In unmittelbarer Nähe(ca.200bis300m)nur durch die Uferstraße getrennt, befinden sich zwei öffentliche Bademöglichkeiten,die zu Fuß oder mit den Fahrrad zu erreichen sind. Das öffentliche Strandbad Loibichl ist ungefähr 3 km und das Ortszentrum Mondsee 8km entfernt. Die Festspielstadt Salzburg ist mit dem Auto in 30 Minuten erreichbar. Berge und Umgebung laden zum Wandern und Biken ein.

Das Wohnzimmer ist eine klassische gute Stube und die Essküche bietet Platz für Besucher und eigene Gäste. Das Wohnzimmer kann auch als eigenständiges Schlafzimmer genutzt werden, Platz für 6 Betten

Sie befindet sich mitten im Naherholungsgebiet der Stadt Salzburg und ist von mehreren kleinen Seen (u.a. auch kostenloser Badesee) umgeben. Obwohl ein kleines Stück außerhalb des Zentrums , ist man mit dem Obus (15 Minuten Takt) innerhalb von 15 Minuten (ohne Umsteigen) mitten in der Salzburger Altstadt bzw. Zentrum. Das Messezentrum bzw. die Salzburg Arena sind von der Wohnung nur 1 km entfernt.

Die im "Stallhaus" (1.OG) liegende Ferienwohnung "Herrenhausblick" besteht aus Vorraum; separatem WC; Badezimmer mit Badewanne und extra Dusche; Schlafzimmer; Esszimmer mit Küche; separatem abtrennbarem Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, großen Flach TV u Balkonzugang. Größe ca 75 m². Leider haben wir keinen Lift, dafür einen breiten Treppenaufgang! Unser privater Badeplatz darf mitbenützt werden! (Gehzeit ca 8 Minuten) In direkter Nachbarschaft liegt der Golfclub am Mondsee (mit dem Auto 2 Min.)

Idealer Standort für Wassersport, Wandern, Radfahren, Klettern, Gleitschirmfliegen, Skifahren und Weihnachtsmarkt. Salzburg und Hallstatt sind in jeweils 40min mit dem Auto erreichbar.

You can also borrow two bicycles for free to actively explore the surrounding area.

This apartment, located on the top floor (2nd floor), has a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. With only a 2-minute walk into the center of the village, you are close to everything that St. Wolfgang has to offer and the hiking trails start right outside the door. Public parking close by, fee € 8 / 24h or a couple of 100 m away for € 20 / week.
