The living area is equipped with a gas fireplace and a couch that doubles as a futon for additional sleeping space. The kitchenette has all the essentials for dining, including dishware, silverware, and coffee-making supplies. Pet fees: 2 Pets maximum. $50 per trip Key Lockbox code will be provided 3-4 days advance of your stay.

Oceanfront S. Prom Upper Level Cottage

You can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean from the living room, master bedroom and deck in our cozy oceanfront upper cottage. It is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage on the top floor of our duplex. Our cottage is ocean front and on the quieter south end of the prom in Seaside. Restaurants, shopping and golf within short 1 - 2 block walking distance.

Condo #205 Stunning Oceanfront Studio !

Our unit is located in a small cooperative of 15 condos there on the beach. These Condos are well maintained at the quiet end of town for rest and relaxation. There is an onsite Co-Host and lock boxes near the office, where you can pick up the keys. Pet fees: 2 Pets maximum. $50 per trip Key Lockbox code will be provided 3-4 days advance of your stay.
