From the moment we arrived, this place exceeded all expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The views of the red rocks were absolutely breathtaking. Sedona is magical, and April and Collin's house made the experience even better. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a serene, scenic escape!

This place is stunning. The views are incredible, the bedrooms are large and elegant and comfortable. It was the perfect place for my bachlorette party on both a rainy and a sunny day. The hosts were super responsive, like within minutes. I’d recommend absolutely anyone rent this great place.

Perfect for our 3 family retreat. Plenty of living space and beds for 6 adults, 1 child and 1 infant (pa k and play provided). Close to town, gorgeous view, nice furnished patio.

Absolutely beautiful home, with stunning views and a lovely backyard. The hot tub was awesome, and the games provided were very fun! Host was responsive and proactive. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I recommend staying here if you are with a big group and exploring the wonders of Sedona!

Laura is a saint. She saved our vacation. She deserves 6 stars. We were on our way to Sedona with a large group, and on the day of checkin we learned that our original Airbnb had a flood from a leaky hot water heater. So we had to scramble at the last minute to find a new place to stay, and Laura was our hero. She approved our request even though our group is a little bigger than the states 8-person limit. Also, Laura’s cleaner, Angelica, came over within an ~hour to help prep the place for this totally unexpected reservation. Huge thanks to her for pausing whatever she was doing on a Saturday evening to help rescue our vacation. The house itself is fantastic. The balcony has incredible views of the mountains. There’s custom wooden furniture, beautiful countertops, the kitchen is very well equipped. It served as a perfect base for our day trips (hikes, etc). Throughout our stay Laura was very responsive. Highly recommended!

Great stay and beautiful home would definitely go back

This was the perfect spot for our large family from different states to gather as we celebrated my dad's 90th birthday at the Prescott Golf Club ( also highly recommended). Our stay in the Lynx home felt like a luxury retreat! The large kitchen/ family area allowed us to enjoy cooking and eating together. The back patio also provided space in the beautiful outdoors for us to gather. It was all we hoped it would be for our family! Thank you Mike and Tammy!

Great stay in Flagstaff! The place was clean, nicely furnished, and just a short drive to downtown and local restaurants. Hosts were very communicative and helpful throughout. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Cabin for a Family Getaway in Flagstaff Our family of 12 had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin in Flagstaff! The location couldn’t have been better – directly across from a hill perfect for sledding, which made for hours of fun for the kids. The cabin itself is spacious and thoughtfully designed. The kids absolutely loved their custom bunk beds, with room for 6 and their own space upstairs. They had a cozy TV area and plenty of room to play, which kept them entertained throughout our stay. The adults enjoyed the beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together. The outdoor area was also a highlight, with a large fenced yard that was perfect for our dogs to run around. It felt like a true home away from home, with every detail carefully considered to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Large four bedroom house near hiking and biking trails. Well maintained - everything works. Heater keeps a constant temperature - very comfortable day and night. New refrigerator keeps food fresh. Beautiful views of the mountains.

We absolutely loved our stay at this home! It was the perfect setup for our two families of four. The decor was beautiful and did the pictures justice. The kids especially loved the game room down stairs. It was so nice for them to have their own space to play and be loud while the adults enjoyed catching up upstairs. Beautiful scenery surrounding the house. Easy drive to the Grand Canyon. It snowed during our stay. We are not used to snow at all and the property manager made us feel at ease with being able to navigate a safe check out process. Would love to stay in warmer conditions and utilize the backyard amenities. The house is spacious. Party of 6 and we all had our own space.

This place is amazing! It is in a great location and has great amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked if you want to cook your own meals. The rooms are large and comfortable. Chris was very helpful when we asked questions. We would definitely stay again!

Victoria and Cameron were always available to communicate with. They gave us a heads up when service was going to be performed at the house while we were there. There was so much space for 8 people and all of the amenities that we could ask for. I felt very safe with the security fence around the pool (my 3 yr old grandson could never have been able to open the gate). The views from the balcony and patio were breathtaking! The beds and bedding were comfortable as was the couch and outdoor furniture. The only minor negative that some of us noticed was that the bath towels could use some updating as most of them had stains. Thank you again Victoria and Cameron - we would definitely stay there again : )

Great property and stay and all the amenities. Only minor feedback I have (and I am picky about bathrooms for some reason) is that the upstairs shower needs to be updated with modern tile and glass walls/blocks; or at least some additional lighting needs to be added into the shower. It is tucked into a dark corner feels very institutional (like a 70’s high school locker room shower). But over all, a stellar property.

This place was amazing. The house was roomy and the views were breathtaking! This was one of our best trips and the best house we’ve stayed in so far. Looking forward to coming back one day.

We absolutely loved our stay! Our larger family was able to fit very comfortably in this home. The kitchen was very spacious with two dish washers, a nice big island, and walk in fridge. All of the bedrooms were separated very nicely with comfortable mattresses and sheets. The outdoor area was the best - the pool was wonderful and the grill + seating area was perfect. The view is absolutely gorgeous as well. We would highly recommend this home for anyone!

One of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in! All the things we loved: Reasonable price, great locations (close by to restaurants & activities), beautiful floor to ceiling views of red rocks, super comfortable beds, ended up being able to check in early, lots of extra stuff in the kitchen if you want to cook. Honestly nothing we were unhappy with!

Our group of 5 had a fantastic stay in Cottonwood. It was an excellent location for seeing the area. Very peacefull at night and we loved lazing around the pool. Some minor maintenance issues that may need a look at but otherwise a fantastic stay and well worth booking.
