The backyard has an amazing marina view & the front a breathtaking bay view of the sunset & Mathis Bridge. The home is in a residential, family friendly neighborhood. For this reason, we do not accept younger guests (25 yo+). Its secluded location provides a more quiet stay and easy parking within close proximity to all of Seaside Park's attractions.

Our beach home has been recently updated with an open living area concept. New flooring, fresh paint and all updated. It is a cozy 2 bedroom cottage that is a 7 min walk to the beach (only 3 blocks away). A 3 min walk to the bay to view the beautiful sunsets. The home has all you need for a great vacation. It comes provided with linens, towels, and free cable & wifi. Huge yard to relax and kids to play. 1 toilet paper, 1 paper towel & soap are provided. Sorry- no prom rentals or under 25.

Magnificent Bay Views

Spectacular unobstructed views of Barnegat Bay. Secluded home directly on the bay with plenty of outside seating both on the decks and along the bay front. 4 bedroom, 3 bath house with plenty of space to spread out in the open floor plan first floor. Three upstairs bedrooms have direct access to decks and the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There are upper and lower decks facing the bay so you can enjoy the sun and scenery.

Beach badges are not included but are MANDATORY whether or not you use our beach . These are the communities rules! Badges are NOT NEEDED before June 11th and after Labor Day. I will be requesting the money two days before check in so I can purchase them for you. Daily wristbands are 20.00 each and can be purchased at the beach from the badge checkers. 8 weekly badges are 175.00
