ACHTUNG: - Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock & es gibt keinen Aufzug! - Der Tiefgaragenparkplatz ist recht eng, eine Alternative können wir leider nicht bieten.

In the third floor on the balcony you can enjoy especially in the winter time the sun and the warmth. Since this apartment is also in private use you will feel like coming home. As well you will enjoy the love to the detail. In the cellar you are allowed to use the ski room as well as the washing machine and dryers area.
