The stock tank pool opens Mid-March, cold plunge in spring and refreshing plunge pool in summer.

The kitchen is ready to use and boasts a bar and island seating. This kitchen does not have a full size stove/oven but does have plenty of electric appliances to cover all of your cooking needs. The living room offers a smart tv with all of the streaming services and free wifi. Located right down the street from Hesston College and Schowalter Villa.

The Little House in Yoder

Built in the late 1800's, the Little House is the oldest house in the Yoder community. It's full of old-world charm and modern conveniences. If these walls could talk, they'd tell lots of stories! If you enjoy farm animals, this is the place for you.... horses, cows, turkeys, chickens, guinea pigs, rabbits and plenty of farm cats and our faithful dog, Ginger can all be found. We are looking forward to your visit at the Grace Hill Grain Bin. This distinctive spot is perfect for a weekend getaway or for an entire week stay. The unique, custom-built house was constructed in 1988 from a 45' grain bin by my father. The house has a large pond, perfect for sunset views. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Enjoy smores at the fire pit, and watching the sunset from the porch swing.
