Schöne Unterkunft in der Nähe der Bahn, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Boulangerie und Supermärkte fußläufig gut erreichbar. Wir waren zu fünft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit Emilie und Nicolas war sehr nett, auch ein späterer CheckOut war kein Problem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

Catherine is a wonderful host. She communicates well, and is very accommodating when it comes to check in and check out times. The unit is clean, well located with shops and public transport modes within very easy walking distance, and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay as a group of 4! Thanks Catherine.

A wonderful, welcoming and fascinating house where we felt immediately at home. It easily accommodated six of us, with generous living spaces (including a grand piano which was very much enjoyed) and a delightful garden. Full of pictures and books, it is a very relaxed and relaxing place to stay: if Paris wasn't on the doorstep, we could easily have not left the house. The local area is terrific, with an amazing market (we were lucky enough to be there at the start of the asparagus season!), restaurants and bars, away from the tourist areas but with easy access to the city centre: we walked just about everywhere. It's rare to find a house like this in a city like Paris, and we had a very special family weekend in this gorgeous family home.

Lieux proche des transports , accessibles facilement. L’endroit est calme , l’accueil est super, cela donne envie de revenir ! Maison entièrement propre avec a disposition tout ce qu’il faut!

家族4人16歳と11歳の娘と宿泊しました。アプリが示した場所と違いましたが、オーナーが私たちの場所まで迎えにきてくれました。オーナーはメッセージに素早く対応してくれて、安心できました。部屋もリホームされたばかりで非常に綺麗ですみやすかったです。そこはパリ観光をするには非常に良い環境です。公共バスを利用すれば駅近くのスーパーでたくさんの食材を買っても大丈夫でした。私たちはパリの公共交通機関の1週間定期券を買ったので市内に出かけるのは非常にお得で楽でした。他の利用者にも購入を勧めます。機会があればまた利用したいと思います。

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

Can't recommend Anne and Jean-Luc's place enough. Great location, very walkable, near a metro line. Exactly as described. Very comfortable. Thoughtfully decorated, making it feel like a very local and unique experience. Facilitated early check-in, very communicative and friendly.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

We had a fantastic stay at Gregory’s apartment! He was the perfect host – he welcomed us warmly, helped us park in the garage, showed us around the property (including the lovely pool), and had even prepared some delicious treats for us. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. The apartment itself is beautiful, with an absolutely stunning view. We truly enjoyed both Paris and Gregory’s wonderful place. Magnificent apartment in a fantastic neighbourhood. Le 18'ième and certainly le bas de Montmartre is not overwhelmed with tourist so you can experience life as a true "Parisien". The restaurants and bars are the best, the shops are great, the restaurants magnificent! Gustavs place is an adorable little appartement, very clean, great shower, nice kitchen (which I haven't used because the restaurants are to yummie) and the decoration is, according to my daughter, Bohemian style which I love. I have a few experiences in Paris with AB&B but this one is truly the best! Thanks for the amazing experience!!

Can’t recommend Emilie’s place enough. It’s such a wonderful place to stay in Paris. The neighborhood is quiet but there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and activities. The metro to all of the sites (Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, etc.) is a 3-4 min walk, but here you’ll find the best of Paris at the most reasonable prices. If you’re a seasoned traveler like my partner and myself, you’re looking to avoid tourist trap areas. Emilie’s place is the perfect way to experience Paris as a local and a visitor. Emilie is also an exceptionally kind and responsive host. Don’t hesitate, just book!

I had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The location is great as it’s not far from Paris and very easy to reach the Louvre and other main attractions. The apartment is beautiful and spacious with a lovely garden which was especially convenient as I was traveling with my small dog. The neighborhood is nice with a fantastic bakery and a small grocery store nearby while larger supermarkets are about a 15–20 minute walk away. There’s also a pharmacy close by. The apartment has everything needed for a long stay and the host was very kind responsive and always ready to help. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay near Paris!

Leuk en ruim appartement in een mooie buurt. Fijn om na een dag in Parijs de ruimte te hebben in het appartement dat schoon en leuk ingericht was. De communicatie met Elodie verliep soepel en ze is behulpzaam. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad! Afstand naar de trein is 15 minuten lopen. De totale reis van het appartement naar de Parijs is ongeveer een uur. Wel goed om te weten dat niet alle trappen naar het appartement een leuning hebben. Ik verbleef met mijn moeder die wat ouder is en dat was een aandachtspunt.

Ich konnte meine Ankunftszeit mit Sylvie abstimmen und wurde bereits an der Metro von Leena begrüßt. Sie begleitete mich zur Wohnung. Es war ein sehr persönliches und herzliches Willkommen. Leena und Sylvie waren beim Check in sehr bemüht alle Fragen zur Wohnung und zum Haus zu besprechen, wa sich als sehr hilfreich empfand. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön ausgestattet und entspricht der Darstellung auf den Bildern. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Klimagerät. Auch in diesen heißen Tagen hatten wir angenehme Temperaturen in der Wohnung. Es sind nur 2-3 Minuten zum Place Victor Hugo mit Metrostation, Cafés, Restaurants. Supermarkt und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Leena und Sylvie waren bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Wohnung von Sylvie am Place Victor Hugo und ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für unserer Olympiatage in Paris. Danke an Sylvie und Leena für den herzlichen Begegnungen. Very comfortable & well-appointed space. The bedroom & bathroom are slightly seperated from the living room which was useful. Just across the street from the Bois de Vincennes which is a very large park with lakes, rowboats, islands, restaurants, a horse-track & much more. There is also a cute local park on the other side. A short walk to a main street with restaurants etc , and just bit further to the metro. It's not quite Paris but has good access to Paris. There are buses that go into Paris even closer than the metro. Virginie, her husband & their incredibly cute dog, Purple, are very welcoming & thoughtful, helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. (It's not handicap accesible). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

Nous avons passé une semaine chez Basilio , maison fidèle aux photos , environnement calme , à proximité de restos et arrêts de bus , maison en impasse avec de quoi se garer en privatif nous avons appréciés ++ ! Merci Basilio !
