We enjoyed our stay at Vanessa and Viet’a place very much. The house is lovely, inside and out. The kitchen is a cook’s paradise, and we enjoyed getting groceries and making dinner. The neighborhood is great, with lots of great restaurants and bakeries nearby. It was also a short walk to multiple metro stations, making it easy to get around Paris.

We really enjoyed staying at Alexandrine’s place. This was our first time to Paris. The location is fantastic, steps away from many cafes, restaurants, shops. Easy access to other attraction. The area is safe, quiet, convenient. The loft has everything we needed Overall I would definitely recommend it to others.

Laurent was extremely helpful, for example, in expaining best public transport options to get to places. Always answered very promptly any/all questions eg where to park. Do book this house if you like 1970’s design classics, want to be in a real home in a very nice area (lovely houses to look at when walking to Lake or train station). Don’t book this house if you are expecting a bland, characterless place with no quirks. The stairs, for instance, are a little tricky especially if more than one person using them. We failed to understand that the water pressure being low was an eco friendly thing - think can increase it if wanted! The house is in a ‘real’ part of town - not a tourist ghetto - so no loud partying outside to upset the neighbours!

Merci à Côme et Juliette pour l'excellent séjour passé en famille dans leur jolie maison de Vincennes. Tout était parfait. La propreté de la maison, son équipement, y compris un emplacement de stationnement dans un garage, la proximité de nombreux commerces et restaurants ainsi que des transports en commun. Tout était impeccable et conforme à la description. Une mention particulière pour l'excellente réactivité de Côme à nos demandes et pour les délicates attentions. Encore mille mercis. J'ai mentionné un bon rapport qualité/prix et non un très bon mais il faut tenir compte de la taille de la maison (4 chambres à coucher), de la période (JO Paris 2024) et surtout de la commission (exorbitante) d'Air BnB. C'est peut-être là le seul problème.

Very calm, cozy, and clean. Hosts are welcoming and always ready to help. Don’t get confused by the fact that it’s not technically in Paris – you can take the metro and buses 5 min away from the accommodation. Very well connected with central Paris and pretty much anything you want to do (including Disneyland).

We loved loved loved Charles’s place!!! We stayed for 4 nights and his place is truly home away from home. All amenities mentioned are provided and in great working conditions. The location is excellent. 2 mins walk from Belleville station which is quite convenient from Gare du Nord. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets around. Despite being in a busy area, the apartment is super quiet. We could barely hear anything from outside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommended to a friend who’s planning a trip to Paris straight away. Charles and Anieszka are both so friendly and welcoming. We had great chats. They’ve been really helpful and responsive. Will definitely consider booking again if we ever visit Paris again. Overall, highly recommended!!

somos una familia de 5 personas, las camas son un poco pequeñas para dos personas (considerando hombres que sean altos y grandes) La casa es preciosa, tiene todas las amenidades y más Esta un poco alejado del centro (1hra) pero es super fácil llegar, el sistema del metro es muy eficiente. Hay un supermercado cerca (carrefur) Y nosotros hicimos la primera llegada en Uber por tema de maletas pero te da una visión clara como movilizarse Vladik es super amable y hospitalaria Recomendado!

Vi har haft nogle fantastiske dage i Maweis skønne byhus. Kvarteret overraskede os positivt, det var roligt og pænt og der var mange muligheder for indkøb og restauranter tæt på. Desuden mindre end 10 minutter til metro. Gaden var stille, selv om den lå ud mod en vej. Huset var rigtig pænt, som beskrevet, og alt var rent og velfungerende. Mawei var nem at kommunikere med, og de præcise anvisninger i guiden var en god hjælp. Vi kommer gerne igen!

Franck a été très réactif lorsque j'avais des questions et il était très aimable. Il nous a même permis de rentrer plus tôt dans l'appartement ce qui était très appréciable pour venir y déposer nos valises notamment. L'appartement est idéalement situé dans un très joli quartier de Paris, proche de tout (à mon sens). L'appartement est dans une cour intérieure très sécurisée et surtout d'un calme incroyable et assez inhabituel pour être dans le centre de Paris. La nuit, on n'entendait pas un seul bruit (pas de voiture, ambulance ou autre bruit que nous avons l'habitude d'entendre dans une ville) assez appréciable pour se reposer après des journées intenses de visites. Il y a plein de restaurants, café, et magasins à proximité. Bref, nous avons beaucoup apprécié séjourner dans cet appartement.

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in Paris. Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen - toll eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und gut mit der Metro erreichbar. Die Valere war freundlich und seine Anweisungen waren klar (und haben Sinn gemacht).

Great Place to stay! It’s only 30 minutes away from Paris. Fati was and always friendly and responsive! We felt right at home! Thank you for this nice stay :-)

Nous avons été très heureux de pouvoir séjourner chez Manon. Les points forts : le calme, d'abord ! Pas un bruit la nuit, c'est très reposant, nous avons bien dormi. La maison est très agréable, vivante (car vraiment habitée) avec plein de livres, du mobilier très confortable et pratique, des équipements pour les enfants ; la déco est discrète et chaleureuse, mon mari a remarqué les cadres au mur, avec des oeuvres d'artistes locaux. Le tout pour un rapport qualité/prix très très correct. C'est en proche banlieue mais desservi par le métro donc facile d'accès, dans un quartier populaire (mais la rue est très tranquille). On s'est senti vraiment à l'aise.

I was lucky enough to be able to stay at this amazing place for two weeks and I absolutely loved it! I felt so at home that I truly did not want to leave. Luc is absolutely wonderful in every aspect as a host. Gracious, kind and top notch as a host. The location could not be any better as it gives you the feeling of being a local. Extremely quiet, great area and very safe. I loved my time there and without question will return. It really is special. MANY thanks to you Luc! See you again.

We stayed 4 nights in this property with our 2 young kids , and the host had graciously offered to loan us some toys to keep our little ones occupied. Prior to our arrival, I had coordinated with the host to borrow a stroller, and upon our arrival, the items were already nicely laid out. Overall, easy check in process, and easy access to many food places - grocery store and at least 2 bakeries were within 5 min walk. about 20-30min to the tourist attractions, but metro is just 2 blocks away. Friendly host (they also gifted us a bottle of nice wine for us to enjoy).

We were amazed by our stay in Paris and Wil’s home definitely contributed to our pleasant experience! The home was very comfortable and clean. It is well decorated with French and Japanese art. The kitchen and downstairs are cozy and made us feel right at home. The bedrooms have clean linens and comfortable beds, plenty of pillows. Also well lit throughout and plenty of dimmable lighting and spacious. We will definitely be back to Paris and hopefully can stay at Wil’s place again. For local, walkable restaurant recommendations, we found our favorite to be “Heritage” the best pizza I have had in my life was there. Also “Luna Rossa” was delicious Italian food and the service at both restaurants was great. There is also a nice grocery store walking distance, “Fran Prix” I believe, so we were able to get groceries as well.

Super séjour chez Elise. le logement correspond en tous points à l'annonce et les photos. Propriétaire reactif et toujours de bons conseils. maison chaleureuse bien aménagée, avec petit jardin. Un grand merci, nous avons passé un très bon moment.

Perfect place for one’s stay in Paris! Laurence is a super friendly and helpful host who also offered us a flexible leaving time as the place would be vacant the following day. Very kind and helpful as our train would only leave in the evening. The house is perfectly located, only a three minute walk from Gentilly station, which is directly linked to Gare du Nord by line B of the RER. Easy access to the city’s iconic places like Notre Dame, Louvre etc. We would highly recommend this place as it is cheaper than staying in the city centre (hotel prices were absurd there!). The house has got everything you need, including 2 separate rooms with comfortable, big beds, a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet (convenient if you travel with several people), a spacious living room / kitchen area with a fully equipped kitchen. We would book this lovely place again next time, merci beaucoup, Laurence!

le logement idéal. la maison est très accueillant et le petit jardin en arrière cour font du sejour un rêve. entre en région parisienne et se sentir à la campagne.

Beau logement .Contact très facile avec Samir donne les renseignements nécessaires répond rapidement aux questions que nous posons .Proche dr stade de france .Seul bémol le stationnement un parking avec disque pas possible de stationner dans la rue ce matin nous avons eu des réflexions avec un résident

Had a really good experience with Cindy’s home. It is very clean and comfortable. It’s in between Paris and Disneyland but there are no direct trains from either. However there is an excellent connection trains. Cindy is very kind and helped with everything required for our stay totally go smoothly. Highly recommend this place..

Sarah was an exceptional host! Her and her husband we’re beyond kind! The home was large and spacious, and they provided SO many recommendations. She has amazing communication and gave us everything we need.
