Robinson Place Cottage is a beautiful self contained, semi-detached cottage set in the heart of the spectacular Great Langdale valley, in the Lake District. Set within its own private garden on our working fell farm, Robinson Place Cottage supplies breathtaking views of the Langdale Pikes, Bow fell, Lingmoor and more, right from the doorstep. A private driveway set back from the road offers a tranquil and picturesque location for any type of stay; inspirational work retreat or family holiday.

Low Wood - woodland glamping pod

Nestled in between woodland within the ancient temperate rainforest of Borrowdale in the Lake District; our wooden glamping pod is an idyllic place to base yourselves to explore the National Nature Reserve and beyond. We are situated near Grange village, with miles of footpaths from our doorstep, adventure awaits! We recommend the pod suits a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. There is one double bed and one double sofa bed in the pod. If 4 adults stay, the pod becomes quite tight for space.

Situated in the lovely village of Portinscale this warm detached family home provides everything you might want to enjoy a stay in the Lake District. We are situated 5 minutes walk from Derwent Water and the Nicol End Marina for kayaking and water activities. Portinscale has a pub that serves food and a cafe. Our favourite eating places nearby are Swinside Inn and the Ivy Restaurant in Braithwaite. Keswick is a mere 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk for eating out, shopping and outdoor sports.

Our luxury detached Lakeland cottage in the village of Lorton sits in a hidden gem of a valley and is a year round destination . Two beautiful bedrooms one of which can turn into single beds and each with their own bathrooms offers flexibility for both couples and families. We have a well equipped cooks kitchen with Everhot range and a stocked larder. Parking for three cars , EV charger , bike storage , gardens and a BBQ this is a great base to enjoy the magic of our Lakeland valley.

Grange Bridge Cottage occupies one of the most iconic settings within the Lake District National Park. Situated at the entrance to the picturesque village of Grange in Borrowdale. Originally built in 1696 as a shepherds cottage, Foxwood Cottage is situated in Borrowdale, just outside Keswick in one of the most beautiful valleys in the Lake District National Park. The River Derwent runs past the cottage and it's surrounded by some of the finest views, walking paths and trails the park has to offer, from an easy walk to a nearby pub or restaurant or a more strenuous hike up Scafell Pike - the highest mountain in England.
