there the hill was a 45 degree grade downhill. it was extremely difficult to get up and down especially with a baby. had to max out going up 2 times a day and was very sore and tired at that. there was another way to get to the beach we drove there but there was $10 parking fee.

We had a really nice stay. The location was excellent. Loved the short walk to the beach and town. The golf course and park being on either side made for a peaceful setting. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was fresh and clean. My husband and I traveled with my folks and our two teens - 6 humans and 2 dogs total. It was the max capacity for the home but very comfortable and a great setup.

This house was clean and cozy but also spacious enough for my adult children and I. It felt just like home and the kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment to handle meals, however we did enjoy the fabulous restaurants in the area. we brought our 2 dogs and the yard was perfect, but being able to walk them down to the beach at sunrise was a better treat for us all. I'll definitely be looking for opportunities to stay here again!

The house was very nice. Everything was very clean, well equipped and modern. There was a lot of space for many people, you could bring your kids, and you can have a fire pit outside. Brett responded fast and there was no issues with him. I would recommend this place to everyone. This women’s retreat would not have been possible without this place and Brett. We will be back!

We spent a week at Jeff and Cathy’s home, shortly after check in we were greeted by Jeff with a thoughtful welcome gift! The home was very cozy and comfortable, all the amenities of home. The view was one of the best features! We saw deer everyday and everything was so peaceful. We definitely will stay here again and possibly for even longer.

We enjoyed our stay in your beautiful house. It must have the most wonderful views in town. We hope to come back.

Great little place to spend the weekend at the coast!

This beach house gem was perfect for our Spring Break with teenagers! The second living room downstairs gave them privacy with a huge comfy couch for movie nights. We loved the gorgeous kitchen and big dining table for meals and board games. The hot tub, gas fireplace, and BBQ grill were used and loved amenities. The sauna is immaculate. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and the huge windows showcase beautiful views. Everything was spotless and comfortable. Best of all, it's right across from beach access! Despite being a duplex, we never heard the neighbors. Perfect spot for families wanting space, comfort and beach proximity!
